@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

Chris Atterbury 🏴 (@chris_atterbury) reported from Penrhyndeudraeth, Wales
@ThreeUKSupport hi, do you support WiFi calling on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra devices? It’s not on the compatible list but is listed on the WiFi calling page. It’s not showing in the phone settings however.

@n3c8 @ThreeUK @Ofcom Cancelling not switching sadly. I did actually consider porting service to another operator just to cancel it with someone competent.

@ThreeUK My service is out AGAIN!! No further updates? Nothing! Customers can't get through to you and you're not even bothering to help them Disgusting!!!!

@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Still having issues. I have to reboot my phone several times a day as it works after a reboot but then shortly afterwards calls don’t work again. Probably going to leave now

Adam Grose MA PGCE (@adgros) reported
@ThreeUK Hi, was wondering if an issue in the TA2 area? Signal keeps dropping.
-
Harvey (@Harvey18623162) reported
Three is the shortest network going. @ThreeUK YET AGAIN unable to make or receive any calls. This is beyond a joke. I expect reimbursement or a cancellation option on my contract. Absolute joke.
-
PL84 (@DeviousPL) reported
@ThreeUK Really haven’t done yourself any favours with this, people say Three is a joke network and this didn’t help. Also data services did not work normally (bit of a bare faced lie) - my IP cameras went down, lucky it was just those and not my Vodafone main line.
-
Lewis (@MrGoody11) reported
@ThreeUK worst thing I ever did purchasing their broadband. Useless
-
Ry (@ryswinney) reported
So I’ve just had @ThreeUK “marketers” call me via a business number associated with a restaurant in Falkirk? Only answered cause it was a Falkirk code and thought there was a family emergency. How is that right?
-
Richard Garber (@richard0964) reported
@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK No comment from @iD_Mobile_UK then. Quick enough to raise prices annually but no refund foe no service double standards

The Peaceful Poet (@PeacefulP0et) reported
@iD_Mobile_UK @DJade8888 @ThreeUK Remind me please .. major issues still
