@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

Have you been experiencing 4 bars, full 4G signal on your @ThreeUK iPhone yet getting absolutely no service? Or been manually switching to 3G to get any service ?

@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

@paulmai @ThreeUK Of course if it was a data breach, then that's more serious. However, no-one claiming this has any proof such a thing occurred & it could just have been a network malfunction sending calls all over the place. I don't think getting all wound up over what might be is helpful
-
Mike P
(@meatntater) reported
@trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I must agree, and I’m not a great fan of the screeching public; however, 3 supply a service that customers pay for…therefore, surely the customers must be allowed to complain if that service doesn’t meet the expectations of those customers?
-

(@Carlo14601) reported
@agent_outside @ThreeUK Their duty is to fix it. Your number can be randomly generated in the same manner this issue occurred. If everyone is so bothered by it just raise a formal complaint. It’ll no doubt be dismissed unless you specifically claim distress and inconvenience

@AdamDarbouche @ThreeUK Holy ****! It's a tech glitch you *******! Data breach... what a ******* spangle. Your surname should be Bardouche . Stop using wired and phrases your clearly have no understanding of!
-
Outside Agent
(@agent_outside) reported
@Carlo14601 @ThreeUK Think the point is that what should be private numbers are now accessible to individuals who really shouldn't have those personal phone numbers, this wouldn't of occurred without this issue... doubt they have purposefully sabotaged themselves but it's still an issue on their end

@ThreeUKSupport @ilyas_omer Can you issue a clear statement of what has happened? I see at least 3 people who think they had a call from me. I hope my number is not in the hands of a scammer who is spoofing it. If it is a data breach, you have to tell us within 72 hours of your discovery. Please clarify.

@dazj72 @ThreeUK Darren Jones - Get a grip you whining, entitled *****! Big whoop, a tech company has technical issues. All Tech companies have issues. They will fix it in good time as is normal. You however can't be fixed and will always be a whining, entitled, *******.
