    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

    @Jimmyavenger @PositiveLad @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Vodaphone have been issue less since I took them up in March. £22 a month for unlimited EU calls, texts and data (no cap) plus 500 US minutes and global roaming for free. Oh AND they threw in a years free subscription to either Spotify or now tv

    @ThreeUK disgusting customer service from #threemobile I have spent too many hours just trying to get through to someone to cancel my data sim being thrown from one incompetent person to another and now in store having just the same experience over the phone!! Shameful service.

    FYI - To post I had to tether to my partner's phone. She fortunately is on a decent network which has had no connectivity issues. Maybe I should move to @ThreeUK ... All joking aside can you sort out the maintenance it's been over a month as I said.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.

    @ThreeUKSupport The real thing is - scripted response aside - the three network has never been worse. There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    A year and a half later after buying the Samsung S20 Ultra 5G on @virginmedia and still no 5G network. Think it's time to move to @ThreeUK as they are actually providing the service they are advertising.

    @ThreeUKSupport Apparently it was cancelled for no rhyme or reason. Scam alert! Three gets potential clients from third party websites. Make us go through motions of ordering online only to cancel and Three call centre in India swoops in claiming to help with the a new order.

    @ThreeUKSupport store, given sim and told I had everything I needed to set up, was not true, still can’t even log in to use the sim I was given in store. Customer service shockingly bad. You’ve stolen my money but also wasted hours of my life. I’ve never felt so screwed over by a company.
