@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

So @ThreeUK are raising contract prices, removing features, and then locking you in by refusing to provide PAC codes? The SMS service has a "system issue", as does the web service; they direct you to chat, but there are "no operators available".

@ThreeUK - Received email telling me you're phasing out my current tariff. Never had a free upgrade, no like for like alternative offered and current global situation can't be blamed for change as no extra cost to you for moving data. 30 day ultimatum is unacceptable. Theives

@GioKinto @ThreeUK Same. Decade-long customer and I jumped ship a few months ago when my contract ran out. Roaming was the only reason to be with them.
