@ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@BedTaker @ThreeUK I’ve done literally everything possible in the past 4 months, I’ve made sure everything is updated, I’ve reset my network settings like they advised, had a phone call with their engineering team, I even got my sim replaced. They’ve done work about 3 different times since & no fix

@ThreeUK is the network down again? No data at all in central London. seems to be becoming a habbit.cant use the phone in busy places as wont connect to anything.... your service gets worse by the day... looking at down detector you have been ignoring issues for month. @Ofcom
