-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUKSupport Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
Golfing through 2025 (@duxbury2002) reportedAnyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. That’s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain
-
nipplebuffet (@mimiheart29) reported@ThreeUK you have the worst customer service, I’m the phone with yall right now and the agent just left the call without any explanation??
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Will Sutton (@SuttonThings) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three are a terrible company, I had a similar issue! Same with Vodafone too. I had to go back to the UK just to get it working again
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Simon Winstanley (@Winclouduk) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company
