Derin Cag (@DerinCag) reported from Enfield Lock, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes, infact I over-emphasised it multiple times. Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
