@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not 💯 how to drop it to 3G but it’s been crap since I’ve had the contract I have a caravan here and it’s rubbish so about 6 years

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried phoning 333 but I am just being told that I haven’t paid and am only being given 1 option (which is to pay) or to view my bill online and pay. It’s frustrating because I’ve spoken to someone about this and was assured there would be no problem.
