@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, however the reason I’ve messaged on here is I tried calling 4 times yesterday & the call went silent your side & I had to hang up. I went on the chat & they told me the home broadband team didn’t use it so I had to call. Round in circles, but I’ll try again.

I've been on to *four* people at @ThreeUKSupport because my internet and my neighbour's (same equipment) has been down for two days. All of them ask me to reboot my hub, tell me there are no issues, then vanish. Why would I be reporting something if there wasn't an issue?

Jesus christ I thought @ThreeUKSupport dealt with this back in October. I was offered a SIM only contract but they never processed it so I have been over charged since. What an inept and incompetent company.
