They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

I selected the ยฃ10 a month option but I've been put on a ยฃ15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
