    It’s a good job @ThreeUKSupport’s coverage in East London is so bad recently. It’s stopped me watching that Dominic Raab clip on Breakfast this morning. If I’d watched anymore I would have probably launched my phone down this train carriage!

    @ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere

    @ThreeUK @EveningStandard @DailyMailUK Three, this is ridiculous! Your customer service is unable to provide any help for more than 24 hours because all your systems are apparently down! This is only couple of weeks after the major outage!!!

    @dsquareddigest @ThreeUKSupport I find this frequently with Three. Often, switching flight mode on/off cures it. Other times, it’s just the network being thoroughly broken.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ridiculous when you think I’ve been a customer for over 9 years, have recommended @ThreeUK to so many people, got all my family using you and have a second contract with you. Customer service has really gone downhill since I first joined 👎

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

    @ThreeUKSupport If you put in so41 in your network support it only say they are working on a mast nearby I’m not prepared to give out my full postcode in social media my husband also has the very same issue in fact we are currently looking into changing our network provider as we are so fed up !

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s fine. I was hoping for a little faster but it meets our usage needs for now. It’s fairly stable but now and again it slows right down to less that 1Mbps. A restart of the router usually does the trick .
