    @ThreeUK My Phone is supposed to have 4G but for the past 6 weeks or more it has only had 2G I have checked the coverage checker an it says that work is being done in my local area to fix and that it should be fixed By today’s date 29/06/19 which it isn’t any chance you can help

    Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

    @ThreeUK no it actually annoys me so much how I can only get Internet and signal in some parts of my house because I'm in a shitty zone with no signal, I can only get signal on one half of my bed if I have my phone In the living room my hotspot doesn't work

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 weeks ago I returned from China, having visited 9 city’s in 4 months, not once did I ever lose phone signal with my Chinese network provider - yet here I am on a train from Kent to London with my @ThreeUK signal dropping out! This useless bloody country!! 😡😡
