@ThreeUK My Phone is supposed to have 4G but for the past 6 weeks or more it has only had 2G I have checked the coverage checker an it says that work is being done in my local area to fix and that it should be fixed By today’s date 29/06/19 which it isn’t any chance you can help

@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡

Thank you @ThreeUK for leaving me with no internet for the Christmas period and saying there is nothing they can do. Never mind, they have given me £8.37 in compensation. Luckily I’m not in contract so this is one customer who will be looking elsewhere next week

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they said to put the new sim in and throw the old one so we did. He said it was their mistake but they can’t issue refunds so he emailed Head office as customer services said to go instore again. Still nothing so did chargeback as I needed the money

@ThreeUKSupport Hi customers go to other network providers. They will get the PAC code for you. 3 don't give you. They will waste your time and energy and they charge you. Their service is very bad don't believe them.

@thisisbenr @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just an update to this - had to factory reset one of Huawei 5G routers to get it working on the three network. Just need to pop down to the B15 postcode and do the other. If you can do the same it may be worth trying. Thanks.
