@ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

  • gordonturner71 Gordon Turner (@gordonturner71) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Finally got onto the site with the code after your crap site crashed and bloody guess what??? Yes your right all presale tickets are gone for all locations with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so now I have to wait till Saturday and hopefully be one of the lucky ones. Useless

  • chrisdavidwill1 Christopher Williams (@chrisdavidwill1) reported from Birkenhead, England

Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

  • redams66 Alridge Prior (@redams66) reported from Seaforth, England

@ThreeUK Plastic network for the plastic fans.

  • charl_middo Charlotte (@charl_middo) reported from Birkenhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport are there any broadband issues in the CH62 postcode? Because my 4G hub has lost signal (again)? Literally happening every week now.

  • LifeTraveller77 Al-Scousio del Chiellini* 🟨🟥 🇮🇹 (@LifeTraveller77) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

  • drlornayoung Lorna Young (@drlornayoung) reported from Liverpool, England

Having a problem with my phone again @ThreeUKSupport - callers just get “call failed” thanks

  • chrisdavidwill1 Christopher Williams (@chrisdavidwill1) reported from Wallasey, England

@ThreeUKSupport Dear Finn, I've already had customer service on the phone and they couldn't help. Apparently if the store has a no return policy nothing can be done. I will join your chat as soon as you can reply that you have the authority to force them to refund me.

  • Gary_Kilroy Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reported from Liverpool, England

@RoperCarl @ThreeUK It's not limited to Three. EE and 02 are just as bad.

  • christesla Chris Danks (@christesla) reported from Birkenhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have 5G home broadband. We get amazing 650mbps download but 10mbps upload, is there anything support can do to our account to increase upload even if it reduces the download speed?

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

When @ThreeUK admit there’s no coverage in your area you’ve not been able to use your phone properly in months, forced to cancel your contract after a decade with the company & they STILL bill you £222 but it’s ok cos it’s 60% off. Ridiculous

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it’s going to the ombudsman - they didn’t bother to try and expected me to pay £222 to terminate a contract which they broke by not providing a service.

  • johnthecyclist John Hemmings (@johnthecyclist) reported from Birkenhead, England

@JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

  • LauraHitchen Laura Hitchen (@LauraHitchen) reported from St Helens, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

  • MichelleHeymans Michelle Heymans (@MichelleHeymans) reported from Widnes, England

@ThreeUKSupport I am not techie at best of times, dont know my way around Twitter, tweets or DMs. I know I sent something a few days ago but dont know how or where to find it to see if you have responded yet as I've lost the plot with your live chat or call centre. Help somehow..

  • brilliant_tours Brilliant Tours (@brilliant_tours) reported from Liverpool, England

@santanderukhelp I’ve already tried that it’s been happening since august - it actually seems stable on BT Wi-fi - it’s crashing every time you click transfer etc on the @ThreeUKSupport network

  • christesla Chris Danks (@christesla) reported from Birkenhead, England

  • Sefton3Peaks Louise Williams (@Sefton3Peaks) reported from Seaforth, England

  • That_Girl_Ray Rayelle (@That_Girl_Ray) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've been unable to make calls for 5 days! Was told 48 hrs to fix the problem then that my phone was the problem.... No it's not my phone it's definitely your network!! 😡 @Three_Is_Broken

  • mdf200 Mike Dailly™ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙 (@mdf200) reported

@raymierussell I'm with @ThreeUK and they said they'd not do it, and it would just be part of their "at home" service - which is utterly awesome BTW.... And yeah... Gov could do that, but that'd take money from companies, and they do want to do that - ever.

  • Niko360 Rags360 (@Niko360) reported

I had to file a complaint about @ThreeUK with you @OmbudServices and the decision of the case was in my favour (I won the case) but @ThreeUK has done nothing to rectify the problem This is coming up to 10 months ago now that I won my case

  • cazzamuff Caroline Baptiste (@cazzamuff) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. Post code is DA1 1TX and it’s an iPhone 11. My daughter also has the same phone and we both get practically no service at all and phone calls are very hard!!

  • binbegus Begoña IF (@binbegus) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I didn't, because I did not needed to take my number with me. The guy said I'll get a letter with my last bill, but never arrived.

  • dook42_domini Dook 🌸 it/its (proper pronouns) (@dook42_domini) reported

@brv1983 @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK three network, the one that pushed up my network charges by 500% over night.. yeah that network..

  • Stevierd85 Stephen Dawson (@Stevierd85) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well this number 0333 338 1001 has called me a few times and I’ve missed it. so finally answered it today and had a very rude disgusting individual on the phone saying that they wanted to **** **** ******* !!!! 😡

  • ianrobo1 a barefaced liar but not promoted 🕎 (@ianrobo1) reported

@georgebernhard I wonder if @ThreeUK will confirm their pledge never to put on roaming charges

  • jonbradbury Jon Bradbury  (@jonbradbury) reported

@cortina @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Plus of course people arguing in favour of being charged for something they weren’t last week. And easy to sit in middle England and think it isn’t an issue, but what about those in NI that are frequently in EU (Eire) for work/family or even just near border & phone picks EU mast
