    @ThreeUKSupport hi, do you support WiFi calling on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra devices? It’s not on the compatible list but is listed on the WiFi calling page. It’s not showing in the phone settings however.

    @andy2hill @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Same thing happened to me when I renewed contract. Instead of agreed £10 charge, was billed £25! Couldn’t refund me, so said they’d credit my account over the next 3 months! 3 seem happy to take money upfront, but as keen to pay back! Terrible customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport Like I said in my tweet, I have already raised on a call today with your agent. The really frustrating bit is that she can see the offer I’ve accepted but says she can’t do anything until after the bill triggers tomorrow. This means I have to make yet another call! Just so poor

    @ThreeUK Why do you make it so difficult to do the simplest of things like trying to cancel phone insurance, I've been told to phone 3 different numbers by Three I've been on the web chat and it's now becomming soul destroying but I will remember this when my contract is up.
