@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

It is my understanding @ThreeUK have a duty to provide the deadlock letter if a customer is not satisfied with a complaint. Phone companies are required to provide this letter but three are refusing. @OmbudServices i have already made a complaint, how else can I get this letter?

@ThreeUK do you deliberately employ call centres with no human compassion, ability to sort a problem caused! Equally who had heard of a call Center who can’t transfer calls! The stress caused by three and your incompetence is criminal - a vile company and im glad I’ve left them

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to customer support, appreciate there's nothing you can do, but please feedback to whoever you need to that whatever work is being done in and around SW8 (London) is taking unacceptably long. My phone has been borderline unusable for the past week due to poor connection
