Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Swanley and nearby locations:

  • charliewoodinit Charlie Wood (@charliewoodinit) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m disgusted with the level of service I am receiving from you lot, signed up with you for the best mobile data deals to begin with, for months now your mobile data coverage and responsiveness has been a joke. Now this today. Something needs to change.

  • robvesty Robert (Register to Vote) Vesty (@robvesty) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUKSupport No. The live chat complaints procedure was terrible and in the end we reached deadlock so it’s now to go to Ombudsman

  • robvesty Robert (Register to Vote) Vesty (@robvesty) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Problem is that this comes on top of increasingly poor coverage over the past year. I keep having problems. Just called to complain and was offered paltry compensation sum so having to go to communications ombudsman.

  • jasonclark Jason Swan Clark (@jasonclark) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@ThreeUK Service has been down completely in London for hours and you only just admit something is wrong. Not good enough.

  • Mr_Rafal Raf (@Mr_Rafal) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport It was...yesterday. There was no network at all but I read you have had problems.

  • ZanaMillen zae x (@ZanaMillen) reported from Hackney, England

You what’s mad is that @ThreeUK had me ducked up today and my manager uses the network but his phon network is ok. Like I tried to send him a text saying I’d be late today and didn’t get till an hour after I was in

  • MartinWWalker Martin Walker (@MartinWWalker) reported from Sevenoaks, England

  • lauracrimmons Laura Crimmons (@lauracrimmons) reported from London, England

    @TheHodge @ThreeUK Three. It's a known problem though

  • wallingford73 Jim The May Swan (@wallingford73) reported from Camberwell, England

@vintageshimano @CycleMummy @PompeyCyclist @ThreeUK Sadly they can add missing charges to the period that the original invoice covered and either raise a credit note and rebill that period or issue an additional invoice for the missing charge.

  • msleannefraser Leanne 💖 #LoverOutNow - You are what you Love 💖 (@msleannefraser) reported from City of London, England

I was 10 mins late for work today, now I know why - turns out I missed quite a lot due to my @ThreeUK data not working 😂

  • lauracrimmons Laura Crimmons (@lauracrimmons) reported from London, England

@dergal @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yes! My signal just disappears completely sporadically

  • MartinCox0155 Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

To those, like me, who are lacking data/internet on the @ThreeUK network, I see that @ThreeUKSupport are stating that the network are having data issues. It's not your phone! It's been down since last night.

  • Tim_Harvey Tim Harvey (@Tim_Harvey) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUKSupport mobile data is down in London. Great opportunity for them to flex their legendary customer service muscles and make people happy again.......

  • k1997_ubaid سلطان الحالم® 🐐 🇦🇫 (@k1997_ubaid) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUK service have been awful for good 3 years imagine going to areas like Barking, East Ham and Walthamstow and not having internet connection they’ve been saying they’re working on it for dam 3 years #threedown

  • MartinCox0155 Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUKSupport It was due to your network being down which you know about

  • dukeofpeckham Negro Kevin Owens (@dukeofpeckham) reported from Croydon, England

Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

  • wallingford73 Jim The May Swan (@wallingford73) reported from Camberwell, England

@CycleMummy @vintageshimano @PompeyCyclist @ThreeUK That's pretty appalling customer service and any decent service provider should write that off and not bill you for it. But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

  • themib Martin Bentley (@themib) reported from London, England

@Johngs08 @ThreeUK Yeah I saw that, should get an automatic refund for a period without service.

  • SharifOmar3 Mike Oxmaul (@SharifOmar3) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia I appreciate the excellent service This is what good customer service looks like @ThreeUK

  • Realist_Aisha A (@Realist_Aisha) reported from East Ham, England

@DJSkrillzYBE @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK How can the whole network be down 🥴

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • thatgeekychap @thatgeekychap (@thatgeekychap) reported

@ThreeUK I’d happily accept another test just for the @ThreeUK network. Seems a bit blazé to assume you’ve solved the issue. Presumably you thought it was fine before, either way?

  • Barry35245095 Barry. (@Barry35245095) reported

@ThreeUK Not really reassuring. As I have network problems on a daily basis. Sometimes I have no Mobile signal at all. But let's hope you can fix this huge problem with your network. As my contact is due to run out in December. And quite frankly it looks like a move is on the cards.

  • GothicBatRave 🦇🪩 Ellie 🧛‍♀️ (@GothicBatRave) reported

@ThreeUK This makes me think that it was a real emergency alert disguised right up until the last minute, so as to not worry the public. If weapons had secretly been prepared for release, and the military didn’t disarm them in time… a technical issue may have in fact been a hacking.

  • BenQuinn110577 Ben Quinn (@BenQuinn110577) reported

@ThreeUK I'm also one of the people who didn't receive the UK emergency alert test on Sunday. Everyone around me received it. Why did it only happen to Three customers mostly?

  • IamTomBailey Tom Bailey (@IamTomBailey) reported

With no explanation given a rise from £14 a month to £26. No reply from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport time to look for a new mobile network

  • newplanet Graham Stevenson (@newplanet) reported

@siannnyyy26 @willjb88 @ThreeUK I was connected to wi-fi and didn’t get it. Believe me, I hope to never hear one of these alerts for real, but why would you be glad that a signal designed to warn you about imminent danger didn’t work for you when they tested it?

  • lucifer261164 #luc-ifer (@lucifer261164) reported

@NedHartley @ThreeUK No alert for me on o2 network with GiffGaff

  • summers_allan Allan Kempson (@summers_allan) reported

@ThreeUK That's great that it's fixed, but I really think there should be another test to reassure everyone that it's fixed everywhere, and so that we all know what they sound and look like in case of a real emergency.

  • rb357 Richard Bullock (@rb357) reported

@MartinSLewis I'm on @ThreeUK network, and never received the alert. They've released a statement saying there were issues with some (many?) customers not receiving it.

  • Indy259 Ian 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇩🇪 (@Indy259) reported

@chrisvecs @gingio @ThreeUK Emergency broadcast is not using wifi. It's a broadcast signal from the cell tower. Those that got the message were lucky that they were actively connected to the cell tower when the message was broadcast. Apparently Three only sent it once.
