James Todd (@MrJGTodd) reported from London, England@magicalmouse @ThreeUKSupport @proudly_ed My 5G router refuses to connect to the internet in London and there's a queue to visit your service status webpage (which says there's no issue) - are you sure you're not aware of anything?!
-
Ben Murray (@Ben_Murray) reported from London, England@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?
-
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere
-
Jim The May Swan (@wallingford73) reported from Camberwell, England@CycleMummy @vintageshimano @PompeyCyclist @ThreeUK That's pretty appalling customer service and any decent service provider should write that off and not bill you for it. But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not
-
Darren (@darriekylie) reported from Camberwell, England@TfL wow wow wow 4G service on the underground - couldn’t believe my eyes whilst travelling on Jubilee line - better service than overground on @ThreeUK ... thanks @TfL ... took calls in the tunnel... no more waiting or connect to WiFi to fire that late message off #stillamazed
-
Natalie Turner (@skippinginheels) reported from Camberwell, EnglandTHE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been 5 days with no connection, when I ring I get told that they will call back... when I ask why I had no call back they say “oh your case was closed” WTF? -
Keron Proverbs (@KeronProverbs) reported from London, England@ThreeUK, it's been 6 days, and 6 days soon, it will be 7. I feel you will lose customers and a lot of money cause you're clearly not prepared to have responsibility for humans. We live in a phone era. wtf I go to eat can't need to phone family I can't I need to support I can't
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@three_broadband @ThreeUK Is it fair to say that once it does, I’ll get exactly the same speeds as I get today? I’m just so confused by this approach, why not just keep things as they are? Totally perplexing from a customer perspective.

X2 (@KronosX81) reported from London, England@ThreeUK I am supposed to be getting clear 5G signal and coverage but I am barely getting 3G 😡 no matter the area I may be in during the day. If you can’t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until you’re competent to do so as it’s a f’g disgrace. Charging fortunes for 💩.

-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
