    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, do you support WiFi calling on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra devices? It’s not on the compatible list but is listed on the WiFi calling page. It’s not showing in the phone settings however.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I've just switched from another provider to 3. The sim arrived Tuesday & my number should've transferred over on Thurs (19th) but doesn't seem to have happened as I'm still receivin calls and texts on my old sim card (with my old network). When will it switch?

    @virginmedia No one answers dude I'll leave it . I give up now ...spent over £25,000 with Virgin over the years sad it's come to this your service has completely fallen apart. We have a data dongle from @ThreeUK use that mostly to guarantee internet services through the day.

    @ThreeUKSupport why when I called last month regarding no signal did your call centre lie? Why when I complained again y/day about the issue did your call centre ask the same questions and try to fob me off? Why did I receive a text From Three: We've resolved your complaint. 😡

    @andyhart @ThreeUK (Which is asymmetric in the opposite way, it’s very weather dependant. I can get 40/40 but in bad weather the downstream suffers)

    @threeuk - after your web chat refused to cancel my account, I have submitted a cancellation form but received no confirmation. I also tried to cancel within My3 and was presented with a bill for £218 to leave. This is wrong. I am so glad to leave your company. Everyone should.
