@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

What a complete and utter farce ! It’s 2021, soon to be 2022, and @ThreeUK STILL don’t support @Apple’s elegant, native visual voicemail solution, despite claiming they’re ‘The network built for the Internet’ ?!? Visual voicemail was first introduced back in 2007 ! /cc @Ew4n

@ThreeUKSupport I’m sure it’s not an average of 5mbps though, on full 4G and even 5G, will be going into store to see if I can resolve this issue as I have contacted before regarding this and nothing was done, I can’t keep having no internet. It’s dangerous when i’m alone and need Google Maps.

@ThreeUKSupport we currently have no 3G here. None on my iD mobile which runs on Three either, so can’t make calls. Your 4G is virtually non existent anyway, so now there is no 3G, and your online and phone support lines worse than useless will be looking for a new provider
