@glamnailgirl @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I was only three months in to my two contracts. I logged the complaint and then gave them a month to sort it and demanded that if it wasn’t sorted by that date that I could leave and then I did.

@thatfreyr @ThreeUK The worse company ever. I had a business trip, went into the store to see if my tariff covered international calling data etc and I was reassured that it was all good. Next thing I know I have a £400 bill! It took months to get this resolved. Terrible company @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport @Computer_999 Same shit i was told moved to sky now for some sort of stable connection just to game on. 22ping 10mbps download and 5mbps no breaks in the speed no speed loss at peak times tbh its not the best speeds but it works when i need it.

@ChloeLouHull @ThreeUKSupport DD details can't be set up wrong. If they are wrong, it's not possible to be set up at all. So that's on you. You cannot be promised or guaranteed a signal anywhere. If there's no signal in an area, there's no signal. It cannot magically fix itself.

@ThreeUKSupport Thankyou for your reply. Online contact said they couldn’t cancel and I had to phone in to cancel. I understand it’s busy. It seems the only way to cancel is to talk to a human and that’s tricky if you’re on hold with no idea how long it might be before you get through to someone

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley, I tried to cancel online in November but apparently had instead requested a PAC code after calling your customer service line. I haven't used the sim since October 2019. Would be grateful If someone could backdates my cancellation to when i originally requested.

@ThreeUKSupport I would be more understanding but I had this same issue at the start of the month and told for 3 days in a row to not worry it would arrive to then be told 2 weeks later that the contract was never done properly... so I feel like its just going to be the same thing all over again

@ThreeUK so my mother ordered a phone from you a number of weeks ago. Paid the upfront payment, got a delivery date.Received order confirmation email.Started getting complete order emails.Called customer services who said no problem phone will be there.Order did not turn up.

@adamgreen295 @ThreeUKSupport So you didn't do it. Someone done it from your phone. Don't blame Three. Blame yourself or whoever done it on your phone. I worked in mobile industry in the past for over 20 years and never came across a single case like this where the customer was correct. None.
