  @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

  @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

  @ThreeUKSupport The signal has been hit or miss ever since i joined and now ive moved into a flat I can only get signal if i stand in very specific points, i know full well i wouldnt have had this problem with vodafone

  @O2 please explain how my area is marked as good on reception map when my reception never goes above one little bar but mostly stays at 0 bars. You only allow WiFi calling on android on o2 devices.I didnt have this problem with @ThreeUK whom i left for you. Venture out to town &

  Service has been abysmal in CT9 for months, @ThreeUK. When are you going to fix it? Are you going to fix it? Why don't you provide useful info on your Network status checker?

  @decent_doge @ThreeUK Unfortunately not had such good assistance from @Plusnet who demanded that I pay two additional weeks for a terrible intermittent service that I want to cancel.

  @ThreeUK just lost a long term customer after very poor customer service and them taking money they'd already been paid, so phoned, cancelled contract and now moved over to @EE, Excellent first communication and assistance from them.
