@ThreeUKSupport Ok - so it took me nearly 11 minutes to arrange a refund on the call. Can you please explain to me why your policy is that when you have taken too much and a customer leaves, you don't automatically refund the credit amount. I'd appreciate a response or point of escalation.

@ThreeUKSupport I have done that countless times in the past week,even called in, I can receive regular texts, but not verification codes, now I'm locked out of my 15yr old Gmail because of this, can't signin to my own instagram, and don't receive otp for my banking activities, this is so bad
