    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUK any update on when you are going to introduce the esim, I’m hoping my wife and kids will update my Apple Watch but not much point if I can’t use the uks favourite network

    @ThreeUKSupport I have missed two calls from tech support. However when I call back the number given to me, I get stuck in a never-ending loop of menu options none of which lead to support. How do I get to speak to someone in person?

    Since I moved house I can't make or receive phone calls inside my house or garden due to extremely poor signal. I have contacted @ThreeUK multiple times but they say I have to pay almost £200 early termination fee to leave. But Three aren't upholding their end of the contract!

    @ThreeUKSupport So I'm pretty sure I won't be the only one struggling to get through, defo a huge problem with that number, as I'm sure your other customers are finding out. Luckily not a problem for me now, despite some early cancelation charges it's worth it for much less stress

    @tescomobile Am thinking of switching from @ThreeUK to elsewhere, signal in a lot of areas is awful! Coming to the end of my contract in September so looking at options been with them for nearly 5 years.

    @ThreeUKSupport And Yet again my internet connection has been dipping in and out all day. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years seriously considering changing Networks in Nov when current contract is up
