    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there, having issues with the password reset on the site and not getting password reset email no matter what I do. Made sure email address is correct, checked the spam folder & space to receive in my inbox. Just doesn't seem to be sending a way to reset pass.

    @threeUK @ThreeUKSupport My internet is soooo bad that when Fishing on MC I dont catch anything. My internet is so bad that can't watch any streams... Fix it... it's soooooo annoying that the issue occurs after your Chat Hours... FML

    Classic terrible service from @ThreeUK as usual. I’ve raised 10 complaints none have been followed up now trying to charge me for a months line rental after I left the firm!! #customerfail #worstnetwork #avoid

    @ThreeUKSupport any idea when you will be compatible with Apple watches? I’m very pleased with the service but I’m holding off upgrading until because I want a watch compatible with my phone. I don’t want to go to EE or o2 can you throw some light on the potential wait time.

    Happy to have joined @EE!Been with @ThreeUK for 8y and couldn't have had worst experience! They clearly don't care about their customers!Thought switching would be complicated but I was wrong! Thank you EE for being helpful and delivering good service from day one! :)
