But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear
