    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @1JamesCHELSEA @ThreeUK But that isn’t good for business mate. They give them to the big followed accounts,as that’s how social media works. It’s all about exposure & influencers. Never for those who need or deserve it or actually never buy a shirt due to not having much money.

    @ThreeUK Can you give an explanation as to why our 4g broadband has virtually disappeared? We’re in a rural property but have had good coverage with you for a couple of years. Now we’re barely able to get 3G coverage. Your call centre just shrugged it off and won’t help.

    @ThreeUKSupport The contract was 25 a month also so where you have chosen to ask for double that is beyond me. And why you make threats to my credit rating and integrity at that is so ******* outrageous you can allow an attack on a loyal customer of over 20 years for services not rendered Scum

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your reply. I’m complaining to the ombudsman. I’ve been experiencing poor service for some time, given misinformation by your call centre colleagues

    @1JamesCHELSEA @ThreeUK Agree totally. It’s a shame they seem to hand pick people to help their company & not touch the lives of kids who could do with a smile put their faces.

    @ThreeUKSupport No just cuts off. I’ve been on live chat and getting nowhere the operator has just told me to contact three support. Then she closed the chat window before I had a chance to click on the link
