@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport In all honesty I tried to say my last goodbye to my family pet today and it let me down again. Sure you can understand my anger at Three. It’s not the sim I’ve always had same one. I lived abroad with no probs as three uses another networks signal. But back in UK it’s dire man.

@ThreeUKSupport Since I returned to the UK. Glasgow city, parts of london and Edinburgh. And when I work in the countryside which is often it’s non existent. Im sure your well aware of it but sell your customers a stack of **** non the less. I pay £80 a month not good enough.

@ThreeUKSupport Location doesn’t seem to matter and it only can be heard on one side of the call . Some times restarting the call help. It’s been going on for months tryed to report but no joy with your off shore call agents .

@ThreeUKSupport I use the Ring app with cameras. For the last 3 weeks, can't Live View any camera on mobile data with 3. Found out I can get it working if I set my phone to 3G - it doesn't work with 4G/LTE or 5G. Something wrong with your network. Can you help?
