They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. Let's see if they can resolve the issue, as there should be no bill to pay, but Three want £350!
