    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUKSupport We all have Google phones, and my youngest daughter is also having the same issue as me and they work perfectly fine away from the house, my husband has already tried what you have just suggested with both to no avail! Could we be refunded for lack of service?

    @ThreeUKSupport currently travelling to Manchester from sunderland. Haven't had a signal since leaving home. I've had to connect to a hotspot. Phone turned on and off. Still nothing.

    Hey @ThreeUK I was in London yesterday and service was terrible! It’s the same in any crowded area. I had mostly 4G 3/4 bars and at one point even a full 5G signal but pages were laggy and important emails not loading. How and why? What is the point in 5G if it doesn’t work?

    @ThreeUKSupport Well it’s 2022, we have made advances in every field from medicine to transport and many more. And yet Three can’t provide a decent network connection or cope if you are in any form of “crowd”. But you want me to upgrade and then pay you roaming fees? Why should I stay?

    @ThreeUKSupport Also trust me I’ve tried to unplug and re plug the SIM and restart the device a couple of times to see if it makes a difference. I’d even spent time with the customer service who advised resetting the device, all in vain
