@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@rob3047 @ThreeUK I had a 3 SIM for the iNet unit which wouldn’t work. I contacted @TrumaUK and they asked if I was using a 3 SIM. They didn’t know why, but they just wouldn’t work. Whether they’ve resolved it I don’t know. Changed SIM and never had an issue since.

@rob3047 @ThreeUK I use a mifi on three (without an antenna) , tbh I get better service just using my iPhone on Tesco (o2) 99.9% of the time.

@ThreeUKSupport No, just sims that are about 1-2 years old. I have always topped up with voucher or 444 - but about a year 1/2 ago, that sales message appeared when trying to but via unreg CC. When it worked, there never was an advert interrupting the top up process.

Have to start publicly complaining about @ThreeUK again. Long dialogue by email re: poor / no cell service dating back a month +++. Promises made but now just stalling again it seems. Unsatisfactory service.
