    Trying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. Totally appreciate that due to data privacy concerns. I’m not going to call you as I can’t get through. If Three want to speak to me, I suggest your customer service team tries again. Meanwhile my satisfaction and confidence in Three is dropping by the day.

    @ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

    @ThreeUKSupport I phoned 333. Told your servers were down and to phone back. Best you check everything’s not broken before you ‘suggest’ using a different browser.

    @ThreeUK your service has been Diabolical recently,calls from unknown mobile Numbers and when you text/call Them back,they say they haven’t called you,delays or upto an hour on missed calls,that also don’t show on your call History,calls Constantly dropping Compensation is due

    @ThreeUK I bought an add on for £30 to use my data abroad and it didn’t actually work, and has now cost me an additional £56 in out of service charges. Sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport thanks for levying the charge for installing the iOS update that I need to install but am reluctant to because I don't fancy the privilege of paying even more on my mobile data for something that never used to even have a charge. I believe it's called a rip-off.

    @ThreeUK responsibility for their mistakes. Escalation was a joke: instead of resolving anything, they wasted time, deflected, and tried to pass me around. Zero accountability, zero honesty, and zero willingness to help. If you expect integrity or real support, avoid Three at all costs.
