    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUK I swear I have 3 lines with you, if your service does not fix up I will cancel all three and move to another provider. No matter where I go or where I am or even the time of day it is, I never have service. You have really gone down hill and still charge a lot.

    @ThreeUKsupport you lock me into a 1-year contract and then refuse to provide the very service you are supposed to provide. You are effectively terminating the contract. I ask that you release me from the contract immediately due to your breach thereof.
