    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, despite being promised it would be resolved, still no service on my MiFi for a week now. This is unacceptable. Also was promised credit for lack of connection but full bill taken on Monday. I need internet, what is happening? GU23 6AL

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I've recently noticed my phone changing from 4G to 4G+ recently and the signal actually gets worse rather than better. Mobile data is very slow and I don't understand why, when it's implying that it should be better. Any ideas why this is the case?

    @ThreeUK Facing a lot of no network issues with Three. Liked the services but instead of complaining I always face network issues with three since I moved my network to Three. Complained but no resolution. Want to leave network before 12 months.

    @ThreeUKSupport After 2 years of dreadful reception, 3 replacement SIM cards, I was assured the issue was obv with my phone. I've just rec'd my shiny new phone direct from Apple and guess what.....!?! Get back to me please, this is worse than shocking.
