Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! That’s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

The straw that broke the camels back was paid for a watch contract alongside my phone and 5 weeks later it still wasn’t connected - they wanted to start it on the next billing cycle after that!
