    @ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

    No proper customer service from @ThreeUK except being disconnected by operator on live chat. Data that doesn’t work for over few months does cause problems for everyone!!!

    @vintageshimano @CycleMummy @PompeyCyclist @ThreeUK Sadly they can add missing charges to the period that the original invoice covered and either raise a credit note and rebill that period or issue an additional invoice for the missing charge.

    Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

    @ThreeUKSupport Problem is that this comes on top of increasingly poor coverage over the past year. I keep having problems. Just called to complain and was offered paltry compensation sum so having to go to communications ombudsman.

    @ThreeUK You changed my number for me over 4 days ago & ever since then nobody can call me. This is unacceptable for your network to take 4 days to resolve an issue. I can’t afford for my colleagues to call me and keep hearing that the number they have dialled is not recognised.

I work from home, unfortunately have had to miss meetings due to this. This is really poor, 5 days without internet is unacceptable

    @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone about an account. I've tried online chat, dialling 03333381001 but they cannot help with the issue. There must be some way of speaking to a customer service manager. The previous options are not suitable for the very complicated issue we have
