@cfzellers4 @malcolmbooden @ThreeUK This is on cable in the building coaxial. They are migrating to fibre but my neighbors have the same results on fibre. I am reviewing SLA and terms sheet. Really not happy paying for something I basically never even get half of.

@ThreeUKSupport Wf1 1tu you've had issues for last 6 months in this area, if I put my sim in another phone it works fine but with my current phone I get the speed I sent in the picture, not much you can do to help minimum date for new phone is 17/2 you just need the online chat to stop lying lol

Wow, @ThreeUK Your service is appalling. Since I upgraded with you I'm being overcharged on my monthly bill to what equates to £33 for your "service", not given everything I was promised with the upgrade, AND I've not a had a working service for at least the last three days.

@ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!
