@ThreeUKSupport Tried to ring to speak to someone but need the phone number for my wifi, so try to log in but getting error page when click forgotten password. So seems like no way to contact you about this issue other than twitter? Wifi still down, service status still says fine

@bethtanner @ThreeUK Don’t even get me started. I have had issues with them since end of first lockdown. It’s only now the park is empty and no one around me I get some decent signal!!

@ThreeUKSupport Already tried, spoke, had a complaint put in and was basically told nothing will be done. I don't know what's happened over the last 18 months but your services have gone completely down hill. Signal problems, customer services problems. It's all gone really bad.

@ThreeUKSupport My phone is also on three and at the same postcode, and has not had the issue. Makes me wonder why the HomeFi doesn’t want to connect but other devices are fine. This is not a new problem, I have had the same issue on and off since March and have been in contact with support then

@ThreeUKSupport I think my i pad contract is up but again you dont say a word you just carry on charging and my phone is still not working So i cant remember the password well what am i to do be caught somewhere and i cant use my phone so i ot in the forest

After two hours on the phone with @ThreeUK, I couldn't get more upset about the my their customer service teams deal with my issue. It's regrettable all the misleading and lack of empathy on their customer's journey! #shame, @financialombuds all hopes in you!
