Can't believe how bad the network from @ThreeUK is in the city. Absolute torture.

  • wallingford73
Jim The May Swan (@wallingford73) reported from Camberwell, England

@CycleMummy @vintageshimano @PompeyCyclist @ThreeUK That's pretty appalling customer service and any decent service provider should write that off and not bill you for it. But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

  • londonpommie
Paul N (@londonpommie) reported from London, England

Wake up to another morning of no service from @virginmedia @ThreeUK please get 5G rolled out so I can cancel this awful service.

  • crossan_richard
Richard Crossan (@crossan_richard) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Doesn't work on the Northern Line between Borough and Archway - no idea beyond that. Been working fine for years and stopped mid last week.

  • lens_wal

  • seaniegriff
Griffy 🏳️‍🌈What fresh hell is this? (@seaniegriff) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my SIM order with you a few weeks as the SIM never arrived - and your customer service responding to that episode was pretty dire. Now you’ve sent me a bill for £5.33 with no explanation. This is vexing. Can you help?

  • karlea45
karen (@karlea45) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I am having to pay extortionate direct debit which I can’t afford and no one is helping me. Three is the worst company

  • River_LondonSE
南東ロンドンに住む自由人 (@River_LondonSE) reported from Camberwell, England

Hi @ThreeUK, someone seems to have opened an account using my company’s name and address. I have just received a confirmation letter of the Direct Debit set-up. Could you help? I can’t get through to your customer service!

  • KronosX81
X2 (@KronosX81) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK I am supposed to be getting clear 5G signal and coverage but I am barely getting 3G 😡 no matter the area I may be in during the day. If you can’t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until you’re competent to do so as it’s a f’g disgrace. Charging fortunes for 💩.

  • bluemoonstar
🗺Nick (@bluemoonstar) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Jacq, how about all the way along the river from Battersea Bridge to Blackfriars. Really really poor.

  • Chaz_CFC
Charlie ⭐️⭐️ (@Chaz_CFC) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I ordered a 5g internet hub a few days ago and have been encountering drop outs and low speeds since setting it up. I can see others in London encountering the same issues - when will these be resolved?

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

  • MattLCapon
Matt Capon (@MattLCapon) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport It was the status of a contract. Given how it all panned out I'm going to enter into the complaints process as it's really unacceptable especially considering the time I've been a customer.

  • DarrenStocking
Darren Stocking (@DarrenStocking) reported from Tower Hamlets, England

@ThreeUKSupport Round this area it seems consistently poor. Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.

  • Ben_Murray
Ben Murray (@Ben_Murray) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

  • bluemoonstar
🗺Nick (@bluemoonstar) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Can you answer my question directly please. I wish to make a complaint and want to know how. I'm sick of repeating myself.

  • granty3333

  • OllyNewport
Olly Newport (@OllyNewport) reported from Camberwell, England

  • PanxoSmart
PanxoSmart (@PanxoSmart) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

  • MartinCox0155

  • justarieldotcom
    Ariel Online (@justarieldotcom) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK This cannot be correct @ThreeUK . What are the official t&cs for this at your network?

  • jle2386
    Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

  • Martin_Adams
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.

  • gmanka
    Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.

  • pigg_thomas
    Thomas Pigg (@pigg_thomas) reported

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh wow I didn’t realise they did that Find a solution ?

  • UniversalExile

@AdamBat92308251 @three @ThreeUK Yes, sorry to hear that, Adam, that’s awful.

  • william_stavely
    William Stavely (@william_stavely) reported

@ThreeUKSupport You are obstructing my partner leaving your network. Doing so is illegal under OFCOM legislation. Contact me immediately for her details.

  • UniversalExile
    Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported

.@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport Having been a customer for a number of year had an awful experience yesterday with your upgrade team. Including being lied to! Very disappointing and no new handset arriving. Seriously considering another provider.

  • jnides8
    Jim D (@jnides8) reported

First world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
