  • RuthieM81 RuthieMcmarshmallow (@RuthieM81) reported from Wrexham, Wales

Waited all day to enter @HeartNorthWales competition only to be blocked from entering by @ThreeUK network provider. Lost my chance at £15000 thanks to you @ThreeUKSupport #fuming

  • LucySharpPR Lucy Sharp (@LucySharpPR) reported from Eccleston, England

@RavWilding @ThreeUK @O2 That’s interesting! I pay £49 a month with three for a crap 7 and have been locked in for 24m - defo not making same mistake again xx

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Chester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@ThreeUKSupport It's ok. The only way I could get any help was to log an official complaint. Turns out there WAS a transmitter fault, despite the website saying it was fine.

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@_iDavid @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK It's probably a problem in one of their data centres or something

  • Andyw1803 Andy Wallace (@Andyw1803) reported from Kelsall, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, we've decided to cancel the account. Doesn't make sense to pay each month for a service that doesn't provide internet access. We're going to give NowTV a try

  • NeilMG_ Neil Mackenzie-Grieve (@NeilMG_) reported from Penyffordd, Wales

@ThreeUK today I took out a new phone contract with you, 16 years since I was last a three customer ! Last time you messed up but today I’ve ended my war and I’m back. Let’s try again 🤞

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Kelsall, England

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK All the data is restored here so we're all sorted. No different to how O2 went down for not paying their bill recently 😆

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

Trying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡

  • stiplady Simon Tiplady (@stiplady) reported from Guilden Sutton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Have just tried that (again), signal strength still the same

  • UFOlogyUK UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • rickyrob1970 rik the trucker (@rickyrob1970) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Why would it be the sim or phone? The phone is 3months old. Even the signal on my partners phone is rubbish too. That is also a three contract.

  • stee82 Steve (@stee82) reported

@ThreeUK Credit where it’s due but adding roaming charges in first place was a bad move..

  • MichaelMale10 Michael (@MichaelMale10) reported

@ChelCFC @carlbramhall @ThreeUK "Big corporations are bad. I'm very smart and edgy for saying this."

  • steve228uk Stephen Radford (@steve228uk) reported

I am SO done with my flaky internet. @ThreeUKSupport home broadband used to be fantastic now constantly drops connection to the network whenever a large download is started. Could be my router/modem as both Three APNs have the same issue.

  • SarahSpoorUK ⚫Sarah Spoor (@SarahSpoorUK) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK No signal at all today. 6 wks if barely any signal. This is on 3 different phones within one property. You have supposedly been doing work ?but for 6 wks ??? What on earth are you doing .

  • Eiriol2 Pethau Bach 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇺🇦 (@Eiriol2) reported

@ThreeUK Had a cold call from three today and the caller was rude and aggressive ..I've been a customer over 10 years I suggest you train your staff better

  • TommySW6 Tomas (@TommySW6) reported

@ChelCFC @ThreeUK You are so stupid

  • chutuk Andy (@chutuk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Strange thing is yesterday when getting full speed was during the working day at peak time. The 'lite' version was when testing at 3am in the morning. Samsung manual says the hollow icon means "LTE network connected in LTE network that includes the 5G network" makes no sense

  • GemmaSlutbunny Gemma (@GemmaSlutbunny) reported

@ThreeUK Don’t use this company. Shocking service that keeps dropping ( a minimum of 2-300 times a month ) Indian call centres and zero customer service. You’ll get just as good service putting your cash in the bin !!

  • garage_mechanic Andy (@garage_mechanic) reported

I have 2 mobile contacts and 1 broadband contract with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ,my phone contract ends in May 2022. I want to cancel my contract & go Pay&Go,to buy myself out I have to pay the remaining months..fair enough, but than they want £62 cancellation fee..unbelievable
