    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUKSupport No I’m not a business offer and no I didn’t accept. As mentioned my out of pocket expenses and your offer is offensive. The issues stems from problems. Your end not mine. Why should I be held responsible for threes network issues.?

    @ThreeUK I cancelled my contract in August on the understanding I would not have to pay the outstanding contract fee because of nil service in my area. However I am still being hounded to pay the amount £201.66 with texts from credit collectors

    @ThreeUKSupport no 4g in sp10 area since Wednesday afternoon and website just keeps saying there are issues being worked on. When will they be resolved? 2 days I've not been able to work from home

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why have rewards and presale if we can’t purchase things or after waiting in a queue for hours to then be kicked out. Poor poor poor. Should’ve gone to @O2 a while ago much better customer service as well as network

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried your live chat tonight twice and both times been cut off. Gauresh and Supriya. I am no further forward after 45mins. I want to know why I can't get mobile internet signal anymore? I am lucky if I have H+. The service is a complete joke!!

    I honestly have no idea exactly what @ThreeUK are doing in Stockport but the quality of the signal is utter garbage and has been for at least a year and a half
