  • ViNsTeR_777 Vincent Dunks (@ViNsTeR_777) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @alantucker • ensuring compliance with a consumer’s contract, for example slowing down of traffic for the heaviest users • supporting the delivery of managed services, for example to ensure a guaranteed quality of service for a specific piece of content

  • nigeltimperley1 nigel timperley (@nigeltimperley1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve managed to get a fix - after 4 days - via your support line. It’s been painful as right now everyone’s broadband connection is more important than ever. IMHO you should upskill your customer services staff and simply charge more. I for one would pay it.

  • ACreativeRead Shona Read (@ACreativeRead) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why has it taken 3 different attempts over the last few months to ensure a contract doesn’t auto-renew? Is this some scam to keep customers and charge them for leaving at the end of the contract? Live chat is useless! #servicefail #terrible #helpnow

  • macromania Mahmut Canga (@macromania) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have requested SMS, tried using website and even called the support line. It has been almost 12 hours and no PAC code. Is this a type of dark pattern making it harder to leave? 🙄

  • Turner1984G Matthew turner (@Turner1984G) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Erm nope it's costing me money every day now. The phone shows signal but nothing happening. Its incredibly frustrating

  • Kegs11 Gone Stormin' (@Kegs11) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 23rd? Ouch! It's not just tethering that's the issue, general browsing on phones are as bad, we don't have a home internet connection so rely on the signal for internet access and tethering to household devices, but it's completely unusable for any of this at the moment

  • pickled_tinker Ian Grody (@pickled_tinker) reported

@ThreeUK network yet again having the squirts. This time it seems traffic shaping is leaving the skids this time; almost all TCP sessions have such small windows, I can't see the light for the lag.

  • DarDar_87 Darren Smith (@DarDar_87) reported

@ScottARobb @ThreeUK @EE I moved to O2 last year, had been with Orange/EE since 2006, can’t really comment on Customer Service but definitely contract affordability, much better value for money!

  • nicki1972 nicki bellis (@nicki1972) reported

@ThreeUK Hi had an issue with my phone upgrade today and found the customer support at 3 fantastic! Spoke to several people who all went above and beyond to help me, which is rare for customer services these days!!! 👏🏼

  • Rhie__ WhO sAiD tHaT? (@Rhie__) reported

@ThreeUK customer service is absolutely shocking!!
