@ThreeUKSupport Well I just did it and all that was required was to confirm my identity. Given you already have my bank details for the direct debit, this could totally be automated by default. Don't want people having their last interaction with you as a bad one to entice switching back. Maybe.

@ThreeUK let down by your customer services. I returned a phone that was sent to me in error, after 10 days they claim it hasn’t arrived. Your rep said I would incur all costs and be referred to bailiffs. I found my proof of postage but the next upgrade won’t be with 3 for sure.
