@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

@ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere

It’s a good job @ThreeUKSupport’s coverage in East London is so bad recently. It’s stopped me watching that Dominic Raab clip on Breakfast this morning. If I’d watched anymore I would have probably launched my phone down this train carriage!

@ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

@ThreeUK - I’m in Mexico and your system continually blocks me from purchasing a data passport. Extraordinarily unhelpful when you don’t provide the “at home” roaming coverage and have a frequently broken site. Do better.

@ThreeUK Literally the worst SIM company ever invented. Unfortunately I live with my mum, and unfortunately she won't switch from 3. Network always down, can't exceed 1mb/s download when we should be on at least 20. Signal is always shocking can never get a connection, literally -100/10!!

That's a new low in customer service, @ThreeUK. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years! Today you're emailing me to say I had to switch to a new contract within 30 days. With a daily roaming charge I never had b4. Rest assured I'll be porting my number to your competition now.
