    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUK how do your online chat people keep a straight face when telling me go roam@is no longer free because my contract renewed last year, with the exact same service but more expensive? What dictionary do you own that that’s considered the definition of an “upgrade”??

    @ThreeUKSupport Only a small SIM replacement. Why do customers need to go through this and NOW there’s help. Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered it from the local three store. No point in working with a network who can’t even send a simple sim out

    @ThreeUK the worst customer service ever! Wednesday my sim broke they said it will be delivered Saturday latest. It’s the following Tuesday now and they are saying 1-3 days. I’m now opening a new contract with another provider. It’s important because of my work.

    @ThreeUKSupport No reason was given, just that it couldn’t be resolved 😞 Have tried to escalate the matter but unable to do that either… An absolutely appalling level of service…

    @AppleSupport Thank you for leaving me on the phone forever just now, then promising to put me through to your store in Touchwood Solihull. I was left for half an hour, no-one answered & then the phone went dead…. Brilliant service from both yourselves & @ThreeUK 😡😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m facing issues with a replacement SIM and the agents told me I can’t ask for another replacement. I’ve tried all the tricks with the help of 7 different support agents. They keep telling me some mythical “higher technical team” will reach out to me but it hasn’t happened yet!
