  • weavermj Matt Weaver (@weavermj) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. Totally appreciate that due to data privacy concerns. I’m not going to call you as I can’t get through. If Three want to speak to me, I suggest your customer service team tries again. Meanwhile my satisfaction and confidence in Three is dropping by the day.

  • Solsticebaby KLee (@Solsticebaby) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@ThreeUK 12 minutes holding for you to cut me off, thanks. Terrible internet and terrible customer service

  • DanielCurry14 Daniel Curry (@DanielCurry14) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK 5G isn’t consumer ready yet. It’s a ploy to get people on board. I’m sure all of your customers will enjoy their gigabit download speeds by a pole on the street until a gust of wind blows an empty packet of Quavers in front of the signal. 🍃

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

  • bish2707 Carl Bishop (@bish2707) reported from Birkenhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport It's coming up saying service not activated on network

  • stiplady Simon Tiplady (@stiplady) reported from Guilden Sutton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Have just tried that (again), signal strength still the same

  • funkyjammy DONT DREAM IT. BE IT (@funkyjammy) reported from Garston, England

    @dugganmartin83 @ThreeUK 🙄 there’s always a minimum 14 days grace period where you can cancel, go elsewhere that’s a joke !

  • scousemanblue Mark (@scousemanblue) reported from Liverpool, England

@ThreeUK your 4g signal between Huyton L36 and Broadgreen L14 is shocking. Fix that before you try and sell everyone 5g

  • MisterDaz MisterDaz (@MisterDaz) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@ThreeUKSupport I phoned 333. Told your servers were down and to phone back. Best you check everything’s not broken before you ‘suggest’ using a different browser.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Chester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

Trying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Where was this emergency alert then? What did you mess up this time? #EmergencyAlert #three

  • mark_phippen Mark Phippen (@mark_phippen) reported from Hedge End, England

@ThreeUKSupport looks like a fail on the alert system test. Four phones in the house on Three, none of them got the alert. The one phone in the house on another network DID get it. All iPhones, all same setup…

  • GothboyUK GothBoyUK - Any respectful pronouns. 🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@GothboyUK) reported

No emergency alert on my phone via @ThreeUK, despite it being set to accept them. I was watching a livestream and several people on there got one but it was actually before 15:00. I don't think I'd consider that test entirely successful. 🤔

  • TheActualSteve Steve Humphreys™ 🇺🇦 (@TheActualSteve) reported

@katebevan @ThreeUK Yes ... from my TL it seems that it was network dependent.

  • vickytnz Vicky Teinaki (@vickytnz) reported from North Shields, England

@edwardhorsford @ThreeUK Just checked my work phone (which is on a different network, can’t remember which) and it got it

  • Turkish_Pt2 Turkish2:Electric_boogaloo (@Turkish_Pt2) reported

@ThreeUK we don't get #EmergencyAlerts does that mean we are expendable or that we should chose a better network?

  • ilikejam Dave Stark (@ilikejam) reported

Looks @ThreeUK have managed to **** up the emergency alert thing. I am entirely unsurprised.

  • Sorelle_Arduino Le_Sorelle_Arduino KPSS (@Sorelle_Arduino) reported

So neither me nor manchild got the #emergencyalert on personal phones (both on @ThreeUK network) - work phones on other networks worked Both have alerts switched on Looks like quite a few on Three network failed on the twitter chat…
