@ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, any update on this? Into 8th day now and it really is unacceptable. Since being set up 12 days ago I have only had 4 days service. Could you please get in touch with me, I get no sense from call handlers on the sub continent, thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport Sure, it's SE15 5TL, Hauwei B535 and a Samsung M31. Your status checker has said "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area" all day. 4G speed is about 0.03Mb/s, and I can't send texts out.

@ThreeUKSupport Very bad 4G service in London N17 are, has been since Dec 2020, numerous calls to customer service and change of the SIM not resolving the issue. Just been advised by Three Customer service to move to another provider! Shocking!

@ThreeUKSupport Called the fraud team and was informed that as they were not able to call me on the number provided they cancel the order. Also, inform the number I gave is not in use even though I was calling them from the same number. No communication via email.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve only been there since the 9th. And yes, my girlfriend is also a customer, same thing with her new iPhone 12 (one bar of 5G at best, below 1Mbps download on 4G)
