    @RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

    Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

    @ThreeUK @Dawn_Bowden So basically now I can never upgrade my wife's or my own phone otherwise our go roam status will be changed. Sim only contracts it is then.

    @ThreeUK 1/As a long term sim only customer on go roam contract, if I were to continue my contract on a rolling basis, would I be exempt from the new daily roaming costs globally? 2/If I decided to renew & change the GB of data required, is this classed as a new contract?

    Absolutely done with @ThreeUK now... 5G Home Broadband network/router or both are just ******* shite. Phoned to cancel, quoted over £400 to leave. No thanks... Put through to tech support, phone cuts off. Joke.

    Requested for my number to be transferred to my contract however my number has not been transfered and is no longer valid! Can you fix this as this is unacceptable for someone who has been with you for 6 + years !!! @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK your network wasn’t working in Shoreditch tonight. I got blocked for 2 hours and had to walk home as I couldn’t order a Uber with hug bags. Last time I use you for my mobile, that’s a horrible service you have. Shameful

    @ThreeUKSupport really disappointed to hear you're bringing back roaming charges. It was a big reason I stuck with Three for so long even with average signal at best. Moving to EE when my contract expires :(
