@ThreeUKSupport Hi, my home broadband has hardly been working since Friday evening (Bristol BS7 area). Network status checker has showed the same 'fixing an issue' message since then but I'm wondering when this work will be complete as it's pretty problematic working from home?

@ThreeUKSupport Lees, Watersheddings, Sholver, Moorside, Waterhead, Greenacres, Clarksfield, Mumps, St Mary's, Town centre. It's every postcode in OL1 and OL4. And no, it has been h+ in every area. In Sholver, there is Zero signal each time I go. Glad it's only a backup sim and not main one.

@ThreeUKSupport So I’m guessing my issue is with @HMRCcustomers charging that? It’s daylight robbery. I think it’s clearly a scam after researching it this morning, but it linked to hmrc... hmrc do not clearly display their contact numbers so people fall for this.

@ThreeUKSupport promised a call from a U.K. manager within 2 hrs due to complete b*lls up trying to become a new customer. If this call doesn’t happen I will be cancelling the 4 new sims that arrived today! 🙄

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK #Threeuk not had signal for 5 days now and told it should be fixed in 3 days time. Shocking service. £6 compensation is a joke. We have 3 three devices. So you will loose 3 customers. I wouldn't recommend.
