@ThreeUKSupport hi, do you support WiFi calling on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra devices? It’s not on the compatible list but is listed on the WiFi calling page. It’s not showing in the phone settings however.

@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport Unable to access my account: bills, settings, usage... So I don't want to be a Three customer anymore. Not worth it. I'm going to switch to a phone provider who actually lets me access my own account and doesn't blame its tech issues on my email or whatever

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, the chat was fine. They said this was a tech issue and that the tech team would call me to fix the issues. I got the call on Friday. I spent 2 hours on the phone. Nothing got fixed
