    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @ThreeUKSupport I was just told on the phone that the ZTE 5G devices (which I run my home broadband off) have been randomly resetting themselves (I have had 28 disconnects in 24 hrs) and you've no date for a fix. How am I meant to work? This is insane.

    3 have charged me for an add on that didn't go through on their end and wasn't used at all. I rang to complain and was told I "cannot submit a complaint". Please explain? @ThreeUK

    @BeebsyMcA @ThreeUK I tried to cancel a sky TV account once, cost me £90 in phone calls, they then charged me £140 for cancelling, I told them to whistle for it, never heard another word

    @ThreeUK was known for “best customer service” but years later n a day before my bday they refusing to give me allowances on my sim and want me to wait for delivery of the sim which would leave at home alone with no method of communication

    @ThreeUKSupport i get literally the worst signal I've ever had with a phone network. Everywhere I go us one bar of signal. I switched over after seeing you give the best coverage and its by bar the worst.

    The staff @ThreeUKSupport have been nice but the service has been the worst. Talk about Hotel California. Getting out of 3 is impossible.
