Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

@ThreeUKSupport I hope it's not the handset as you sold it to me as a brand new unit about 9 months ago I think. You don't have good 4G coverage because I have had to set the phone to 3G to use my data anywhere. I never have more than 2 bars on reception - more often it's just 1 bar.

@ImNabeelAhd @ThreeUK Hence its the cheep and cheapest network in the UK. You can get a better coverage in Afghanistan. I used once in 2006 and since then I never went back to them.
