Right now there's no appetite for it to return to the bad old days but It only takes one who will prob then throw something back in exchange for it to balance it out 🤔

Does @ThreeUK have a call centre that is actually based in the UK!?!? Everytime for the last few months my calls get picked up by an Indian call centre and they refuse to refund (as legally entitled) for bad network issues!! @BBCWatchdog @Ofcom please help, as I'm very tired!!
