@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with you for many years but the deal you’re offering me to stay is worse than a new customer would get. I wanted to complain that you don’t reward loyalty.

@stuarttaylor79 @ThreeUKSupport We both pay for a service (I have 2 contracts), but they won't compensate you for half a days downtime.

@ThreeUK what a foolish move to end the free roaming. Most of your customers are using Three only due to the free roaming policy, they'll all leave you know. They'll opt to go with different providers with far better network and prices. BAD MOVE.

@ThreeUK as a customer of over 10 years, how do I cancel my contact over this terrible decision to charge for roaming. Who do you recommend moving too?
-

@TechFirth @ThreeUK No, the best thing I can do is leave them. I don't want to be the customer of a company that lies so blatantly

@andrewgentry_ @ThreeUK I am shocked. It is the key reason I went with @ThreeUK and not another mobile network. A spectacular miscalculation imho

ooohhh @ThreeUK what a terrible decision to stop roaming. The only reason I stuck with you, because the coverage in London is dreadful. Glad I only have a monthly contract and will look for someone better. The ONLY reason!

@ThreeUKSupport You've royally shot yourself in the foot by ending Go Roam. Whoever manages the business is destroying your unique selling point of having free roaming beyond the EU. I can safely say, I will no longer be a customer of yours once my contract ends.

@guardian @ThreeUK So, if I no longer have roaming included, my bills will go down, right? I’ll get a rebate.
-

@ThreeUKSupport @PhilQuirke Did these variations & permutations not exist before EU regs, as was boasted in September 2018 to Kay Burley? How, if it is underlying costs causing this, do the charges allow you to invest in your UK network? Surely you're either covering costs or making a profit to invest?

Was days away from getting a contract with @ThreeUK, following @EE bringing in roaming charges. However after todays news I wont be. @O2 Fancy a new customer or are you also bringing roaming charges back too?

Wow £5 a day to use @ThreeUK in the US? I've been a happy customer for years and literally joined bc of US travel, but no reason to stay now. Will be canceling as soon as their website recovers from everyone crashing it to check their plans, lol.
