Our package has now completely gone missing once it was dropped into the local Fedex office (because they wouldn't come out to collect it) so it's been stolen by @FedEx with extremely important business documents in it, & they couldn't care less. Are @ThreeUK genuinely calling up their users trying to offer upgrades/discounts/unintelligible or are these scam calls? It was hard do understand because the VOIP system or whatever in use was noise gating badly, plus narrow bandwidth and foreign accent. So apologies if I'm rude

@ThreeUK I have been on hold with your customer support team for 27 mins and after someone finally getting back to me was told “I need to disconnect the call to receive a call back” and have not been called back. Absolutely absurd, will be cancelling my upgrade.
