    @ThreeUKSupport just a heads up - when trying to top up via unregistered card, a new voice interjects about deals (just after choosing data package) and when pressing 2 to ditch him, the top up can't proceed and goes to the hang up message. Not good.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been there and also got misinformed again as part of the complaint process, it's been misadvise from day 1. It's actually beyond a complaint now. 4 months it's been back and forth for simply closing an account and getting my money back and compensation for wasted time

    @ThreeUK How can I speak to someone at three about fraud done with your companies name? Not a call centre / someone with a script. But someone who can actually help?

    @ThreeUKSupport I closed an account due to services not working, I was told the account was closed. Which, it had not been, then told I would get my money back and after 10 hours of phone calls. Got advised I would be compensated for lost time not as a Gesture of good will. Again misinformed

    @ThreeUK I made the mistake of dealing with Three last year and bought a data sim. Had to cancel as the service would not work. I raised a complaint, went through ombudsman, case awarded in my favour. Still being chased - Three get your act together

    For your own sanity, do not ever use @ThreeUK . By far the worst customer journey I have ever been through

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Thanks for shutting off my service when I'm stuck abroad due to covid. Customer service was no help and literally tried to hang up on me. I can't even get into my bank accounts now. Please help me so I can pay my bills at least!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have received the PAC and submitted the request. Relieved to not have to deal with that level of service anymore
