    @ThreeUKSupport As professional as he was, it became evident that Three as a network have no intention of fixing the problem. I got offered £5 off a month or I could pay over £300 to buy myself out of the contract! Neither were sufficient & so it seems a deadlock letter is the only option :(

    @ThreeUKSupport "To be out of contract" can be interpreted that my contract ran out. I did it ASAP because my number is my two factor authenticator. Then your webchat support misguided me telling me I couldn't keep my current status and had to get an upgrade; despite asking several times.

    @ThreeUKSupport UNBELIEVABLE! SAME THING AGAIN! Another order which was promised to me for the 15th and low and behold, it hasn’t turned up. Three are now saying it hasn’t been processed. WHAT A JOKE! ABSOLUTELY FUMING. THE WORST PHONE PROVIDER IN THE UK MARKET
