    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Before buying a 4G Samsung watch I checked with Three that it was supported. I then called Three who sent me an eSIM card. But Samsung say Three doesn't support it. Your technical support had no idea what, if any, watches Three supports. Do you?

    @ThreeUKSupport is there anyone who can sort out our complaint? Only need a bag to return the phone so we can cancel the contract due to poor reception in my area. 3 complaints, 2 calls, 2 live chats later - still waiting. Since just before Xmas!
