@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

PSA (From an ex O2 employee): @O2 5G is a lie. It's not even 4G. It's slower than 4G, coverage is **** too. Go with someone like @ThreeUK who has proper 5G.

@ThreeUK just had an email telling me I have used my data allowance and so consequently will be charged. Problem is I have three accounts with you all coming to the same email address and it doesn't tell me which account this is for NOT HELPFUL!!

@ThreeUKSupport no internet on home broadband or smarty sim. Raised a complaint and spoke to CS who say investigation takes 7 days. Checker now showing issue in area. Absolutely no internet at home and calls dropping.

@ThreeUKSupport When are you rolling out eSim? It's been 3 months since iPhone14 was released and I still see no details on eSim from you - incredibly poor planning! Chatted with support over a month ago as I can't use my new iPhone without eSim and was told coming soon. Update?
