    Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUK Got a replacement sim for my IPhone 12 as signal was terrible stopped getting 5G new sim still the same had 4G broadband got rid of it absolutely useless get me sorted 3

    @ThreeUKSupport There are a lot and now seriously I am considering to leave this network as on every upgrade they promise to fix the problem. I am sorry but it's a bitter truth that #ThreeNetwork is rubbish

    @ThreeUKSupport (2/2) The router had a firmware update, when I logged on it said its been updated and that's when the issue started. I think the router is the issue. Guy on phone said its the fault/signal in the area (phone is fine) went from 300mpbs + to 1mbps lol

    @ThreeUK honestly mean this in the least rude way possible but if you don’t improve your signal I am not paying for the rest of my contract I am in Southampton city centre and cannot get signal when I’m in a restaurant or even in my flat which is still in the city centre. Joke

    @ThreeUK hi guys, I'm having a big issue trying to call an Irish number from my UK phone. It keeps telling me to use 118333 which then just gives me the same announcement. It's an important call so id like some guidance on how to get through.

    @Jamesgraya @ThreeUK Morning James Three told me that the local antennas are being repaired and could take up to a week to fix. Don't have the pleasure of knowing a hacker!!
