    @ThreeUK I'm so annoyed with the company my friend called on my behalf to get support with my phone as I can't receive any incoming calls so THREE sent out a new sim to transfer my number and data over to the new sim ......... Guess what still isn't working or been transferred!

    @ThreeUKSupport I requested copies of my paper bills for something important several months but never received them even though you said they were sent. Today, I have received 3 lots of the bills. I needed them months ago. What happened there? I am not happy!

    @ThreeUKSupport Is there a known issue with 4G reception in inner London? Mine has been patchy/non-existent all day. (And have already tried turning iPhone off/on to resolve.)

    @ThreeUKSupport I have just ordered another SIM anyway. But another issue with this, which I explained in the email is I'm not sure what postcode is registered in the account, as I've moved since the account was started. I gave both postcodes, but wasn't informed which was correct

    @ThreeUKSupport You charged me for a days booster, that was never activated due to a fault on your system I have been promised the deduction off my next bill and 2 months later still has NOT been done!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Got two new SIMs and at time of purchase entered PACs, requesting number transfer yesterday. Didn't happen! You got a backlog or do I need to request again, or just cancel under the 14 day cooling off?

    @ThreeUK maybe your customer service would improve if you used UK based customer service Indian speaking colleague's don't understand a word you say and then customers get annoyed because of the language and then they don't help I have just spent my day to you and complaints
