@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

@ThreeUKSupport my 5g hub is not working. only the power light is on and all other lights were off. calling to customer service said it is software issue it is start to investigating. load of customer has same problem. I am still wfh i have to go to cafe for my meeting so awkward

@ThreeUKSupport Texting “CALL” and the number to 7726. The problem is that they are burner numbers. They generate nee numbers daily and just keep robocalling with prerecorded messages. Actually they try and ring off quickly so you call back and get charged premium rate.

@ThreeUKSupport @MiffyJJ Exact same issue has happened to me, and many others too according to a forum I have seen. The routers are bricked. What are Three going to do? Otherwise I will cancel the contract and go somewhere else.
