    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport After that I have been chatting with customer support for many many times in the last 4 months explaining and repeating the same problem over and over again and I haven’t been helped anyhow I have been told that I need to pay for that new contract and that’s it ..

    @ThreeUKSupport Switched off WiFi and gone to 3g before restarting but one wouldn't even recognise the network. Signal was 1 pip at best but has come back to normal level since 1st messaged you and the one which didn't get on is on now :-)

    @AndyNicolaides @SpaceXStarlink @ThreeUK Yeah, and low latency too. It’s the £500 for the kit you have to fork out too. I was really impressed with the Three 5G I tested earlier. Much better than a friend’s EE 5G in London who gets 5Mb down and 1Mb up. His 4G is better!
