-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.
-
Matt Weaver (@weavermj) reported from Ellesmere Port, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. Totally appreciate that due to data privacy concerns. I’m not going to call you as I can’t get through. If Three want to speak to me, I suggest your customer service team tries again. Meanwhile my satisfaction and confidence in Three is dropping by the day.
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@ThreeUKSupport It's ok. The only way I could get any help was to log an official complaint. Turns out there WAS a transmitter fault, despite the website saying it was fine.
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, EnglandMorning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK
-
Stephen Flanagan (@Flannybluebird) reported from Ellesmere Port, EnglandRung @WaltDisneyWorld last night to fix a problem with my Disney experience account. @ThreeUK have charged me £38 for that phone call, disgusted, most of that time was being on hold too 😡😡
-
Alan Miller (@gaffermiller) reported from Mostyn, Wales@ThreeUKSupport looks like my 11 years as a loyal customer mean very little according to my upgrade options... Cheers 3 mobile it's been magical..#3mobile
-
RuthieMcmarshmallow (@RuthieM81) reported from Wrexham, WalesWaited all day to enter @HeartNorthWales competition only to be blocked from entering by @ThreeUK network provider. Lost my chance at £15000 thanks to you @ThreeUKSupport #fuming

Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Chester, England@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.
-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡
-
Neil Mackenzie-Grieve (@NeilMG_) reported from Penyffordd, Wales@ThreeUK today I took out a new phone contract with you, 16 years since I was last a three customer ! Last time you messed up but today I’ve ended my war and I’m back. Let’s try again 🤞
-
MisterDaz (@MisterDaz) reported from Ellesmere Port, England@ThreeUKSupport I phoned 333. Told your servers were down and to phone back. Best you check everything’s not broken before you ‘suggest’ using a different browser.
-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, WalesTrying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡
-
Simon Tiplady (@stiplady) reported from Guilden Sutton, England@ThreeUKSupport Have just tried that (again), signal strength still the same
-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

-
David (@princelawanii) reportedThree Mobile, you frustrate me with how ****** the network has been over the past few weeks. @ThreeUK
-
Rich (@Richpuvo) reportedWhat's going on Three G .... you I have no signal in my area. You are absolutely rubbish @ThreeUK
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
