@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

Really fed up with the number of unsolicited phone calls i’m getting from @ThreeUK from a call centre somewhere. They hang up when I say I only buy refurbished phones but then call again a couple of days later.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s a ZTE 5G router. They have refused to accept that the router is faulty. I’ve asked for a replacement router to be sent but the answer is no. The contract needs to be cancelled now without a cancellation fee. I’ve already paid for at least 2 months with no service.

@ThreeUK I’ve asked to cancel my contract because of data roaming charges abroad your customer service agent transferred me to three abroad and with 10 seconds it’s charged me an extra £30 this is unfair
