    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @kerrymoyles @ThreeUK We very nearly went with a mobile broadband solution in January. Found out just in time that full fibre had recently been made available. Two months in and no problems at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Its been like this since early January. Multiple calls to you at Three. Compensation paid twice. The network has been one bar at best for weeks and its not my phone. All you keep saying is the work will be done soon...it's garbage.

    @ThreeUK You know what you don't need super fast 5G internet for? Basic Google searches that provide text based answers. You don't need 5G speeds for anything other than downloading huge files quickly. For anything else it's just overkill & unnecessary, especially with the signal problems
