Cue @ThreeUKSupport apologising & asking me where I am, but this is happening everywhere. It’s not my phone either, I recently upgraded & have the same problem. 4G Icon and 3 bars of signal & I’m getting rubbish connection.

We needed temp wifi solution after house move - bought dongle + 1 month use and now they won’t stop calling us and asking for cancellation fees. Disgraceful behaviour.
