    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, any update on this? Into 8th day now and it really is unacceptable. Since being set up 12 days ago I have only had 4 days service. Could you please get in touch with me, I get no sense from call handlers on the sub continent, thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport I just need a timescale in all fairness, if you tell me it’ll be another month thats fine, ill be happy to stay on board. You need to let me know something. I’m in two minds to tecall the DD as you have broken your T’s&C’s. I look forward to a reply. Service is for LL48 6RY

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

    @ThreeUK is the worst network ever. You wouldn’t think getting a new sim would cause so much problems. I’ve been told by about 6 people that my sim has been activated, been told 4 different things to do to fix the problem, and guess what? Sim still not active. **** network.

    If anyone is thinking about signing up to @ThreeUK for Mobile Broadband don't bother, the worst customer service I've experienced. Never worked from the day I received it, tech help couldn't sort it, new SIM arrived today still not working, live chat no help.
