    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. I have a contract for over 10 years. But that's not the issue. The issue is that you CS team at the billing dept cannot help me to variefy an account that I am being billed for but haven't set up.... Need someone to help urgently!

    @ThreeUKSupport Cont..If the roles were reversed and I had not paid you on time, I would have been charged and/or you would have stopped providing me with your services, where is the equality in that, you're a company who does not have the slightest care for the individuals using your service.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Something is wrong and @ThreeUK will not tell us. Why is the network so congested? When will the infrastructure be in place to provide the services you charge for which are currently substandard?

    @jamietheharv @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had 3 for my broadband years ago, I got out the contract early because they didn’t provide the service they said they would (I had zero network). Xxx

    @ThreeUKSupport In addition to my previous reply, I entered a contract with you guys, I would ensure you received payment on time and you would ensure a somewhat usable network/telecommunications service, however you have not done your taken responsibility for your part.

    @ThreeUKSupport No service in GU15 area from 3, the only day of the year when you need your service the most. 3 is gone down so much in service on both ends customer and connection.
