    @ThreeUKSupport I like to get my addons when I want them - I call 333, so I can top up while doing other things, and the last handful of times I get a recorded message and put through to someone who will only try and sell me a contract, not help with the call.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. just done this. no change. My iphone gets zero kb download and my 3 data sims (all from you) with external masts are giving a woping 5meg down instead of roughly 50. I am a remote support consultant.. I can’t work.. we had intermittent disruption lastweek due to work..

    @ThreeUKSupport I get no signal in my house at all (you presumably could have worked this out when I put in my address details). If we can work out how to switch-on wifi calling, that might help but I can't see how to do it on the phone you supplied
