However I continued to get overcharged (x7 the amount) and when I rang to double check you never placed a cap for me. Then reassured me that you won’t charge me and 4 days later I got charged anyway

I’ve had some serious issues this year including having my line suspended on a Friday night in Greece & not being able to speak to anyone til Monday !!!

Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.
