Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

Then change DNS Setting from Automatic to Manual, and use IP address 8.8.8.8 (this is Google’s DNS, available worldwide). Save and exit. Netflix should work.
