@ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, any update on this? Into 8th day now and it really is unacceptable. Since being set up 12 days ago I have only had 4 days service. Could you please get in touch with me, I get no sense from call handlers on the sub continent, thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

@ThreeUKSupport Requested a refund on Monday for overpayment. Three said no problem will be sorted in 3 days... I chase 4 days later, nothing. We'll get that done now.. funny how I only received text confirmation today when I asked and not Monday, which to me means it was never actioned.

@ThreeUK Your deliveries suck. I haven't gotten my parcel after 3 days. I gave the right address to you. I got the confirmation email and it has the right address. AND NOW DPD SAYS THEY HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS AND ONLY THE SENDER CAN CHANGE IT AND THREE SUPPORT SAYS THEY CANT.

@ThreeUKSupport a lot of us need our phones to get paid. I don’t think threatening to cut off my phone, putting my entire ability to claim my benefits into jeopardy, is appropriate response to me trying to make an arrangement you’ve had no problem with making before.
