@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUK why have I been getting one bar of 4g signal for 24+ hours now, wherever I go? I pay my contract for 4g/5g signal at full bars or near enough, not for 1 bar and super slow data/poor calls.

@ThreeUK Signal across #London is abysmal though, frequently drops out - we had to move to 3G instead of 5G just to get maps to work in Regent's Park a while ago :/

Honestly @ThreeUK your customer support is the WORST and I say that as someone who used to work for you back in the day.
