I’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply but it’s possibly a bit late now, the #Eurovision polls closed about 12 hours ago! 😋 (Other people were reporting problems too but I did eventually get through)

@ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

@ThreeUKSupport I've had no mobile signal for over a week in my central London office. The website keeps saying it will be fixed on that day yet never does. Shocking service. Extremely unhappy as I cant make or receive any calls. I'm not in the middle of nowhere!

@ThreeUK I'm on pay as you go, and you love texting me useless information like "You've spent £5 since this date." It does not help. How about texting me something useful like, "You have £1 credit left," so that I know when I need to top up?? Please provide a useful service.

@ThreeUKSupport thats the only email i have r any form of document. As you can see it says my contract ended on the 5/11/21. AS you can also see I wasn't even using the service. It took so many phone calls to actually say yes im cancelling. plus why am i now being told its 13 pounds not 17?

@nwiggins02 @ThreeUKSupport Yes it's £5 per day, hopefully they'll offer a bolt-on as there now lagging behind the others. EE offer add-on for £10pm for USA and EU for 30 days, I like Three but they need to up there roaming game now as there's no iWatch support or visual voicemail.

Hello @ThreeUK Recently upgraded home broadband and my first month payment is £87.13 on a £14 contract, which was never mentioned when I called to discuss an upgrade. Your online help isn't working either. Why am I being charged >£87 for 1 month broadband?
