3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Swanley, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Swanley and nearby locations:

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK you promised me support and today you have failed massively. I can’t speak to anyone via chat or on the phone that can see my active complaint - I need to speak to someone in the UK but it’s impossible.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard exactly the same “hymn” - giving you my post ode is pointless - the network is broken and shamefully so. The network Is dishonest. The network I not fit for purpose in any city.

  • PelhamB PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUK I can’t even get your live chat to work your signal is so bad! This is the last straw. I want to leave now.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Their marketing contradicts what their support team says. I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUKSupport The real thing is - scripted response aside - the three network has never been worse. There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

  • shadlx Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Camberwell, England

Hello @ThreeUKSupport your network appears to be broken today. I have full 3G but pretty much no data speeds ok the overground between Peckham rye and Surrey quays, and cable street/shadwell.

  • BIGrsJ JMP 🇬🇧 (@BIGrsJ) reported from Eltham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Customer service is 👎🏻 Needs to be on point & your business department is the worst I’ve delt with.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

  • ranjanmallya Ranjan Mallya 🇮🇳 (@ranjanmallya) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUK Miserable customer service on #ThreeUK!

  • ranjanmallya Ranjan Mallya 🇮🇳 (@ranjanmallya) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUK Getting through to customer service is a nightmare. It says the wait time is over 15 minutes now and so was the case with over the weekend.. Help!!!!

  • ranjanmallya Ranjan Mallya 🇮🇳 (@ranjanmallya) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUK The customer service representative of yours mentioned I will not be put on music after 25 minutes wait but no, am on music yet again.. #ThreeUK

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@justifyles @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Well then that comes down to choice doesn’t it. Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@glamnailgirl @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I was only three months in to my two contracts. I logged the complaint and then gave them a month to sort it and demanded that if it wasn’t sorted by that date that I could leave and then I did.

  • hal7474 gianluca giorgi (@hal7474) reported from Poplar, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK at this point I do believe this a proper joke. A comic movie about a proper fraud. I really had enough... they said they would have sent me a new sim. It happened two weeks ago. maybe they are delivering it at the same speed of their network

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@iKevinWebb @ivanoverton @ThreeUK Don’t sign up with three. I just escaped from my home 4g contract with them. Utterly awful service and non existent data speeds.

  • janetoluokun Janet Oluokun (@janetoluokun) reported from Poplar, England

@ThreeUK what’s going with your Sunday service... still waiting to speak to an advisor! This is so frustrating!!!

  • mo_rashid25 Mo Mo Jo (@mo_rashid25) reported from Poplar, England

@timmay2 @ThreeUK Second that, at least that way your customers can keep track of the improvements taking place. Pretty fed up of waiting and waiting for the network to improve

  • feyi_cfc Nezuko (God forgive me) (@feyi_cfc) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUK is such a crap network. I can’t even check how much my bill is for the month as my signal is absolutely AWFUL! What a waste! Absolutely awful network!!

  • ThisIsJennykins Jennifer Johnson (@ThisIsJennykins) reported from Basildon, England

Fuming with @ThreeUK right now. Been on hold/passed around for 1 hour and 40 mins so far and still counting...Shocking customer service. Clearly, being a loyal customer with 4 contracts doesn't make much of a difference 🤬😠 #three #ThingsWeShouldCancel

  • mo_rashid25 Mo Mo Jo (@mo_rashid25) reported from Poplar, England

@adam_d3stroy3r @IsayIsayIsay1 @ThreeUK Lol tbh that excuse will actually be valid now, Three are rolling out L-band spectrum on 4G. Only more recent high end phones support it. Last years iPhone and the iPhone 11. So many like myself using older iPhones won’t likely see any benefit.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • justmeCheal ‘chael 🤷‍♀️ (@justmeCheal) reported

@jamietheharv @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had 3 for my broadband years ago, I got out the contract early because they didn’t provide the service they said they would (I had zero network). Xxx

  • bertrum Neil B (@bertrum) reported from Totton and Eling, England

@ThreeUKSupport Re-registering fixed the issue. Thanks.

  • swizzlestick19 Florian (@swizzlestick19) reported

@ThreeUK <--------this is the worst company ever!! Despicable customer service Avoid at all costs Continually trying to cancel my account and they don't answer or reply...... And still charge me £15 each month

  • Dalejake Ian B (@Dalejake) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi guys happy new year do you now have esim support for iPhone 12?

  • 1JJMcAuley JJ McAuley (@1JJMcAuley) reported

@ThreeUKSupport actually sick of complaining and the complaint never being addressed. Was due a new handset in August 2019, didn’t get it and you’ve still had every bill paid, all between £50 & £80 when each should’ve been £20pcm on sim only deal. This needs resolved ASAP

  • 1JJMcAuley JJ McAuley (@1JJMcAuley) reported

@ThreeUK contract, should I decide to stay with Three. I’ve been with you for a number of years despite having been offered better deals by other service providers but I showed you loyalty, in turn I feel I’ve been treated like a mug by you, it’s an atrocious performance by you.

  • DrFullick Dr Sarah Fullick (@DrFullick) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn, well an upgrade is going through, but issues still remain and having to wait for a another call apparently on Sunday to pay my bill as charges that should have been reimbursed have not been so still waiting for that to be sorted, all very stressful.

  • kjy31117688 kjy (@kjy31117688) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Also one contract was cancelled yesterday, will cancel the second one now.

  • Twisted94860845 TwistedMetal (@Twisted94860845) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Whilst I appreciate the response, this is the generic IPv6 response that I've seen sent to others. To clarify the Samsung A40 is often issued an IPv6 address whereas the OnePlus 8 has never been issued an IPv6 address. I therefore believe this is a OnePlus issue @OnePlus_UK
