@stevekennedyuk @ThreeUK I'm not surprised. I've had to turn off 4G on my @ThreeUK phone because it's so slow and unreliable. 3G performs better. There's even a complete blackspot on the high road in N15/N17. Reported by several people, everybody gets "we're on it" texts occasionally. Nothing improves.

@ThreeUKSupport i placed my order for a sim only deal and got an email that someone from your team will call me to confirm my details. a numer called me but it wasn't the one listed as the one for your customer service and i realised that last minute before giving them my bank
