@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUKSupport hi my wife's phone and sim has been blocked by yourselves by mistake it's been 2 days now service did resume but only for a few hours she's a nurse and needs this working for callouts this is not good enough she is currently on hold with your customer service
