    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, any update on this? Into 8th day now and it really is unacceptable. Since being set up 12 days ago I have only had 4 days service. Could you please get in touch with me, I get no sense from call handlers on the sub continent, thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport I just need a timescale in all fairness, if you tell me it’ll be another month thats fine, ill be happy to stay on board. You need to let me know something. I’m in two minds to tecall the DD as you have broken your T’s&C’s. I look forward to a reply. Service is for LL48 6RY

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

    Have you been experiencing 4 bars, full 4G signal on your @ThreeUK iPhone yet getting absolutely no service? Or been manually switching to 3G to get any service ?

    Hi @ThreeUK How do I provide feedback on a particularly unhelpful member of your help desk? They took an hour refusing to provide an update on a number that I had added to my account, refused to transfer me to their manager, then magically was able to solve the problem after all.

    Tried this today! When it works its great. Login experience needs some work, I had to log in 3 times on an 11 hour flight, but I'm sure that'll get sorted. @ThreeUK @Starlink

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days? Three - Yes Me -

    @ThreeUK disgusting service from you, cancelled my order because I missed 1 call you made to me for "security " no notification from you and now I have to wait 3 months to order again despite having all the confirmation from you and payment taken! Absolutely awful service!

    @ThreeUK anyone else have problems closing a Three mobile accounts. No reply emails. Online chat seems to be ineffective. Talking to Customer service unable to close accounts. Back online chat this morning, account changed to collections, still unable to close the account.
