@keplerniko @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I live in E1 and work in central London and the city and the 4g signal has been on a steady decline for al least 6 months. Probably due to 5g upgrade works and gently encouraging people to take up 5g when it comes (despite hardly anyone even having 5g devices yet!

@ThreeUK customer relations team is absolutely shameless! Firstly, full of lies. Secondly, none of promises were made. And third, they cannot even remember how much they agreed to compensate their customers! What a bunch of jokers! #DonotUseThree #WorstCustomerService

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t even begin to know how many times you have asked me this. Please stop with the innocent act. You guys know the network is broken in central London.

@Ofcom @ThreeUK have basically abandoned their customers in large cities and their 4g network is basically gone. They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.

@ThreeUK It would be nice if you could fix your shambles of a 4g connection before crowing about having the best 5g.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

@ThreeUKSupport @Beth_Sells At least your actually admitting it’s a problem which is a departure from the denial/surprised responses you’ve been giving us all until this point. Perhaps a further explanation of what’s going on would go some way to appeasing your most loyal customers @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport @sarahwitzke Total and utter rubbish. When will you stop lying to people and fess up that 4g is broken in London. Stop making people think it’s their fault. Will you never learn!!! 😡

@ThreeUKSupport The thing is. I can handle a short period of poor service if you guys were honest and upfront about the whole situation from the start rather than trying to convince everyone it’s their device that’s at fault and denying there is a citywide problem.

@Three_Is_Broken @keplerniko @ThreeUK Ive had no 4g at home or in central London where I work for three months. Three keep offering discounts and saying 5g is coming. Wtf. Why can’t they just be honest with everyone and say they can’t cope - it’s not good enough.

@ThreeUK How can we be reassured that we will receive it in an actual emergency 🚨 if you don’t retest the systems and re-build the broken trust of your customers without testing. I don’t blame anyone who changes to a different provider.
