    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

    @ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, any update on this? Into 8th day now and it really is unacceptable. Since being set up 12 days ago I have only had 4 days service. Could you please get in touch with me, I get no sense from call handlers on the sub continent, thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes that’s the email address I sent it to on the 09/12/20. I didn’t receive any correspondence from them. The only time I’ve had any form of help was via live chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, everything was sent as it should. I was asking for a pac code but they sent it to the phone number that I no longer had because the sim was also sent back with the phone. This caused so many issues and no one could resolve it. I have countless reference numbers on the matter

    @ThreeUK really need to sort it out. my contract ended 3 months ago and they are refusing to cancel my contract because I don’t want to set up a password on my account! Why set up a password to then close the account

    @emmeob @ThreeUKSupport Same issue here in North Wales foe the last 3 weeks. We called twice now - they confirmed Mast issue but nothing has been done. We rely on 4G for work calls including streaming video calls. No resolution given 😠

    @ThreeUKSupport why do you not have enough signal wherever I go? I'm in central London and can't get a map up, can't get a signal in a hotel room next to the window on the 11th floor, and am writing this connected to a pay as you go o2 broadband SIM.

    @ThreeUKSupport No I haven’t managed to get it. I have sent passwords and my ID via email to another department of three to retrieve this but I never got a reply. When I asked a member of the team they said they will sort the issue. Again nothing. Im unsure if it’s active
