    @CycleMummy @vintageshimano @PompeyCyclist @ThreeUK That's pretty appalling customer service and any decent service provider should write that off and not bill you for it. But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

    @briwen72 @SurbitonMoan @ThreeUKSupport Spoke to @ee yesterday . Problem due to mast in Hampton court area- they’ve been unable to get access from the landowner. I had an SMS yesterday to say that work has commenced.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been to the support chat 5 times and each time I’ve been told the issue is on my end (after waiting 2.5hrs for level 2 support). Also, If you think that providing more tech data on the issue slows you down, I really don’t know what to say.

    No proper customer service from @ThreeUK except being disconnected by operator on live chat. Data that doesn’t work for over few months does cause problems for everyone!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

    @ThreeUK why doesn’t your Wifi network Three_Wifi work on the Elizabeth line stations at Liverpool Street and Whitechapel? It works at tube stations including Moorgate on the northern line, so it feels like this is a local issue on those platforms.

    @ThreeUKSupport So fed up with being fobbed off,cut off & blatantly lied to by a customer service team in India who don't seem to be able to help people other than to 'escalate' your already 3 times escalated case to the 'TEAM' who are uncontactable. OFCOM next..watch this space!

    @ThreeUKSupport Google don't seem to feel there is a rush to fix it. Just that their engineers are investigating a fix as it is affecting more than just me. Three taking no ownership of the issue as it's clearly a Google issue...but I have a contract with Three and I pay Three not Google.

    @ThreeUK hi just wondering what the reason is this week for poor service in Westcliff SS0? Been an ongoing problem for ages now, at least I am changing networks when my contract ends un November, anyone else with Three should run a mile soon as they can
