We needed temp wifi solution after house move - bought dongle + 1 month use and now they won’t stop calling us and asking for cancellation fees. Disgraceful behaviour.

We were not made aware that we would be in an ongoing contract with you l. And being repeatedly rung now by Three call centre people is disgraceful. No one listens.

Why was that fine then but now we have to pay cancellation fees? Do @Ofcom listen in on these threads? This is appalling, dark customer service practice.!

All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
