@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport I give up! I have spoken to 3 of your support staff via live chat & 1 in person every day since Friday to try and get my roaming activated. I was told to trust you this morning that this was sorted and over 4 hours later my roaming is still disabled! Appalling!

@ThreeUK upgraded my daughters contract today to the same deal I wanted last Thursday but was told NO, the deal not available to me. How crap is that. We are all with 3 as a family. No LOYALTY. Absolutely shocking and INCOMPETENT customer service. Not willing to help at all!!!

Do not get broadband with @ThreeUK! They think it’s acceptable to not deliver what they promised but for me to pay and be out of pocket. Won’t even reimburse me for it. Worst service I have EVER encounter. I will take them to court, breach of contract! @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Since porting my number to EE on 16 February, Three has taken a monthly direct debit from me in March and again in April. I would like to raise a complaint about this, get the Three account closed and the money you’ve taken refunded.

@GarryMartin I understand, but I think that is only the caller ID I am seeing. Surely @ThreeUK can see where the calls originate. If I have six calls, they should be able to take out the source with little effort - if they cared at all about the service to their customer.

@ThreeUK I keep running from pillar to post to get a refund of a service that I have not used. Your chat team just says that we cannot control what is happening on internet you might have visited some website and are being charged.
