@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport trying to set up mobile broadband (4g hub) on your website however having issues with credit checks - it’s failed using 3 different people who have no adverse credit and we can’t understand why this is happening. What phone number do I call to sort this?

@philip_mccann @ThreeUK But Vodafone won't let me use that in the USA or some of the 71 other countries outside the EU that I have visited for free, which is what I have now and my reason for being a Three customer in the first place

I see @ThreeUK is bringing back roaming charges next year. Basically, whichever network decides to continue allowing data roaming abroad next year, they will get my money. Lucrative, I'm sure

@ThreeUK Every day moments like back stabbing your UK customers by reintroducing roaming charges in the EU when the stance previously was you wouldn’t. Money grabbers just like the Tory government. Same ****, different name.

@Starfox118 @ThreeUK You're a better man than me. I bit the bullet as I could not take the poor quality of their service. Walking into a venue where everybody had reception but me got tiresome

@ThreeUK I read today 3 are introducing roaming charges within the EU. Despite the poor coverage the only reason I went abs stuck with 3 was their go roam package. Nor that’s is ending I will take my business to an operator with better coverage. Thanks for nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been out the country for 2 weeks, not months. My partners phone hasn't had this issue.

@NickFerran @ThreeUK 100%. The customer service is awful, I only stuck with @ThreeUK because of their expanding Feel at Home programme. Makes no sense to add charges within the EU because they are no longer legally required to when you've already voluntarily removed them from other markets worldwide.
