    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @stuarttaylor79 @ThreeUKSupport We both pay for a service (I have 2 contracts), but they won't compensate you for half a days downtime.

    @ThreeUK rang your support team at 9am this morning, got passed to sales, then customer services at 9.30am. All because I needed 3 to sort out my daughters phone as she had just arrived in France with no data and no coverage. It’s 7.30pm, still nothing. What a company! Shocking!

    @ThreeUKSupport All day now I am not getting use of my phone I can't call out or text I keep getting a message on my phone that my operator have turned 9f my sim! Why? This happened the other day but you was doing something to the network! But there nothing reported of saying now

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusted with the customer service. I joined Three many years ago because I spend a lot of time in Europe. Just spoken to a rep' and been told they can't put me back to my original contract. Definitely will be cancelling unless someone can change it
