@ThreeUKSupport I am on three, my son is ID mobile, we cannot call anyone and have no signal. So this is clearly not just an EE issue. I needed to call the hospital yesterday and I still cannot make this call.... calling via WhatsApp is obviously not an option.

@ThreeUK have to be the worst mobile network ever. Regularly can't make calls, cut off mid call, no signal etc. Should be able to cancel a contract before its term if they can't fulfil their part of it

@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUK, I’ve been charged for Third Party Charges including Three Pay, which is impossible. I’ve never purchased anything via my Three account. All payments go through Apple Pay—clearly shown on my bank and Apple ID. This needs urgent investigation.
