    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I've been into my phone settings to do it. I've been through it all with the technical team. They said there have been a number of these handsets with the same issue since the latest update.

    @ThreeUKSupport Majority of places yes. Even on 4G its extremely slow and stuggle to load videos ect.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just plugged my 4G router in yesterday and got speeds of 20M download and 19M upload. Now all day today it's down to 2M at the most and 5M upload. Network problems?? Not happy with this, if this is the norm. Then I'll have to cancel my broadband. ??????

    That's it. I'm done. I've called in for 5th time today and get some lass laughing at me before putting phone down. You're ******* terrible @ThreeUKSupport I work in customer service and would be sacked on spot for that.
