    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?

    @ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.

    @ThreeUK what is wrong with your network. I am paying for everything I use yet your network is becoming bad everyday, I have noticed this for over 3months now there is gross instability. If you don’t solve this I am going to switch to @Vodacom

    @ThreeUKSupport and again 1845 hrs we loss service again, no calls no texts no data, no response or compo for the number of drop outs, snd all out stoppages since june alone!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Home broadband internet services are getting down frequently in last few weeks. The customer support says some work is going on and surprisingly Internet from mobile sim of three works seamlessly fine
