If it was supposed to be fixed this morning it doesn’t appear to be. if it takes till 1st Feb I can’t use the service I am paying for. You didn’t notify me of this maintenance and haven’t told me why. Day 3 of no internet.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am thinking of getting the home broadband soon. Is the 5G router locked to the Three network? Also is the SIM card for the broadband - can that be used in a phone or an IPad if I wanted to use the data on the go? And in a phone can it make calls?

    We got a free 4k TV for getting broadband with @ThreeUK a few months back, what they failed to mention in the advert is that the connection is so so so poor we'll never actually see what 4k TV looks like.

    @ThreeUKSupport Had the same message with trying different card. Called & spoke to another gentleman who was again beyond polite and helpful but couldn't do anything his end so we decided I tried vouchers which I've just bought and I've manged to top up. Thank you for all your help. ☺🙏✨
