@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@ThreeUKSupport It was not short term I could not make a very important phone call to the hospital because of the issue. There were problems from as early as I noticed at 8 am to at least 2pm. The service is terrible. I will be switching next chance I get and I have been with you 10+ years

@ThreeUK Hi there, how do I log into my account (to see any final bill) when today I have moved elsewhere and when logging in it doesnt recognise the now transferred email. I havent even had recognition from you I have used my PAC, all I got today was you have bad network access.
