    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    I have been a @ThreeUK customer for years and years. Bad customer service is one thing but not listening to your customers when they tell you that fraud is taking place is deplorable. I highly recommend avoiding @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport No it has not worked at all, despite my phone showing full signal. I will have to buy it again for today, but I’m hesitant to keep paying the £5 if it doesn’t work. I am here for a work trip and I urgently need this, so what other options are there? Thanks

    Trying to leave @ThreeUK is beyond painful, they refuse to give me my PAC code and advise me to use public Wifi when travelling abroad now that they are in extortion mode to their old customer, so waiting for 72hrs to get someone to give me the code to leave them #poorservice

    @ThreeUK @Threeuksupport Was shocked to see the new Go Roam world tariff... £5 per day flat is too costly for an international roaming. Being a ThreeUK customer for the past 5 years, I really feel sorry for myself. You are penalising your clients

    @ThreeUKSupport Further to the above problem, I got a new sim at 11:30 today and still have the same problem. The new sim doesn’t work in either my iPad or iPhone. Can you check if it’s been activated?

    @ThreeUKSupport Same excuse Mark. I got told the same when I was in Bristol too. Is there work going on in every city in the UK? And when will I actually get the 5G I'm paying for? #UnacceptableService Customer for 3 months & rarely do I get 5G in "5G live" areas!!
