    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport i have asked to cancel my 5g hub twice over the last 2 weeks as it doesn't work!!! everytime u say u can't cancel it till I return the router and say you'll send prepaid postage but it doesn't come.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's intermittently on and off. Sometimes 5G will work, other times it won't. Sometimes even 4G doesn't work. Postcode is M460UH/M160QQ the postcode was recently changed. Should I assume I'm not getting through £3088 compensation for loss of service as promised in the screenshot?

    @bedulcan @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Exactly this, wanted me to pass security - yes I’d forgotten but asked me to go onto the website to check my passcode. Er how am I supposed to do that when I have no Wi-fi? Absolute joke - the whole thing as to why it’s down is being kept really quiet as well

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the problem - no number on their website and their chat function isn’t available because my item isn’t even listed (yet I can track it). If they fail again today, I’d like you to take ownership of this and send via a different courier or Royal Mail.

    The battle with @ThreeUK continues as after 3 months of fighting, they now won’t issue me with a PAC code! I’m fairly sure this is against some sort of regulation...

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, any idea why there appears to be issues with your signal in the SA10 area? both my mobile signal and home router are affected which is making it difficult for me to work from@home at the moment

    @ThreeUKSupport It's 22 a month. The first postcode is correct, but your system doesn't recognize it yet. As for what the advisor said, threes customer support should really be double checking what they are saying before they say it in writing
