    Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

    @RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

    @ThreeUKSupport @MikeJoiner1965 I am Mike Joiner’s befriender. He is disabled and has many issues with his memory. He needs to be able to use his phone in the event of an emergency…could you please send the PUK to his e-Mail address as a matter of urgency

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Only issue I have is with 3 itself no compassion no customer service you just don’t care that an very I’ll man In hospital can’t use his phone to speak to us and when I phone you refuse to do anything to assist just say go online what a joke

    Currently bring past from pillar to post with @ThreeUK. All I want is a refund today. Customer service is less than poor. I have spent hours on the phone and in live chats in the last 4 weeks. Today's example my chat started about 11:50 for about 2 hours call 25 mins and counting

    @ThreeUKSupport its been more than 2 months that I've had signal issues with my broadband. You have acknowledged these and always give me a date for these to be fixed but it still does not work and your website still says there are issues in my area. When will this be fixed??

    @ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

    @ThreeUKSupport And it's now affected my credit score as well as I'm refusing to pay the outstanding 50.80 its disgraceful how your customer service has behaved. I'm being forced off your network now and feel ill have to find a new service provider after 15 years

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, just wanted to thank u again. Sorry it took so long. I admit I gave up trying to log in back in November, but as the mast STILL appears to be down & I need backup WiFi for work, tried it again today & was successful. It's amazing it works better on 3G? You were bang on.

    @ThreeUK @ChelseaFC Hey Chelsea F.C you really should pick a better more trustworthy company to do business with 3 are a disgrace 78 year man in hospital with a heart condition and because his phone is pay as you go they won’t help him so we can FaceTime him - embarrassing for Chelsea
