    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @Nooraa_N @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK unfortunately there customer service and live chat is so bad they cut you off more then once in a day, because you complain about there network and cover in the U.K. they always past the book, I’ve been with them for years but NOW it’s time to think about moving network

    @Grizzly_media @ThreeUKSupport Honestly looks like a normal day. I left them after years of failed promises to join Voxi and haven't looked back. Went from ~2mbps to ~60mbps - and both Three and Voxi are on the same mast so clearly not down to my location.

    @ThreeUK you sell batches of contracts to 3rd parties, who then sell them to the public at lower prices than you offer direct. Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

    @ThreeUK Hi Id like to pay my bill. The problem is, I cant call you or receive texts as my services have been suspended. This makes it so I cant log into my account to pay you. This seems like a flaw in the system.
