    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUK it appears to be working and holding out now, I was running tests with the @Huawei app which stated it could not connect to the network but seems to be holding OK now

    Since joining @ThreeUK it's honestly been the worst contract I ever gotten into. Constant outstage on network, never any proper explantion on the phone. Always 💯 poor speeds. I'm so disappointed. Never again

    @ThreeUKSupport Porting request 3 days ago hasn’t happened by the time it does happen 120 hours will have elapsed, considerably more than the 24/48 as specified this has been a clusterf**k apps won’t work, timesheets are app based so potential pay issues my banking app won’t work either

    @ThreeUK customer service received from a girl in the Trafford Centre store last night was absolutely SHOCKING and disgusting, thank god I’m cancelling from this awful customer service provider and going with a company who has some respect for their customers

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s IV31 6SD, iphone XR. So far it’s taken three refreshes of twitter just to send this reply. The entirety of any signal above 3G is diabolical and it always seems to occur here too.

    @ThreeUKSupport It may be the current speed in that moment but it is certainly representative of the service I am receiving. I shouldn’t have to switch off WiFi on my phone to get a page to load. The tv is constantly freezing and if I play music on Alexa it constantly pauses.
