    @ThreeUKSupport Not funny when I was promised a refund and your advisor on the phone said it was a clear error made by @ThreeUK ! He said I’d receive my bill in the post by the 15th latest and still no sign. I just want my refund that I was PROMISED. Never again 👋🏼

    @ThreeUK My father is a victim of fraud due to your lack of security protocols. He's supposedly ordered an iphone and is threatened to pay a cancellation fee. He's going through a difficult time. Nobody should be tied in to a situation like this!😟 #fraud #cybersecurity #help

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s a shame that the only part of Three that is able to talk is the Twitter handle. When a customer is trying to resolve a longstanding (6months) issue there is no one able to help. This is all being evidenced and a complaint is being made to the Ombusman.

    Ended a @ThreeUK contract cause of extremely poor connection service. Was promised multiple times no fees would occur after phone lines test came back. Now been charged 633£ for termination fee. After hours on the phone & 6 transfers no one can help! @ThreeUK please sort it out!
