    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    having bad phone signal in your home is really frustrating especially during lockdown, especially especially when it's your only source of internet. i am paying @ThreeUK for a service they are not providing. & like i live in innercity London, not some remote island or sheep farm.

    @ThreeUKSupport For whole 2 months 2 years ago i tried to cancel. I had 2 accounts. 1 was closed amd other somehow not. Weird. And even had the guts send msg like. U can upgrade 6months earlier. When i have full insurence and got faulty devices. Thats the reason i left 3. Canceling contract ...

    @triceratops1892 @ThreeUK it's worth using giffgaff instead - I pay £10 a month for unlimited everything, 10GB data and rly good signal (monthly) - can be cancelled anytime for free - lmk if you want a referral link for free credit towards ur first month <3

    @ThreeUK useless, pathetic customer service - my 15 month old iPhone dies, they want to charge me £161 to upgrade and get a new one or pay £155 cancellation fee. So I'm stuck paying my normal monthly payment for the next 7 months but can't use.
