Ordered an additional plan from @ThreeUK, late last night. Got home today & the SIM card had arrived 👌🏼 Nothing to pay up front, website was quick & easy plus a £2 a month discount for already being a customer. Great service 👍🏼

Utter waste of time pre ordering my phone with @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK when you go into store, be shown your new phone (with your name stuck on it) but be told you cannot take it away!! Useless staff and rubbish service plus a 20mins waste of my time!

@ThreeUKSupport Not a great experience is putting it mildly. I’ve not been treated so appallingly in a customer care situation. I was told I was at fault for not calling up after I’d upgraded online when I’d had no indication something had gone wrong (which it hadn’t).

@ThreeUKSupport The upgrade already existed. It always did.L. So the first phone call I had absolutely was a farce. I was told I had to upgrade again to give the appearance either I had done something wrong or a technical issue was at fault when it was your lack of honesty & communication

Out of the data centre and closer to radio network. But they've been saying that since the 3g era and it hasn't caught on
