@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

Just phoned to disscuss my account with @ThreeUK and shocking servise agents laughing down the phone at a problem also given misadvise taking a question as an answer for my pin attempt and manager avoiding calls utter joke of a company @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Its happening again in EH6 7BY. As an ex senior staff member I cannot beleive how bad this network has become, especially with your broadband service... which now is technically as fast as DIALUP. Will you PLEASE get it sorted!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I was advised that - but I don't want to cancel now, I don't want my contract to roll over at the end. I kept getting told it's £8 or speak to us in September. Why do I have to have the same conversation again?

@ThreeUKSupport I've contacted your support to end my contract. It's 12 months in duration and ends in 3 months. Apparently it will cost me £8 to do this. I know that's not the case, so please can you stop wasting my time and end my contract as requested?
