@ThreeUKSupport I phoned 333. Told your servers were down and to phone back. Best you check everything’s not broken before you ‘suggest’ using a different browser.

  • gaffermiller
Alan Miller (@gaffermiller) reported from Mostyn, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport looks like my 11 years as a loyal customer mean very little according to my upgrade options... Cheers 3 mobile it's been magical..#3mobile

  • RuthieM81
RuthieMcmarshmallow (@RuthieM81) reported from Wrexham, Wales

Waited all day to enter @HeartNorthWales competition only to be blocked from entering by @ThreeUK network provider. Lost my chance at £15000 thanks to you @ThreeUKSupport #fuming

  • theguywhosaw1
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

  • UFOlogyUK
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

  • LucySharpPR
Lucy Sharp (@LucySharpPR) reported from Eccleston, England

@RavWilding @ThreeUK @O2 That’s interesting! I pay £49 a month with three for a crap 7 and have been locked in for 24m - defo not making same mistake again xx

  • theguywhosaw1
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@_iDavid @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK It's probably a problem in one of their data centres or something

  • PauPau_Lacey
MrsLesbianMermaid (@PauPau_Lacey) reported from Wrexham, Wales

After being a customer for over 6 years I was so shocked at the terrible customer service I received, complete lack of communication, long wait time for my new upgraded iPhone, being passed around different departments and given a long list of excuses @ThreeUK

  • thatgirlAmyRay
    ✨Amy 🌙 (@thatgirlAmyRay) reported from Connah's Quay, Wales

WHERE ******** IS THE PRESALE CODE FOR FALL OUT BOY @ThreeUK 😭😭😭😭😭

  • theguywhosaw1
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@ThreeUKSupport It's ok. The only way I could get any help was to log an official complaint. Turns out there WAS a transmitter fault, despite the website saying it was fine.

  • NeilMG_
Neil Mackenzie-Grieve (@NeilMG_) reported from Penyffordd, Wales

@ThreeUK today I took out a new phone contract with you, 16 years since I was last a three customer ! Last time you messed up but today I’ve ended my war and I’m back. Let’s try again 🤞

  • UFOlogyUK
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡

  • weavermj
Matt Weaver (@weavermj) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. Totally appreciate that due to data privacy concerns. I’m not going to call you as I can’t get through. If Three want to speak to me, I suggest your customer service team tries again. Meanwhile my satisfaction and confidence in Three is dropping by the day.

  • theguywhosaw1
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

  • Flannybluebird
Stephen Flanagan (@Flannybluebird) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

Rung @WaltDisneyWorld last night to fix a problem with my Disney experience account. @ThreeUK have charged me £38 for that phone call, disgusted, most of that time was being on hold too 😡😡

  • Solsticebaby
KLee (@Solsticebaby) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@ThreeUK 12 minutes holding for you to cut me off, thanks. Terrible internet and terrible customer service

  • UFOlogyUK
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

Trying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡

  • theguywhosaw1
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Chester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.

  • stiplady
Simon Tiplady (@stiplady) reported from Guilden Sutton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Have just tried that (again), signal strength still the same

  • ryan_ricketts85
    Ryan Ricketts (@ryan_ricketts85) reported

Honestly, steer clear of @ThreeUK if you want good 4G/5G signal. I travel around a lot of the UK and very rarely have a good signal. Only place I get great signal is @ChelseaFC so that’s why they sponsor them I guess

  • joeykins82
    Joe Lynch (@joeykins82) reported

@faisalislam Competition in the UK was never the problem (see @ThreeUK who led the way on this) but even their aggressive push to get these reciprocal no-charge roaming agreements was stymied in several countries where HMG has no influence

  • gwyneth_brain
    Gwyneth Brain (@gwyneth_brain) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Which suxks as you were asked at the time if you would do this and you said no. But I am to assume rolling contracts are safe from this change? How do we know you won't turn around and change your word again and charge those with existing contracts down the road?

  • JoycieBanachek
    Joycie Banachek (@JoycieBanachek) reported

@UberFacts When I worked for @ThreeUK the Coleraine store manager point blank told me to mis-sell insurance, threatening me if I didn't. The same guy would use customer's details to credit check them for numerous products without their consent.

  • brv1983
    Billy Ray Valentine (@brv1983) reported

@adamlevine83 @darrensmythe @ThreeUKSupport I guess I will have to see I have a sim only plan so what phone I use makes no difference. If they mess me around I'll go elsewhere. Roaming is important to me and is close to the only reason why I use 3. If that changes I'll find the best deal with another network.

  • jamespyoung84
    James Young (@jamespyoung84) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @inspospaces Well after saying you wouldn't put charges up and then doing that exact thing I can tell you after 13 yrs as a customer I will be off to O2 when my contract ends. Don't like being lied to and taken for a mug

  • jjboon1975
    Dean Elliott (@jjboon1975) reported

@ThreeUK Im a new customer from September with a small business ive been treated appallingly by your network has cost my company money i was recommended to you how stupid was me.

  • Milly_ow
    Milly (@Milly_ow) reported

@Cantor_Omen @ThreeUK I'm doing the same when my contract ends. Three's signal in Manchester is **** as well.

  • murgatroyd1976
    pcoino (@murgatroyd1976) reported

@ThreeUKSupport introducing roaming charges from May? You said this would not happen? After being a customer for many years it is now time for a change.

  • Christo61048517
    Christopher Taylor (@Christo61048517) reported

@ThreeUK So 02 and Virgin can do it…..Why can’t Three?? Reverse your EU charging and stick with the Go Roam you had before. 71 destinations….no other network beats it!!
