    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUK Absolutely horrified with your customer service. I requested a proof of usage and I was told that, it would take 5 days to receive it! Never been happy with you!

    @ThreeUKSupport I did raise a complaint & was told to allow 7 days for it to be looked into. It’s now been more than 24hrs and I’ve still not had more than 3G despite being outdoors and in several different postcodes! You’re a joke and affecting my ability to do my job. I will escalate to Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport Every complaint logged with three has been ignored. You have promised dates of refund and never completed the promise so therefor this proves you have ignored my complaint. You’re ripping customers off I’ve had to request call recordings because your colleagues keep lying

    @ThreeUKSupport i have. I talked to 6 different people when I called 6 different times. the resolution is: see if it arrives tomorrow, or cancel it and try again 😡. so I'm waiting for tomorrow and I hope I get it or I hope I can cancel.

    Absolutely disgusted with @ThreeUK cancelled my phone contract as my signal and data never worked. Which is a worrying issue as I couldn’t contact the emergency services, proceed to but 4 complaints in and nothing is resolved. Cancelled my contract and had money stolen from you.

    @ThreeUK Never known another company that turns away a customer wanting to increase the money they spend with them. I want to upgrade from Sim only to a new phone and being told I can't until next year. Don't you want my money?
