-
Jeremy Patrick (@jeremyindie) reported from Betley, England@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with you for many years but the deal you’re offering me to stay is worse than a new customer would get. I wanted to complain that you don’t reward loyalty.
-
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport Understand. However, we do this dance, then someone rings me. I explain again. And ask to cancel the account. Again. As we were told - by you at point of sale - that we’re fine to use the hub for one month only. Which was all we needed. Threatening letters a new development : (
