    @threeuksupport What's up with your network these past two days? DNS issues, constant dropouts, web pages take 3 attempts to load. Networks for things like playstation do not work. It's a nightmare. EN7 5JE

    @ThreeUK @Three_Stratford Do not but they do not fulfil promises. No tv on broadband as promised. A month of calls and missed guarantees. Now call back in a week again. Extremely poor customer service and they bank on people falling for their lies. Now escalated to ofcom.

    @guusdk @ThreeUK Ordered a new phone. Got an email confirmation yesterday with delivery date of today. Says on the website it'll be delivered today. Told by their "customer service" person that it wasn't processed until today - contract started yesterday of *course* - and maybe delivery tomorrow.

    @ThreeUKSupport Consistent issues with your signal. Whether it’s being left unable to call or text anybody or having minimal to no internet access. It’s beyond a joke and wondering whether I can cancel my contract on these grounds.

    @ThreeUKSupport my daughter has been left with no ability to make phone calls or texts except on WiFi. She has tried to get this sorted several times and it’s still not working. I’m concerned as she’s out and I tried myself to get it sorted to be told I’m not the account hold!
