@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport called up to renew my contract again in line with my partners and quoted £10+ more per month than hers for the exact same contract. So now on a much cheaper SIM only deal. Basically down-sold by the sales agent, pretty poor.

@ThreeUKSupport switched over to 3, but no one can call/text me unless they are also on 3. Customer service have apparently escalated this to the porting team but no success - all I get is “it’s taking longer than we expected to fix”. Can you investigate? Causing a few issues!

@mchammer984 @ThreeUKSupport They don't escalate anything unless a DD is missed, then they escalate it to the same as before. No service. This is in violation of T&C.

@ThreeUKSupport @Pootsman76 But thats like half the reason to use it away from the phone and the point of it being LTE - gifting this but not having the functionality will just make those people (like me) go to a different provider after the contract is up. Please add support

@ThreeUKSupport @GemsterB @ThreeUKSupport can you ask about the zte mc801a firmware, and make the previous software versions available to download so we can self service our routers ? the latest update broke my router which keeps restarting and switching between 5g-4g+-4g and dies then needs restart, pls
