And seeing as my hours keep going up and I spent my life there these days it isn’t good @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. My phone basically becomes a very expensive iPod for 7 or more hours a day.😒🙄

No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.

Internet connection on and off for almost one week and not even getting 3G speed from 5G hub. Will wait for 2 more days, if it is same i will think of disconnection.

There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!

Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported@ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.
