@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

@ThreeUKSupport cc @ThreeIreland careful, it might be considered a dark pattern, particularly when the refund was denied to me - at first; someone realized they might get into trouble. Also, don't instruct your chat "specialists" to ask for a users passwords; just go straight for the sms code.
