@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport as i explained that only covers the 5G signal, not the internet contained within it ! it *always* shows “ no problem” when the internet speed is very low or zero. unacceptable upload speeds are presently only 3% of the ( acceptable ) download speed in N19 4RN

@ThreeUK we've just taken out new phone contracts with you and the data signal in our house is awful, one bar at best. Is there anything we can do to improve this?

@ThreeUKSupport It cost over £100 to buy out contract and to set up a new one we have shown customer loyalty over the last 9+ years! It will now cost us an extra £50 in petrol to get the sim to her!

@ThreeUKSupport I want the sim to get to her!!! I want to know that she is safe and has access to get help in an emergency. I don’t want have to drive miles to do that. Which I will now have to. All of this could have been avoided with better advice. In the longer term I want you to do better!
