    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport - no data coverage and very patchy phone signal in LS17 8BW for last 3 days. Out for the day in Scarborough and the problem is the same there too. Not my phone - 4 users and one 5G home broadband affected. Although I didn’t bring broadband to Scarborough TBF

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, so if I've been a sim only customer for the last 3/4 years, I won't be charged any roaming fees, once you re-introduce them next month?? Asking because I am 'abroad' daily for work, and I'll need to look for a new network if I'll be charged for roaming. Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport I was, they couldn’t help me as it was a PAYG sim. They put me through to another team but they just wanted to do the number port again!! That won’t fix it, the number has already been ported from O2. I’m losing my patience now

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUK internet speeds on the ( measures good) 5G signal on my broadband modem are still iffy . Often good but also useless at times. ( if your having problems try a VPN often much better speeds! ( i assume a bypass of three servers ? )
