    @ThreeUKSupport hi, do you support WiFi calling on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra devices? It’s not on the compatible list but is listed on the WiFi calling page. It’s not showing in the phone settings however.

    @ThreeUK I’ve just been out in the jungle in Thailand & on boats in the ocean & still had perfect 5G coverage on AIS. Yet it amazes me that I barely get a 3G network & only 4G (also barely) in Notts city centre. Do I need to find a new provider as your coverage is dire!?

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I am still having problems with my mobile broadband connection - there are no issues with the mast in my area anymore but my modem is still saying it's online but won't connect to anything. Is there any chance I can be sent a new one?

    @ThreeUKSupport Well after contacting the Broadband team and after several people involved it is confirmed that the issue I’m having is due to work done in my area. My question is: shouldn’t I’ve been informed of the impact of these works as I am@left without internet access for 3 days?

    @ThreeUKSupport awful service from three again. My wife bought a new contract with you 1 month ago. She asked support if she could transfer her old number from an existing three account to the new one. Your support said she would need to wait for her old account contact to end.

    The irony of being on a webchat with @ThreeUKSupport about my poor broadband connection and being disconnected before they can even run a diagnostic due to said connection is not one that is lost on me. Guess I'll just keep paying that bill and sit here like it's 1992.
