@ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

  • eyepatchstory Ed Watkinson (@eyepatchstory) reported from Colwyn Bay, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

  • gaffermiller Alan Miller (@gaffermiller) reported from Mostyn, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport looks like my 11 years as a loyal customer mean very little according to my upgrade options... Cheers 3 mobile it's been magical..#3mobile

  • brilliant_tours Door to Door days out (@brilliant_tours) reported from Rhyl, Wales

Have you been experiencing 4 bars, full 4G signal on your @ThreeUK iPhone yet getting absolutely no service? Or been manually switching to 3G to get any service ?

  • AJfromUK AJ (@AJfromUK) reported from Rhyl, Wales

@ThreeUK It would be nice to get a signal 📶 for you 4g around #Rhyl

  • lukecassells1 Luke Cassells 🐝 (@lukecassells1) reported from Kinmel Bay and Towyn, Wales

@ThreeUK is there nothing you can do to boost signal in the LL22 Postcode area

  • mattwalkerx Matt Walker (@mattwalkerx) reported from Kinmel Bay and Towyn, Wales

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

  • AJfromUK AJ (@AJfromUK) reported from Rhyl, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

  • PrincePercy_Cat silenced. (@PrincePercy_Cat) reported from Old Colwyn, Wales

@ThreeUK how long until you fix the issue with 3 network in LL48 6RY? It’s been down since Thursday.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • yungnerevarine Click click (@yungnerevarine) reported

@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Why are you begging for corporations to help instead of demanding a nationalised solution mate? Where's the leadership?

  • Williamscott747 Bill Scott (@Williamscott747) reported

@AaronBastani @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Well baby steps Aaron, he did shut down schools and give kids free meals, not forgetting Zoos.

  • adjolley90 Amanda Jolley (@adjolley90) reported

@ThreeUK @educationgovuk @VodafoneUK are you going to help? Would love the support right now?

  • quicksandyrs Mon (@quicksandyrs) reported

.@ThreeUK Your service is totally messed up. I bought SIM card today paid 35£. No internet or call service and now I’m told that I got no balance in my account because I only paid 20£. I already uploaded the receipt. And now I’m put on hold again. You wasted half of my day.

  • Carolin55162028 Caroline Rice (@Carolin55162028) reported

@DebbieKeatley @uk_domain_names @ThreeUK But it doesn't help if these kids have no devices that work on WiFi.

  • Slybacon123 Slybacon (@Slybacon123) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 5g rollout nothing short of pathetic, 4g that's slower than 3g and nobody at @ThreeUK can provide any answers or estimated rollout schedules for improvement. Just words, never any real tangible action.

  • kronstadt2kool i;m thinkin bout that bean dad (@kronstadt2kool) reported

@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Damn, seems like Broadband Communism was actually a good idea now eh

  • liam040404 Liam (@liam040404) reported

@RegisteredHere @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Yeh but the idea and principal of PFI isn't a bad idea. If a trust want to build a new office for example and have to borrow, it can be cost effective to use a PFI. But the issue as both me and you know is that these contacts are often aimed at making money.

  • TheOneTrueAllan Allan O'Leary (@TheOneTrueAllan) reported

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk What has one person getting a bad signal got to do with the network doing what they can to help kids do online learning through the whole country?

  • HenryS74730801 Henry S (@HenryS74730801) reported

@Keir_Starmer @UKLabour @ThreeUK Your support for the teaching unions was lukewarm at best and non existent at worst. A lifelong Labour voter will no longer support an opposition that doesn’t oppose!
