After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

@ThreeUKSupport I have a huawei ai home 4g hub and can only get internet on the floor the device is on , I cannot get internet on the second or third floors of my house it’s an old house with thick walls/ceilings, but when I bought the hub was assured this would not be an issue.
