@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

@ThreeUKSupport I was looking to upgrade my phone and stay with 3 but the person who took my call was very rude and blunt and quite obviously couldn’t be bothered with my call. Maybe I should just move to a different provider if this is the standard of service for loyal customers

@ThreeUKSupport Yes she’s still experiencing the issue unfortunately, three days now. I’ve restarted her phone several times. I don’t think the issue is with the phone, this is network issue on you guys end. It’s annoying and frustrating for the poor woman. Help!
