They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

Been removed and received excellent customer service. 🙌🏼🙏 stay safe 💙

I rang up and was told to email, I emailed and was told the address was no longer valid and to live chat, I try to live chat and get told the system is down - ITS BEYOND A JOKE NOW

It’s not my phone either, I recently upgraded & have the same problem. 4G Icon and 3 bars of signal & I’m getting rubbish connection.

Ring up for help and apparently you've sent us the wrong sim and we have to wait till Monday. Please get someone in touch to fix your abhorrent service. Useless.

I used to be with O2 for years and so many times there would be complete network outage to O2 and their piggy backed carriers, which is why I left for three. I think only once in 8 years there has been a problem with network outage, which didn't last very long
