    @ThreeUK I was on a boat that brushed past the coast of Albania at night, and my phone briefly connected to their network. How is it acceptable to charge just under £20 for 3.2mb of data in such a situation? Roaming charges are an absolute con that pray on peoples naivete.

    Their customer service is absolutely shocking @ThreeUK sort your 4g out in the ct8 area its been 4 months ffs !!! It might say it works fine but I promise you it doesn’t.

    @ThreeUKSupport unable to connect my Sky Q box to your broadband, by either Ethernet or wifi, followed all troubleshooting steps on Sky’s website. Any advice? Why is the connection so poor, too?

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport I've phoned you to ask that my SIM is converted to an eSIM but I was told by the operator that you can't do that. Yet when I look on your website it says you can have eSIMs. Can I get an eSIM as a current customer?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Fraser but that doesn’t help, sadly - currently it is not available on the Elizabeth line platforms at Liverpool Street or Paddington - I’m not sure about others. Will it be made available on those platforms at any point or are they not classed as underground?
