@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport Consistent issues with your signal. Whether it’s being left unable to call or text anybody or having minimal to no internet access. It’s beyond a joke and wondering whether I can cancel my contract on these grounds.

@ThreeUKSupport It won't be postcode specific for an almost total outage, but I've sent it as requested. By the way, your status check page still hasn't been updated, that's not good. At the very least it should state a known issue and the nature of it. Please escalate that aspect. Thanks again.

After being on the phone for 1 hour to @ThreeUK, being told the same fabricated excuse for the past 4 weeks, yet again, I’ve been told to wait 3 working days for my refund. Lost a very loyal customer after this #badpublicity #seeyouinsmallclaimscourt

If it is true that the covid vaccine is a 5G chip that is going to control us all, even with myself being vaccinated I feel 100% safe as I am with @ThreeUK network and I never ever have any decent signal

@ThreeUKSupport Can you confirm -- are phones you contract unlocked? I'm trying to install an eSim as second line, but it says there is a network block.

@threeuksupport What's up with your network these past two days? DNS issues, constant dropouts, web pages take 3 attempts to load. Networks for things like playstation do not work. It's a nightmare. EN7 5JE
