@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK your upgrade team lie to me every year - they allegedly can’t access the website called Quidco which gives cash back - just deny it exists so I boggle both you and I with admin, cancel my contract and just get a new one every year

@threeuksupport hey, any work going on in tw27bp? upload speed on 4g is really poor, less than 1mb! have switched off 5g as can only get that sometimes outside. can't drop down to 3g as on an iphone 13. have restarted phone, reset network settings, but no luck.
