    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's ok. The only way I could get any help was to log an official complaint. Turns out there WAS a transmitter fault, despite the website saying it was fine.

    @RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

    Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

    @ThreeUKSupport 1)I upgraded on 30th December. The order was duplicated and was never sent through. Despite me speaking to customer support (who are useless) on several occasions they did not even check it properly. I waited for over 25 days and cancelled the upgrade.

    So I’ve been sent a new SIM that was delivered today - great 👍 That new SIM doesn’t work properly and is having to be manually activated AGAIN - **** 👎 Holding onto the promise of it being fixed today... not holding my breath @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK #NeverUseThree

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried Customer service, phone and online chat. Response was that my account was deactivated and I should wait. Without access to my online Three account, I was counting on another snail mail letter to confirm my phone number was safe back to Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport - DOZENS of hours attempting to have this resolved. I do not have unlimited time to waste because Three is incapable of following up on a complaint appropriately, or to mail one single SIM card. This is genuinely ridiculous. The hurdles to jump through just to get to ask -
