If you can’t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until you’re competent to do so as it’s a f’g disgrace. Charging fortunes for 💩.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.
-
Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Also I'm talking about 5G Broadband so would imagine 3G congestion shouldn't be an issue 👀
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport There are 3 screenshots. One blatantly states problem with network with the 4G sign in the corner. -
Ryan (@r_condy) reported from Camden Town, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport to be fobbing off their customers with lame excuses and not fixing the issue. I pay for two contracts and expect the service I pay for.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.
-
Kelly 💙 (@JustKellyC) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport internet has gone down everyday this week, was assured yesterday this would be sorted, now has gone again, what is going on?!
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.
-
Brent A. Martin (@zeitgeistlondon) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport @shahriarsabet We've been having same 5G broadband problems in north London for the last week. What's going on Three? This is obviously a major issue on your hands. Does @Ofcom need informing?
-
Red Beard (@Nickjames820) reported from Camden Town, England@ThreeUKSupport absolute inept rude jokers! A year of problems and you offer £5! Told to take it or **** off! Think it’s time to hit the ombudsman up. No help from this company at all!

Cornish Darren Fewins (@Darren_Fewins) reportedOne of the reasons I will never use @ThreeUK is because as a non-customer, they call me frequently to irritate me about its network. Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?
-
A-I (@Unlucky_Dude2) reported@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 transactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. -
Mark and Roger (@MarkandRoger) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. -
Aston (@4ston420) reported@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Bro three playing games with our signal too much now days... They should be paying us to stay with them.

Rod Pascoe (@RodPascoe) reported@ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.
