@ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

@ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

@ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

@ThreeUKSupport There’s been no upgrades done to the mast since January 2020 as I remember I saw it on your website. I was at my nans over Christmas and the congestion was so bad we couldn’t even make calls on our mobiles. Stop leaving small towns out from your network upgrades. It’s awful.

@ThreeUKSupport My AI Cube has an issue where when you connect more than half a dozen devices to it some devices will lose network connectivity or be disconnected. This affects intranet traffic and is not signal related. 2nd line said they can't help as it's not a 3 issue. Help.

@HuaweiMobileUK I need some help with my AI Cube, @ThreeUKSupport have advised I contact you. When multiple IoT devices are connected the router lags and other devices often get disconnected. Rebooting helps for a day or so then need to reboot again.

@ThreeUKSupport The device doesn't appear on their support pages. It's as if it doesn't have enough oomph to deal with more then a handful of devices, IoT devices then cause things to lose connectivity. If you reset the router it's fine for a few days, then the problem returns.

@ThreeUKSupport what is happening with your service,I live in the ol16 area and my service is rubbish, when I moved here 4 years ago it was ace,full 4 bars of reception service,and 4g that would achieve 70mbs speed,since the 5g was connected everything seems to have gone to ****!
