-
Mike Marcus 🏴🇪🇺 (@mikemarcus) reported from New Mills, England@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Turning it on resulted in it turning off again. As I said, this happens every few months. I’m not asking you how to fix this. I’m informing you that you might want to look into a buggy system.

Been removed and received excellent customer service. 🙌🏼🙏 stay safe 💙
-
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport We told you at the time of buying the dongle that we needed 1 month of service and no more. Why was that fine then but now we have to pay cancellation fees? Do @Ofcom listen in on these threads? This is appalling, dark customer service practice.!
-

Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, EnglandMis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?
-
James 🏉🦈 (@jgsmuzzy) reported from Sale, EnglandThird day running that I have had to put my phone into airplane mode because @ThreeUKSupport cannot keep a signal up. -
Dr Chris O’Leary (@drchrisoleary) reported from Macclesfield, England@ThreeUKSupport My mobile Wi-Fi keeps dropping. Last Monday it was off all morning. I regularly gave evenings where it drips every 30 minutes or so. My mobile phone is on Sky, but I never have connection problems with it. Only my mobile broadband with Three
-
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes, we did tell you that. We knew we were getting Virgin installed and we needed a one month temp solution. We were not made aware that we would be in an ongoing contract with you l. And being repeatedly rung now by Three call centre people is disgraceful. No one listens.
-
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK (Fraser) you are calling us. Not us calling you. And no one is listening to us. Really bad customer service. Again.
-
David_taylor1978 (@Taylor1978David) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@ThreeUK Can you please go away with your **** phone with **** os, boring rows of icons, and vile bezels, ps ppl like a charger in the box
-
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport Understand. However, we do this dance, then someone rings me. I explain again. And ask to cancel the account. Again. As we were told - by you at point of sale - that we’re fine to use the hub for one month only. Which was all we needed. Threatening letters a new development : (
