Just recently I've been unable to get any signal in my property, and I changed from my previous provider to you because I did get a signal! But not now? What's changed?

Kenny Jaymes. Never Forget Rememberance Sunday (@DJKennyJaymes) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.
-
Richard Adams (@richardwadams) reported@paullewismoney It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. My best example was @ThreeUKSupport. I had to print out a form and post it to them. A telecommunications company. It beggared belief. They of course denied ever receiving it.
-
Ibad Jan (@IbadJan115) reported@ThreeUK your network has become absolutely terrible. The signal keeps dropping, data is painfully slow, and I’m honestly fed up with it. I’m paying for a service that I can barely use. Please fix this issue or explain what’s going on. 😡📶 #ThreeUK

Joseph Sinyor (@josephsinyor) reported@ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.

Mark Finch (@markpfinch) reported@ThreeUKSupport shocking charge me £12 for 7 day European pass. Block it after 1 day for fair usage policy. Rude on support and tell me I have to wait to buy another pass as this one is active for 7 days. Leave me unable to use my phone for navigation in Europe! Scam!
