@ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for over decade. Got my wife, uncle and friends to switch to Three, because it had best data plans. Now travelling for a year and my roaming is suspended. Way to go three. I have cancelled my contract. My wife will be doing the same.

@justfoxes @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I always find the Retentions/Cancellations team will have offers that general support doesn’t with all service providers. I managed to get my iPad tariff with O2 from 25GB/£20pm to 60GB/£8pm with one call (& was still in contract for 12m on old one)

@ThreeUKSupport please sort out the signal at addenbrookes hospital Cambridge. It’s so bad, I have full signal but I cannot use my mobile data. This happens for everyone I know who uses three. There is an issue with the signal in this area.

Hi @ThreeUK can you help, I tried to buy a data add-on 2 days ago and was told it would take 48hrs..now told by your web chat team I have to wait an extra day and no one can help me.. no WiFi at home and working from home so reliant on data! Really bad service from the web chat
