    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, but currently a different part. I am working in FY1 6BP a couple of days a week, and whilst it shows 2 bars of a 4G signal I often can’t connect to things. Very poor

    @ThreeUK glad we have finally sorted out the issues I had. Sweepy in your call centre was very professional. She is the only aspect in this whole sorry debacle that was worthy of praise.

    Curious with @vodafone or @ThreeUK IF your service was not working properly for 2 weeks which you were fully aware of and has been aknowledged, would you compensate the customer or tell them sorry we don't promise a working service to our paying customers? 🤔 #switchtime

    @ThreeUKSupport Not particularly. Why is that whenever I complain about a poor service I yet told about an ongoing issue here? Perhaps the company should fix these ongoing issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told it's due to your system having technical issues. I was also told it would take 72hrs to resolve. A PAC should be available within 2mins after the text request.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi there, can someone help. I upgraded yesterday, and got the confirmation email, but haven't received any indication that the phone is out for delivery, and the delivery date is displaying as "06 April 2022"
