Apparently if the store has a no return policy nothing can be done. I will join your chat as soon as you can reply that you have the authority to force them to refund me.
-

-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, EnglandMorning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK
-
DONT DREAM IT. BE IT (@funkyjammy) reported from Garston, England@dugganmartin83 @ThreeUK 🙄 there’s always a minimum 14 days grace period where you can cancel, go elsewhere that’s a joke !
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Kelsall, England@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK All the data is restored here so we're all sorted. No different to how O2 went down for not paying their bill recently 😆
-
John Hemmings (@johnthecyclist) reported from Birkenhead, England@JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.
-
KLee (@Solsticebaby) reported from Ellesmere Port, England@ThreeUK 12 minutes holding for you to cut me off, thanks. Terrible internet and terrible customer service
-
Ben Faulkner (@benzini00) reported from Liverpool, England@thegord1 @OhMarieTurner @ThreeUKSupport Yes, ours started going slow around the 5th Nov, still the same now, got 50% off our bill as compensation, to be honest I'd rather they just fixed the issue!

JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
fox (@FoxRunTime) reportedstill better service quality than @threeuk
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reportedI've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
