@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUK trying to buy a passport abroad. You can not do it while connected to a wifi. Not even from the app while logged in. This would make us customer save money but maybe Three would loose some data we have to use? Come on…
