@ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport It took me almost 15 minutes to persuade a Three operative that I wanted to cancel my mobile wifi contract as I no longer use it. He kept deflecting trying to get me to accept a list of "offers" such as a new tablet! It took all my resolve not to explode!

@ThreeUKSupport The refund is for an account which three didn’t close and I’m being reimbursed money I paid on an account that wasn’t being used. I have been told over 6 times now it will take 2-3 working days but still isn’t done. This issue needs to be resolved
