@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

Really can’t knock @ThreeUK customer service but I joined the service provider due to there incredible roaming offers, which at the time were unprecedented. I therefore requested to leave this morning and they are reconsidering there roaming stance. I have therefore signed (1/2)

@ThreeUK my phone says I have 4G / 5G however I literally can’t even send a WhatsApp or receive a phone call. This is disgusting service what if someone was in danger ? What am I even paying for?

@edisampa1 @ThreeUKSupport I moved three phone numbers already to another network to utilise esim functionality, another one soon. Waited so long...it may not come to Three network at all.
