Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport Understand. However, we do this dance, then someone rings me. I explain again. And ask to cancel the account. Again. Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport We told you at the time of buying the dongle that we needed 1 month of service and no more. Why was that fine then but now we have to pay cancellation fees? Do @Ofcom listen in on these threads? This is appalling, dark customer service practice.!
-
Jon (@jondickinson) reported from New Mills, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, however the reason I’ve messaged on here is I tried calling 4 times yesterday & the call went silent your side & I had to hang up. I went on the chat & they told me the home broadband team didn’t use it so I had to call. Round in circles, but I’ll try again.
