  • DanielCurry14 Daniel Curry (@DanielCurry14) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK 5G isn’t consumer ready yet. It’s a ploy to get people on board. I’m sure all of your customers will enjoy their gigabit download speeds by a pole on the street until a gust of wind blows an empty packet of Quavers in front of the signal. 🍃

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

  • AlexECEdwards Alex Edwards (@AlexECEdwards) reported from Birkenhead, England

After hearing how amazing @EE have been with my Thomas cook colleges I’m thinking of changing from @ThreeUK! Awful! Just lost my job and they say if I don’t pay my £70 bill by the end of the month they will send it to a debt collectors disgusting! Like I chose to loose my job 😡

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

  • Geo1604 George Caulfield (@Geo1604) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK why is the signal so piss poor

  • staceyphix McLovin (@staceyphix) reported from Liverpool, England

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

  • Solsticebaby KLee (@Solsticebaby) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@ThreeUK 12 minutes holding for you to cut me off, thanks. Terrible internet and terrible customer service

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Kelsall, England

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK All the data is restored here so we're all sorted. No different to how O2 went down for not paying their bill recently 😆

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

Trying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡

  • scousemanblue Mark (@scousemanblue) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK is there an issue with logging in on the app it won’t accept a new password created and I therefore cannot access the app

  • BettyMadeThis Betty Butcher (@BettyMadeThis) reported

@ThreeUK is there a reason why for the last week our mifi signal has been so bad/unusable in the CW9 area? It can be slow some days but the last week has been dreadful!

  • josw2712 John Oswald (@josw2712) reported

Customer service is obviously a foreign concept to @ThreeUK . I have 2 mobile phone contracts and a mobile internet contract with them and none will be renewed. 😤😤

  • Bobandbobbin Bob Bobberson (@Bobandbobbin) reported

  • girlonthelake09 L (@girlonthelake09) reported

@ThreeUK are the worst network I have ever had the displeasure of being stuck on. At home with a baby, can't make calls in or out, been trying to leave since January. Awful. Avoid at all costs. #TerribleNetwork #Three #WorstEver

  • iamj7e James (@iamj7e) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Finn - from what I've been able to find via Google Maps, the postcodes for the affected coastal area are FY2 9JS and a load of others in the FY2 9xx range. The coverage map shows it should at least enjoy outdoor 4G, but signal is degraded or unreliable.

  • ChristinaCarty_ Christina Carty (@ChristinaCarty_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Or they could call dpd, say “we gave you the wrong address, here is the right one, please deliver the router to the poor eegits who bought wifi from us”
