    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldnโ€™t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโ€™s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ThreeUKSupport Server errors arenโ€™t fixed by that, but I spoke to a nice man in your call center who sorted it.

    So the good thing is that despite webchat and @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK being dreadful they have just sent an automated text as to when my contract ends. If ever there was a hint to move service provider, that was it.

    @ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But Iโ€™m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. Iโ€™m being charge ยฃ46+ and ยฃ65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had no mobile signal for over a week in my central London office. The website keeps saying it will be fixed on that day yet never does. Shocking service. Extremely unhappy as I cant make or receive any calls. I'm not in the middle of nowhere!

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUKSupport, unfortunately itโ€™s been 3 weeks now that my 3/4g coverage has been unacceptably disgraceful!! 0.12 meg most of the time and canโ€™t even watch YouTube with these awful speeds!! Whatโ€™s happening with the network here in Killin as youโ€™re not updating us!!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I'm having trouble logging in to the app. It asks for my fingerprint as normal, and then takes me to put it my email for a new account. I have an account, I've been using it for years. Also says there's an error sending an email to that address.
