@ThreeUK I'm trying to get a yearly overview of my data usage for every month. It's absolutely impossible to do it. Why do you make this so difficult? I have to go into each individual month, click on usage, note it down, repeat for each month. Why make it harder for consumers?

@ThreeUKSupport This happened to me when I rang to cancel mine because I had no signal at home, told I could cancel for free and then sent a bill for £300 and the transcript of the call was all weird and didn’t cover what was discussed at all.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve since found out (from a letter from Three I received while I was abroad) that Three changed my contract plan to unlimited data/calls/text from previous plan that was unlimited data/text/200 min calls. I never requested or approved that change.

@GeorgeMonbiot Same kind of issue with @ThreeUK as I was moving back to France. I did everything by the book except... confirming I still wanted to stop using the number I cancelled... The SIM card was in the boxes in a van. Threats to sue, collection company... I just blocked them all.

@ThreeUKSupport I did - well they told me they did, yes. Both Dad and I have been long-term customers of Three, this was a disappointing interaction to say the least. I’ll be moving my network. 🥺
