    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport What????? Both PAYG are with yourselves. They will no longer be used. I wish those numbers to be transferred to the new contract phones I have with yourselves. Why and how the hell am I supposed to port my numbers to another network to then transfer back to yourselves?????

    @ThreeUK My wife ordered a pay monthly telephone and had to cancel the order after being assured that the telephone would be delivered on time but then it wasn’t (had to cancel and find another contract to avoid paying for another 30 day notice period with previous provider) (1)

    @ThreeUK 14 days have passed since and we still have not received a refund. My wife has contacted customer services but has been told the record cannot be found because the contract wasn’t live (4)
