    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUK very disappointed,after arranging new phone about an hour later told delivery would be 30th not 17th as promised.customer services response very poor,can see this and my 2 other contracts getting cancelled come on 3 try harder

    @ThreeUK love how your customer services lie to your customers! Was told I get a refund in 3 days. chase it and be told the global pandemic is causing the delay! Called out the agent as a liar to which he backtracked! Called the complaint team to raise yet another complaint
