@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

  • iestynx
Iestyn Lloyd (@iestynx) reported from Caernarfon, Wales

@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

  • declaa
Declan McGrath (@declaa) reported from Llanfaes, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport is this your number 08000338005 as I've never used any of your services and don't intend to either and how did they get my number in the first place as well.

    @ThreeUKSupport no coverage in #Anglesey either. #outage #nodatanocoverage

@ThreeUK any update on when you are going to introduce the esim, I’m hoping my wife and kids will update my Apple Watch but not much point if I can’t use the uks favourite network

@ThreeUK Sort your **** mobile broadband network out in South Manchester. I had better service with my AOL rom disc and dial up in Y2K.

.Is @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the WORST network in the UK? There's no reception in half of London. A complete joke. #MOBILE #complaint

  • bandhan1983
    আসমা (@bandhan1983) reported

@ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

  • jnides8

First world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.

  • SoundWavePapi
    Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reported

@LycamobileUK @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK All in all next time instead of paying £26 pm for ID Mobile, I'll just put my £26+5 pm on a different provider next time and never be swindled by low prices from jokemen ever again.

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls

  • pn_d00
    P (@pn_d00) reported

Hi @ThreeUK, just wondering why I can’t see the £1 cafe nero offer in the three+ app anymore. Has the partnership ended, or is it just a temporary app issue?

  • Iwantmytrain
    John 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@Iwantmytrain) reported

When @ThreeUK split their bills so you now get a separate bill for airtime and the device, it became the biggest inconvenience for the customer. Convenient for Three, not their customers. TERRIBLE idea.

  • MasonIyons
    Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reported

so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.
