Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Dartford and nearby locations:

  • mo_rashid25 Mo Mo Jo (@mo_rashid25) reported from Poplar, England

@adam_d3stroy3r @IsayIsayIsay1 @ThreeUK Lol tbh that excuse will actually be valid now, Three are rolling out L-band spectrum on 4G. Only more recent high end phones support it. Last years iPhone and the iPhone 11. So many like myself using older iPhones won’t likely see any benefit.

  • mo_rashid25 Mo Mo Jo (@mo_rashid25) reported from Poplar, England

@timmay2 @ThreeUK Second that, at least that way your customers can keep track of the improvements taking place. Pretty fed up of waiting and waiting for the network to improve

  • awire360 Andy Warner (@awire360) reported from Sevenoaks, England

@ThreeUK no signal at Sevenoaks station #NoServiceHere

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@iKevinWebb @ivanoverton @ThreeUK Don’t sign up with three. I just escaped from my home 4g contract with them. Utterly awful service and non existent data speeds.

  • annaphili98 💫Aɳɳα💫 (@annaphili98) reported from Walthamstow, England

Internet is crap in Leytonstone been here 3 days now @ThreeUK 4g please sort it

  • NwaanyiOwerre Oge bu ndu (@NwaanyiOwerre) reported from Walthamstow, England

@ThreeUKSupport No it hasn’t. I want to leave this network. All you do is take people’s money and not provide an appropriate network or service.

  • janetoluokun Janet Oluokun (@janetoluokun) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUK what’s going with your Sunday service... still waiting to speak to an advisor! This is so frustrating!!!

  • hal7474 gianluca giorgi (@hal7474) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK at this point I do believe this a proper joke. A comic movie about a proper fraud. I really had enough... they said they would have sent me a new sim. It happened two weeks ago. maybe they are delivering it at the same speed of their network

  • MarkHamilton76 Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England

@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

  • lucky_luxy Spencer (@lucky_luxy) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@ThreeUKSupport But I have been suffering from the same issues at the exact same places for YEARS!! I would have expected to see some improvement, instead I just get the same excuses.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

  • BIGrsJ JMP 🇬🇧 (@BIGrsJ) reported from Eltham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Customer service is 👎🏻 Needs to be on point & your business department is the worst I’ve delt with.

  • melvgotti M 🇳🇬 (@melvgotti) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport London has always been busy but I've only had issues in the last 6 months. And the signal does not improve when I move around different areas in London either

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Their marketing contradicts what their support team says. I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

  • DWJStevens1991 Dean Stevens (@DWJStevens1991) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

  • andycoxonuk Andy Coxon (@andycoxonuk) reported from London, England

    @MrChrisPassey @scotthayesss @EE BOYS!!!! I’m on @ThreeUK sim only £15 a month #wtf

  • shadlx Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport Good excuse but blatantly a lie. Since everyone I know on three is having the same issue it’s obviously a network issue (as I’m sure you are aware)

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@justifyles @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Well then that comes down to choice doesn’t it. Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@glamnailgirl @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I was only three months in to my two contracts. I logged the complaint and then gave them a month to sort it and demanded that if it wasn’t sorted by that date that I could leave and then I did.

  • melvgotti M 🇳🇬 (@melvgotti) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport No. My signal is shit in central london and I can't even load YouTube videos or google maps on 4g

  • steviepattisond Told You So (@steviepattisond) reported

@ThreeUK i am going around in circles trying to cancel my MiFi account. Please help. Your live chat is not working. Thank you

  • gendal Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported

Any UK followers in London on the @ThreeUKSupport network? Noticed that Virgin Media Wifi no longer works and you have to connect to Three’s own hotspot when on TfL? Had any success? There were no such hotspots on the Elizabeth Line earlier. Huge step backwards :(

  • Ricky66824162 Ricky (@Ricky66824162) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Does Three get money from TIkTok & Pinterest to encourage me to install those awful apps? I am curious about how it works and what the motivation is to earn extra money from me even tho I've purchased a phone and am in a year long contract. Seems a bit greedy, don't you think?

  • incredibles2022 Marc (@incredibles2022) reported

@ThreeUK I’m with smarty which if the same network as you!! Why can’t my Apple Watch connect to the Three network through smarty?? Why won’t you let them use your network for supporting Apple Watch on smarty?

  • forstercr FORSTER (@forstercr) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That link just takes me to the generic customer support page though for payasgo? What am I supposed to do with that?

  • HPIAndyCowper Andy Cowper (@HPIAndyCowper) reported

Appalling customer service by @ThreeUK, following deceitful practice over ending roaming for longstanding customers, ended in my getting out of contract 7 months early without charge. This is do-able. They make it hard via an avalanche of 'sludge' or incompetence. But do-able.

  • Ricky66824162 Ricky (@Ricky66824162) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I will get one next time it comes up. It happens randomly or after updates. Thanks for your help. 🙏

  • SamBrewMan Sam Franklyn (@SamBrewMan) reported

@ThreeUK any idea why my phone won't pick up USA network coverage or 4G on holiday? Go Roam enabled and data roaming is on.

  • RussellShoesmi1 Russell Shoesmith (@RussellShoesmi1) reported

@ThreeUK please avoid this shambles of a company, customer services lie. They have billed me for a device I sent back after 2days now been refused credit due to failed payments. Absolutely appalling.

  • jamesma34307397 james marshall (@jamesma34307397) reported from Spalding, England

@ThreeUKSupport here we go again slow data speeds just as the kids are about to let out from school
