    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    @ThreeUKSupport My mobile Wi-Fi keeps dropping. Last Monday it was off all morning. I regularly gave evenings where it drips every 30 minutes or so. My mobile phone is on Sky, but I never have connection problems with it. Only my mobile broadband with Three

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, we did tell you that. We knew we were getting Virgin installed and we needed a one month temp solution. We were not made aware that we would be in an ongoing contract with you l. And being repeatedly rung now by Three call centre people is disgraceful. No one listens.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, all sorted now, I went on live chat, the problem was a cap on 600 minutes from many years ago, it had never been removed, I have unlimited but the 600 cap came into force. Been removed and received excellent customer service. 🙌🏼🙏 stay safe 💙

    Mis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I can’t make calls, a message says I have chosen to block calls when I’ve reached my standard monthly allowance limit. I HAVE NO CHARGES AND UNLIMITED CALLS. I need my phone to call my family. I’m stranded without my phone PLEASE HELP!!! @MENnewsdesk

    New iPhone’s out today! (Unless you’re a @ThreeUK customer. They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

    Ever since the “improvement” works in the area, my signal has been terrible @ThreeUK The internet is barely functional which is very annoying as I used to rely on that daily when our Sky Broadband inevitably crashed

    @ThreeUKSupport Understand. However, we do this dance, then someone rings me. I explain again. And ask to cancel the account. Again. As we were told - by you at point of sale - that we’re fine to use the hub for one month only. Which was all we needed. Threatening letters a new development : (

    @ThreeUK .... terrible customer service , 3 online chats dropped this morning every time they promise to transfer to customer relations & more than 30 mins waiting on phone ..... have spent a full morning trying to sort issue ...awful ... no customer relations 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @ThreeUKSupport My friend and I have noticed it for a couple of weeks I think. Maybe longer we were joking about how bad its gone then did the speed test in comparison to a friend's speed. I have no idea if it's only on 3g my phone says 4g

    @ThreeUK why will you not let me upgrade my phone. 5 times I have called and as soon as I say no upsell just the phone they hang up. Once is an accident twice is a coincidence 5 times is enemy action.

    @Jamesefield @ThreeUK the issue is that since then, I ve noticed that jitter was increased. it was already way worse than 02, now they killed it completely.

    I use @ThreeUK in London, but the internet is practically non-existent... The signal is zero, the speed is terrible. This experience is truly unacceptable in 2026. 🙃 Am I the only one experiencing this problem? @ThreeUKSupport
