-
X2 (@KronosX81) reported from London, England@ThreeUK I am supposed to be getting clear 5G signal and coverage but I am barely getting 3G 😡 no matter the area I may be in during the day. If you can’t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until you’re competent to do so as it’s a f’g disgrace. Charging fortunes for 💩.
-
Stoil Timchev (@StoilTimchev1) reported from Camberwell, England@ThreeUKSupport I was over charged ina number of occasions so I paced a cap on my account. However I continued to get overcharged (x7 the amount) and when I rang to double check you never placed a cap for me. Then reassured me that you won’t charge me and 4 days later I got charged anyway
-
James Todd (@MrJGTodd) reported from London, England@Riggers_23 @ThreeUKSupport My 5G router is dead in London, there's a queue just to look at the service status page and they don't seem to be acknowledging this might be a problem...
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@three_broadband @ThreeUK Is it fair to say that once it does, I’ll get exactly the same speeds as I get today? I’m just so confused by this approach, why not just keep things as they are? Totally perplexing from a customer perspective.
-
Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport I need to speak to someone in Customer services urgently! I’ve been expecting your call back since the 20th March and I’m still waiting 10 days later despite you promising a return call within 72 hours! Just when I thought #Three couldn’t get any worse!
