@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUK your coverage in Horsham sucks! If I leave the house my phone is about as useful as a chocolate teapot! I'm 2 months into a 2 year contract and regretting it already. I can't remember the last time I could actually use my phone outside. Sort it out!

@ThreeUK why is the Three network totally useless in South Shields? Myself and many of my colleagues here on a training course is shocked how bad the signal is in one of the UK larger cities.

@ThreeUKSupport my daughter has been left with no ability to make phone calls or texts except on WiFi. She has tried to get this sorted several times and it’s still not working. I’m concerned as she’s out and I tried myself to get it sorted to be told I’m not the account hold!
