  • Poetech3 Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Understand. However, we do this dance, then someone rings me. I explain again. And ask to cancel the account. Again. As we were told - by you at point of sale - that we’re fine to use the hub for one month only. Which was all we needed. Threatening letters a new development : (

  • Adamhadaway Adam Hadaway (@Adamhadaway) reported from Crewe, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having network issues in Cheshire! Can’t use any emails or internet apps. What’s going on?

  • drchrisoleary Dr Chris O’Leary (@drchrisoleary) reported from Macclesfield, England

@ThreeUKSupport My mobile Wi-Fi keeps dropping. Last Monday it was off all morning. I regularly gave evenings where it drips every 30 minutes or so. My mobile phone is on Sky, but I never have connection problems with it. Only my mobile broadband with Three

  • Elli_murphy Elli ⭐ (@Elli_murphy) reported from Newcastle-under-Lyme District, England

@allanbailes @ThreeUKSupport I can't even get through to them, without waiting over 45 mins. I don't have that time to wait. Its such bad customer service 😔

  • kwhitfield_xx Kirsty (@kwhitfield_xx) reported from Crewe, England

Please don’t just send me that shit online test to do. The matter of the fact is it isn’t fit for purpose and I am paying to have to use my partners @ThreeUK data to connect our tv !!

  • shent Matt (@shent) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@stuarttaylor79 @ThreeUKSupport We both pay for a service (I have 2 contracts), but they won't compensate you for half a days downtime.

  • Poetech3 Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK (Fraser) you are calling us. Not us calling you. And no one is listening to us. Really bad customer service. Again.

  • drchrisoleary Dr Chris O’Leary (@drchrisoleary) reported from Macclesfield, England

Internet down. @ThreeUK can’t explain why or how long it will be gone. Needless to say, everything I need to do this week requires internet access.

  • Poetech3 Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport We told you at the time of buying the dongle that we needed 1 month of service and no more. Why was that fine then but now we have to pay cancellation fees? Do @Ofcom listen in on these threads? This is appalling, dark customer service practice.!

  • kwhitfield_xx Kirsty (@kwhitfield_xx) reported from Sandbach, England

@TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

  • tradgett Chris Tradgett (@tradgett) reported from Winsford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Only rolling months - tried that before- took too many attempts to cancel and ended up costing for 3extra months I didn’t need

  • j0ann3001 Jo (@j0ann3001) reported from Werrington, England

For the last few months I have rubbish signal in my house, I'm not happy about paying £50+ a month for people not to be able to contact me or me to contact them. How can this be resolved? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • Richiestoke Richard McGinley (@Richiestoke) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@ThreeUK Thats yet another contract that you've lied about. Customer service is just something for other companies, isn't it.

  • jeremyindie Jeremy Patrick (@jeremyindie) reported from Betley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with you for many years but the deal you’re offering me to stay is worse than a new customer would get. I wanted to complain that you don’t reward loyalty.

  • Jayrea_UK Jason Reade (@Jayrea_UK) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@ThreeUKSupport It's been escalated now via customer relations so fingers crossed it get resolved soon. Thanks

  • shent Matt (@shent) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@stuarttaylor79 @ThreeUKSupport *******, its only been down half a day

  • Poetech3 Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport No contract. Advised by Three to pay outright for a dongle and a 1-month, one-off fee for 1-month wifi use. Told by their advisor that this was fine & best solution. Temp set up as we moved house & had to wait for broadband install. Never had a contract with them.

  • Poetech3 Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, we did tell you that. We knew we were getting Virgin installed and we needed a one month temp solution. We were not made aware that we would be in an ongoing contract with you l. And being repeatedly rung now by Three call centre people is disgraceful. No one listens.

  • Poetech3 Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@Ofcom how do we complain about how hard it is to cancel an order you never made to @ThreeUK ? We needed temp wifi solution after house move - bought dongle + 1 month use and now they won’t stop calling us and asking for cancellation fees. Disgraceful behaviour.

  • Poetech3 Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

Mis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Hiro1984UK Michael (@Hiro1984UK) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, that's the number I called, but I don't think the person could understand what my concern was. This person used my address fradulently to order a phone, then amended the details on DPD so it would be delivered to a neighbour. Perhaps a DM would be better to explain the issue?

  • Hiro1984UK Michael (@Hiro1984UK) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I was just told that the persons account details would be updated so I don't receive any letters/bills. To be honest it wasn't the best. Is there a dedicated fraud department I can phone? I have been having lots of issues with regards this person using my address.

  • Paul76697590 Paul (@Paul76697590) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So if I have a network issue, I go to them? Which I did. Their answer was I have to wait for you to fix it. But it's not being fixed

  • jonmwin Jonathan winner (@jonmwin) reported from Leeds, England

  • sdb Steve Bentley (@sdb) reported

@O2 why is your network so crap? I moved to you from @ThreeUK and I regret it every day. How can I get out of my contact on the grounds that your network isn't fit for purpose? Coverage is abysmal

  • ykcireelretsof 😌 (@ykcireelretsof) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No luck I’ve put my sim in another device same issue

  • NavaronePage69 LunarSlayer | Lily 🇺🇦 (@NavaronePage69) reported

@ThreeUKSupport From the start but being homeless I really didn't care, it was enough to do important ****. I finally managed to move out into my own place and got, as you'd expect, WiFi that worked. Then I tried to cancel my contract with the three parasites, which was obviously where
