@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@andy2hill @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Same thing happened to me when I renewed contract. Instead of agreed £10 charge, was billed £25! Couldn’t refund me, so said they’d credit my account over the next 3 months! 3 seem happy to take money upfront, but as keen to pay back! Terrible customer service

@ThreeUK Why do you make it so difficult to do the simplest of things like trying to cancel phone insurance, I've been told to phone 3 different numbers by Three I've been on the web chat and it's now becomming soul destroying but I will remember this when my contract is up.
