I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.
