    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport a person asks me again for the memorable place for a line I no longer remember. There is no customer support email anywhere to be found aside from one for people with accessibility needs. I don't seem to be able to get through to anyone on your end to fix this.

    @DanBron @ThreeUKSupport Silence. Bet they won't be silent when customers start leaving in thousands. Without #goroam they are just an an average phone network with the worst customer service. People stay with them due to #goroam and that's all changed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I will end up talking to another person for two hours and it won’t be resolved I want a resolution on the matter and how can this happen if the phone number you guys are saying doesn’t exist anymore but we are still using it and eight payments have come out even though they were

    @ThreeUKSupport @smjghamjon The coverage checker and status only measures 5G signal strength abs show ok It’s the internet connection carried with that with regularly fails.

    @ThreeUKSupport No. It wasn’t. And this is the problem. 1.5 hours on the phone. There have been 8 payments of £10 each taken from my account this month. Not sure how this is possible to be auto renew top up if a rolling contract had been activated. So lost and angry
