    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUK re: retiring home signal boxes? "this service should no longer be needed"? Are you going to guarantee that I won't any degradation in service? We live in a poor coverage area, despite what you say.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope no real problems anywhere else but the minute I come into Milton Keynes it always happens and has been doing so since I can remember. I went into the 3 shop in Milton Keynes and was told to try 3G instead. If that doesn’t work I might try and dig out my dial up modem

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m sorry to be a Karen but your live chat is the most useless robot I’ve experienced.. not to mention I’ve tried calling and waited patiently on hold to but cut off after 10 minutes… what kind of service is this??

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve recently been in touch about no wifi calling. I was told to update to latest iOS and I did, it briefly worked until today and now wifi calling isn’t working at all. Can someone help please?

    @ThreeUKSupport I fail my password and my security questions. It’s probably an age thing. I can give information about bank account and date payment taken but NO not acceptable. This is heading for a complaint to the adjudicator.

    @ThreeUKSupport And I can’t even get on that! Why because I don’t know any of my answers!!!!! I’m at the end of my long tether on this. I’ve stopped my direct debit when I realised you were still taking money now you have the cheek to say my accounts in arrears. Never again Three!

    @ThreeUKSupport I just got my 4G+ home broadband today and tested the speeds and it's more like 1 - 2 mbps download rather than the promised 100 - 600mbps. My hub is also showing red for LTE strength but on using the coverage checker it should be 'very good service'. Please help!
