@ThreeUKSupport I gave you the postcode to start with. CV56UB. I really struggle to get on 4G where I am, so rely on 3G. And that's the problem. 1 bar 4G I can just about get a useable 4-5 Mbps down. 3 to 4 bars of 3G / H+ I get nothing down.

@bharatbhandari1 @ThreeUKSupport In the end, I had to reset my network settings (iPhone) and it seemed to work. Not sure how to do it on android though! Pain as you need to add your WiFi passwords when you get back home

Paid for insurance with @ThreeUK for years, tried to claim on it and the partner ‘squaretrade’ they use are TERRIBLE. I’ve paid the money and have been waiting a week and spoken to three different people. Still waiting for a postal slip to be emailed to me, do NOT get insurance

@ThreeUK is the system’s mobile internet down across the country??? I had low speeds (less than 2mbps download) in CV10 9BD for the last few days. This morning I was in London (WC1X 9QE) and again had less than 2Mbps. Now I’m on holiday in Berwick-Upon-Tweed TD15 1NE and same.
