@TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

@ThreeUKSupport Then they said the only option they can provide me is a like for like exchange (same phone same plan) to which I said is pointless. Then they offered me to send the phone back or to cancel the contract. I’ve been with your company 14 years… (PT2)
