@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

  • LucySharpPR Lucy Sharp (@LucySharpPR) reported from Eccleston, England

@RavWilding @ThreeUK @O2 That’s interesting! I pay £49 a month with three for a crap 7 and have been locked in for 24m - defo not making same mistake again xx

  • RuthieM81 RuthieMcmarshmallow (@RuthieM81) reported from Wrexham, Wales

Waited all day to enter @HeartNorthWales competition only to be blocked from entering by @ThreeUK network provider. Lost my chance at £15000 thanks to you @ThreeUKSupport #fuming

  • NeilMG_ Neil Mackenzie-Grieve (@NeilMG_) reported from Penyffordd, Wales

@ThreeUK today I took out a new phone contract with you, 16 years since I was last a three customer ! Last time you messed up but today I’ve ended my war and I’m back. Let’s try again 🤞

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

@BertrandRustles @OfficialRandL @ThreeUK Are you crazy? I'm worried about this situation that they're forcing us to pass through. Jesus... Such a terrible comment bro. Take it easy. I'm just worried about my integrity, is something happen.

  • brindy Chris Brind (@brindy) reported

“Next iPhone could be eSIM only” worries me. I have a £20 per month @ThreeUK sim which has been transferred physically esteem each phone for years. An eSIM would require interacting with Three either through their self service site or customer service both of which are awful.

  • BAL_D4KU_SINGH Bal Singh (@BAL_D4KU_SINGH) reported

@ThreeUKSupport how long should a telephone number from PAYG to a monthly take to port? On your own network?

  • trancingrs Paris (@trancingrs) reported

@PositivelyHani @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Worst network provider for mobile phones so would hate to think what their broadband bundles are like. Didn’t have signal on my phone in my area higher than 1 bar and they said the signal is fine. Then proceeded to try increasing my monthly cost. Cancelled direct debit and left.

  • Bootmaster69 Boot Master 🌑 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 🇺🇸 (but not Trumpism) (@Bootmaster69) reported

@ominologist @ThreeUK I always used to recommend "3" to anyone who asked or who I thought might like their roaming packages. But not anymore. Customer service has gone and it's been pure profit and To Hell with the customer.

  • drjohnpchapman John (@drjohnpchapman) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there a network issue in Lancaster. Grannie has no internet on her iPad.

  • ShannonOsborrne Shannon Osborne (@ShannonOsborrne) reported

@ThreeUKSupport But if I wait until after the 26th, would I be charged? As I have a bill coming out from you on 24th. Would that be my last bill with you? And would I need to cancel my DD with you once moved over or will that auto cancel?
