@welsh_ad @ThreeUK I've literally never switched, and can get a deal with Vodafone that includes roaming, though it is a bit more expensive... But maybe the hassle factor is too much to bother.

Hello @ThreeUKSupport. When are you going to fix your mobile broadband service in the Jaywick area? It's been up & down all week. I need a steady connection for my studies for the Ambulance Service, and I've had to pay Tesco £17.50 for broadband. Are you going to reimburse me?

@ThreeUKSupport It was sometime in the middle of October 2021. Yes I have been shown the information about go roam several times in the past day. My issue is that I was assured I could carry on as I was while agreeing to a 24 month contract.

@ThreeUKSupport Have been in Cambridge 3 three store and we changed the sim to enable phone product to work.. Still no improvement. Paying for a product and want it to work. Otherwise would like to cancel leave the contract asap

@ThreeUKSupport Internet maintenance happening again, no 5G… still get the timeout issues been having all week, phoned Three 4 or 5 times now, no one understands the issue, or is willing to take responsibility to fix it!

@ThreeUKSupport No I tried switching to 4g and no difference, I do this 1.5hr commute every day and have no issues apart from a drop in a particular area in the city centre. Strange.
