    Trying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

    @ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry but it's not a one off problem, I was at the echo arena in Liverpool, was there a few weeks back had the same problem, same at Wembley and at the principality in Cardiff, big crowd = no connection

    @cox_tom @ThreeUK This is all mobile phone companies. I once had success with a customer service situation (not phone co) by finding the ‘service excellence’ (ha) director on Linkdn and emailing him directly. A phone call from someon with a solution and compensation within 10 minutes.

    @ThreeUKSupport It would have been about the end of January. He went into the local shop. As a new customer, he was offered £9 a month for 6 months, rising to £18 but I don't know how long the contract is for.

I was actually hung up on by one Advisor and calls disconnected when transferring to Customer Services team.

    @ThreeUK The best network ever until 3 months ago. Don't know what is going on with you lot.. Calls constantly dropping out the data is shocking to the point Giff Gaff has better connectivity. I have been hoping this was a temp thing but 3 months ....

    @ThreeUKSupport @TeeteeMr Same here mark! Customer service is absolutely terrible!! Taken a payment out of my account today that shouldn’t of gone and left me to deal with the daily bank charges til they can refund money in 72 hours! I am fuming!!!
