@ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, all sorted now, I went on live chat, the problem was a cap on 600 minutes from many years ago, it had never been removed, I have unlimited but the 600 cap came into force. Been removed and received excellent customer service. 🙌🏼🙏 stay safe 💙

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, we did tell you that. We knew we were getting Virgin installed and we needed a one month temp solution. We were not made aware that we would be in an ongoing contract with you l. And being repeatedly rung now by Three call centre people is disgraceful. No one listens.

  • madmac2003

  • danwoolfie
Woolfie (@danwoolfie) reported from Stockport, England

New iPhone’s out today! (Unless you’re a @ThreeUK customer. They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

  • Poetech3
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK (Fraser) you are calling us. Not us calling you. And no one is listening to us. Really bad customer service. Again.

  • Poetech3
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport We told you at the time of buying the dongle that we needed 1 month of service and no more. Why was that fine then but now we have to pay cancellation fees? Do @Ofcom listen in on these threads? This is appalling, dark customer service practice.!

  • mikemarcus
Mike Marcus 🏴🇪🇺 (@mikemarcus) reported from New Mills, England

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Turning it on resulted in it turning off again. As I said, this happens every few months. I’m not asking you how to fix this. I’m informing you that you might want to look into a buggy system.

  • Poetech3
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

Mis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?

  • thomasjowendy
Jo Thomas (@thomasjowendy) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@ThreeUKSupport your signal is terrible. I never have full bars and wished I had stayed with Vodaphone. It’s never been good since I moved over. Centra Manchester is dead, not good enough Three.

    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK

  • AntonyAttree
    Antony Attree ☘️ (@AntonyAttree) reported

@ThreeUK can you please explain to me why in the last few weeks your network coverage has become so bad in the BS26 area?? Struggling to send & receive calls & messages, internet is non existent! I have to walk to areas to find signal? What’s goin on

  • andreaowenss
    𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reported

Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

  • jle2386
    Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

  • dan_upson
    Daniel upson (@dan_upson) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network

  • Martin_Adams
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.

  • loulitagill
    loulitagill (@loulitagill) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport now you want to charge me £13.92 for a service I wasn’t even using during the 16-20 May when I had no mobile WiFi installed because you kept sending me packages with missing equipment. Worst experience with a company ever!

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless And SMARTY I have in my phone but haven't been in UK for months, no issues

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
