@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

2/5 Very friendly staff at the store but I cannot fathom how there is a complete disconnect between the stores and the @ThreeUKSupport dept in India. The stores cannot track my order or help me with my missing phone, nor can they call DPD to find out where it is.

@GregScottTV @ThreeUK I hope they waived the charge when you got through Greg. I got rid of 3 years ago - customer services were awful and network capacity was woeful.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm afraid I have to take that back Laura. I've since had the worst experience and the worst download speeds (average 2-3 mbps) and your support team are suggesting I should just leave SMARTY. I will tweet further.
