    @ThreeUKSupport As I’ve already told you, I’ve done that and it doesn’t work. I am not using for the first time. I’ve been randomly locked out, unable to change password and unable to re register. Loads of customers having the same problem.

    No phone service for past 3days since switching to @ThreeUK Now they say it’s going to be another 2 days before they can activate my SIM! Customer services make promises that it’ll be fixed in 2 hours! Not happy 😡

    @ThreeUK I know your customer service has always been rubbish but it’s now actually unusable. My hills is wrong and every time I known your overseas call centre about it they manage to cut themselves off mid-call. Please provide me with a PHONE NUMBER of someone in the UK.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, however the reason I’ve messaged on here is I tried calling 4 times yesterday & the call went silent your side & I had to hang up. I went on the chat & they told me the home broadband team didn’t use it so I had to call. Round in circles, but I’ll try again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your network is down (can't receive calls, but can make calls and use LTE). The website says everything's OK, so it's only after calling up and waiting on hold that the guy on the phone told me network issue. Why not update the website & inform customers here too?
