  • mattwalkerx Matt Walker (@mattwalkerx) reported from Kinmel Bay and Towyn, Wales

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

  • spa3010 Stephen Anderson (@spa3010) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Charging for international roaming is ridiculous and not what I "signed" up for, when back from holiday I'll be calling to cancel this contract as you've changed it mid term and I'm neither happy nor satisfied with that.

  • nitesh_jindal_ Nitesh Jindal (@nitesh_jindal_) reported

@48Ireland @ThreeUK Guys please beware of 48 network operator. There are only bots who work. I had a simple port rquest from Three to 48, and it is stil in prgress since last 8 days. They have no chat support, even they have it is inefficient. They blaming Three for not releasing my nmbr

  • RyanDotAbs Ry. (@RyanDotAbs) reported

@smacula @ThreeUK This speed I got was in Sheffield. I would have thought it be better down there. It Varys a lot more than I thought it would.

  • BAL_D4KU_SINGH Bal Singh (@BAL_D4KU_SINGH) reported

@ThreeUKSupport any particular reason I can't use my mobile data in NG2??? Same crap two days in a row now... Not very professional having to ask a customer if I can use their WiFi to use my phone...

  • smacula smacula (@smacula) reported

@RyanDotAbs @ThreeUK It’s an infrastructure thing. Oxford is just bad for most such things sadly.

  • GaryNHughes Gary Hughes (@GaryNHughes) reported

We have @ThreeUKSupport 5G b/band. The router has to be close to a window to get good reception! Trouble is, at end of the house the Wi-Fi signal is poor or non existent! I’ve tried 3 different extenders and they don’t work well as the speed drops or cuts off! What can I do?
