@ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

@JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

@ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

@ThreeUKSupport Dear Finn, I've already had customer service on the phone and they couldn't help. Apparently if the store has a no return policy nothing can be done. I will join your chat as soon as you can reply that you have the authority to force them to refund me.

@ThreeUK my experience so far has been awful. Outages, regular lack of signal, constant ‘no server identity’ messages, 3G rather than 5G, iPhone 15 handset that regularly freezes and doesn’t ring. Having spent 20+ years previously with Vodafone I’ll be straight back soon 😡

I complained. Eventually got an email. @ThreeUK admitted the agent addressed the Relay Assistant instead of me. They offered £50 — and said they’d give feedback to managers. But that doesn't fix the wider problem - the either poor or non-existent training they give.

Shocking behaviour @ThreeUK ordered wi-if for flat. 1st router did not work,sent back. Ordered another one,that worked, now I am being charged for 2 wi-fi,because @ThreeUK are saying they didn’t receive the old broken one. Useless.
