Simon Tiplady (@stiplady) reported from Guilden Sutton, England@ThreeUKSupport Have just tried that (again), signal strength still the same
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Kelsall, England@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK All the data is restored here so we're all sorted. No different to how O2 went down for not paying their bill recently 😆
-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡
-
Andy Wallace (@Andyw1803) reported from Kelsall, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, we've decided to cancel the account. Doesn't make sense to pay each month for a service that doesn't provide internet access. We're going to give NowTV a try
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@ThreeUKSupport It's ok. The only way I could get any help was to log an official complaint. Turns out there WAS a transmitter fault, despite the website saying it was fine.
-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, WalesTrying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@_iDavid @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK It's probably a problem in one of their data centres or something
-
Lucy Sharp (@LucySharpPR) reported from Eccleston, England@RavWilding @ThreeUK @O2 That’s interesting! I pay £49 a month with three for a crap 7 and have been locked in for 24m - defo not making same mistake again xx
-
MrsLesbianMermaid (@PauPau_Lacey) reported from Wrexham, WalesAfter being a customer for over 6 years I was so shocked at the terrible customer service I received, complete lack of communication, long wait time for my new upgraded iPhone, being passed around different departments and given a long list of excuses @ThreeUK
-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.
-
RuthieMcmarshmallow (@RuthieM81) reported from Wrexham, WalesWaited all day to enter @HeartNorthWales competition only to be blocked from entering by @ThreeUK network provider. Lost my chance at £15000 thanks to you @ThreeUKSupport #fuming
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, EnglandMorning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Chester, England@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.
-
Neil Mackenzie-Grieve (@NeilMG_) reported from Penyffordd, Wales@ThreeUK today I took out a new phone contract with you, 16 years since I was last a three customer ! Last time you messed up but today I’ve ended my war and I’m back. Let’s try again 🤞

-
Zoe Martinez (@zoemartipulse) reported@DavidCl88428325 @ThreeUKSupport the network choosing unemployment again
-
Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reportedHow odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them I’m 3 staff (I’m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they weren’t really from 3….
-
Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
-
ivan (@ivanrosadev) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK wtf that’s an insane thing to do with so many important things relying on 2fa via sms, which by the way I hate
-
A (@abdel_2025) reported@ThreeUK your network is RUBBISH. Price increases every year but can’t even get a half decent 4G connection in many parts of central London
-
Robbo$ONDO (@Robbo2024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Best bet use a Revolut sim. I had the same issue with 3. £12.50 a month with Revolut keep same number, 20GB while abroad and 50mins calls. Took 2 days to get old number transferred.
-
David McKean (@keanie14) reported@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.
-
CARLZ (@Carlz94x) reported@ThreeUK terrible network!! Never no signal! Sort it out !!!
-
Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
