This new @ThreeUK PAYG tariff is going to be awful. I've not played Pokémon Go that much over the last month (I'm lazy!) and yet I've used 140MB. At 5p/MB. IT USED TO BE A PENNY!

@ThreeUKSupport i raised a complaint now I have no wifi. The lights are on but there IS NO SERVICE. Why can my phone pick up 4G in the same room but the router fails too. I pay £15/month/unlimited to chat with you guys on twitter using my limited to 4G account , and you don’t care

@ThreeUK do your staff ever do what they say they are going to do? Over charged, advisor said they would rectify but the higher amount has still come out of my account. Baring in mind I asked the advisor numerous times if this issue was resolved 😡
