    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @ThreeUK any update on when you are going to introduce the esim, I’m hoping my wife and kids will update my Apple Watch but not much point if I can’t use the uks favourite network

    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had this sim 4 years , was told I'd have a new one when I renewed contract , didn't get one , also told there's work ongoing in my area , then I was told its the actual phone , I don't seem to be getting anywhere , I know a few people on 3 that are having same issues

    @ThreeUKSupport It just stopped working, not damaged. We are on the phone to Samsung support as I type. I'm just very upset Three who we bought the phone from two days ago told us she is basically out of luck.

    @ThreeUK are disgusting, absolutely not flexible at all with the way they treat people. Close the complaint even when you’re not happy and don’t authorize it with the attitude of “well there’s no more we can do”.
