    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @ThreeUKSupport Again? For what benefit? Are you going to give me another date for fixing the problem that won't happen? I've just been to the supermarket a couple of miles away and got 137mbit download on 5G. At home, 800ft away from a Three mast I've barely got a signal.

    @ThreeUKSupport A number change due to harassment so dont knowing that is anything to do with it. It's not a network issue as my husband is also on 3 and has no problems in our home. I have tried the sim in another phone and it does the same so I'm guessing it's a problem with the sim/number tbc
