@ThreeUKSupport Have just tried that (again), signal strength still the same

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Chester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

Trying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Kelsall, England

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK All the data is restored here so we're all sorted. No different to how O2 went down for not paying their bill recently 😆

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@_iDavid @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK It's probably a problem in one of their data centres or something

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

  • NeilMG_ Neil Mackenzie-Grieve (@NeilMG_) reported from Penyffordd, Wales

@ThreeUK today I took out a new phone contract with you, 16 years since I was last a three customer ! Last time you messed up but today I’ve ended my war and I’m back. Let’s try again 🤞

  • RuthieM81 RuthieMcmarshmallow (@RuthieM81) reported from Wrexham, Wales

Waited all day to enter @HeartNorthWales competition only to be blocked from entering by @ThreeUK network provider. Lost my chance at £15000 thanks to you @ThreeUKSupport #fuming

  • LucySharpPR Lucy Sharp (@LucySharpPR) reported from Eccleston, England

@RavWilding @ThreeUK @O2 That’s interesting! I pay £49 a month with three for a crap 7 and have been locked in for 24m - defo not making same mistake again xx

  • Griswold32 Matt Sharples (@Griswold32) reported from Wrexham, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry but it's not a one off problem, I was at the echo arena in Liverpool, was there a few weeks back had the same problem, same at Wembley and at the principality in Cardiff, big crowd = no connection

  • jimbob1986 James Alderson (@jimbob1986) reported from Ellesmere, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes but the 4 g supervoice signal is crap. 1 bar. Hardly excellent. You seam to be avoiding my question

  • Bluebird0309 Jill (@Bluebird0309) reported from Chester, England

@anniebea56 @ShelaghFogarty My previous one did that @AppleSupport was useless no customer service just wanted to sell me an upgrade I finished up dealing with my provider @ThreeUK brilliant service and I wasn’t out of pocket

  • mattdh1993 Matthew (@mattdh1993) reported from Shotton, Wales

@lukeMcroft @ThreeUKSupport @Sophia28x It’s poor mate, I haven’t had either, and I ordered it on preorder day. Quite early too.

  • AmandaYeardsley Amanda Yeardsley (@AmandaYeardsley) reported from Dodleston, England

@cox_tom @ThreeUK This is all mobile phone companies. I once had success with a customer service situation (not phone co) by finding the ‘service excellence’ (ha) director on Linkdn and emailing him directly. A phone call from someon with a solution and compensation within 10 minutes.

  • timdsewell Tim (@timdsewell) reported from Chester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three Are you able to tell me if a Samsung Galaxy S6 I brought from you in November 2015 will be locked to Three or now that it is out of contract can it be used on another network?

  • matthew4660 Matt creasey (@matthew4660) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’d never had any issues before and im at a point where I’m counting down the months to end of contract

  • matthew4660 Matt creasey (@matthew4660) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No, it was ok 6 months ago and when I bought the cube, they checked and it was ok.. now my WiFi on both is appualing. I’ve spoken to people online and off line and I’m left with a service that I pay for and don’t receive.

  • AWoody80 Amanda W (@AWoody80) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @stephenabel20 Help David and Sally Abel get connected. They are stuck in Japan with Coronavirus and need communication! They are already 3 customers! #helpdavidandsallyabel

  • ConjuredRundown Andrew Farrugia (@ConjuredRundown) reported

@SuprahhRL @ThreeUK Due Stupid Toxic 5G Towers Mass Destruction

  • SienaSays Siena Says (@SienaSays) reported

@sarahclaireryan @Payforit_Sucks @IG_fairtelecoms @3Luser @ThreeUKSupport @BBCWatchdog @PSAuthorityUK @ThreeUK Aw right, glad you got to the bottom of it. I agree about Three and don't understand why they don't protect us. I would never allow my bank to let a third party remove money from my account without my consent!

  • sarahclaireryan Sarah Ryan (@sarahclaireryan) reported

@SienaSays @Payforit_Sucks @IG_fairtelecoms @3Luser @ThreeUKSupport @BBCWatchdog @PSAuthorityUK @ThreeUK It was all down to me to sort and they gave very little help (in fact the two text companies they directed me to were not the company responsible). Basically not our issue. I spent hours sorting it when really it should be up to them to protect their customers from scammers IMO.

  • sarahclaireryan Sarah Ryan (@sarahclaireryan) reported

@SienaSays @Payforit_Sucks @IG_fairtelecoms @3Luser @ThreeUKSupport @BBCWatchdog @PSAuthorityUK @ThreeUK Eventually I got an offer of a refund from the company involved. They wanted bank details which I wasn't comfortable with (since I never consented to the texts in the first place so it felt like a scam). They have instead sent me a text to redeem the money at Post Office...

  • tomlangdon Tom Langdon (@tomlangdon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I really hope you're right. I honestly do. But I've been hearing it for so long, and complaining before has only ever led to promises of fixes that never come. Switching to 3G might have worked if I'd known to - but it's a huge frustration to have to do it at all, and so often.

  • uklee Lee (@uklee) reported

@MarcAllera @EE guys great you do various events, and flog bt tv etc but the core services really matter. I’ve had to purchase a sim pay monthly for £10 to be able to use my phone in Israel from @ThreeUK I’m a EE customer I’m not prepared to pay £1.80 per minute

  • MerryBlackcat2 Sarah JK (@MerryBlackcat2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It would have been about the end of January. He went into the local shop. As a new customer, he was offered £9 a month for 6 months, rising to £18 but I don't know how long the contract is for.
