    Please don’t just send me that shit online test to do. The matter of the fact is it isn’t fit for purpose and I am paying to have to use my partners @ThreeUK data to connect our tv !!

    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUKSupport 3 sent a text to choose a new plan, I did this + got a letter saying I am on another plan of a higher charge. Then as I rarely use 3 app, can't log on as the password rest don't work, then the 3 CS won't help as I can't recall my password, by this time my 14 days is over. :(

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, Yes, I have to make check in and chat support calls and often have to call back a second or third time. On my Vodafone sim, 141 is supported but on 3 I have fiddle around in every call

    @ThreeUKSupport W4 and W12 area. I've complained in the chat over 10 times and no solutions. My grandmother on the same plan is having the same problems. No improvements made since. Want to leave but told I have to pay a fee. I'm not getting any service for what I am paying

    @ThreeUKSupport please help me, I signed up for the 4G broadband but the connection is awful, can't stream on it, constantly pauses, my TV works better if I hotspot my @VodafoneUK phone 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport I am still automatically logged in from my phone when connected to 4G. However the issues I'm experiencing come from trying to log in whilst on wifi or another device. The 2FA system that has been implemented does not work as the "enter" button is greyed out.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am done explaining. It's all of bedford as of yet. I have changed sims, I have received and activated new sim. I tried another sim in the phone too.. sim and phone both are not an issue. Issue is the network.
