I complain to them and they’re like “oh you could upgrade early and maybe that will give you better service” like ???

No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.

You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal

However I’ve gone almost 2 years with this issue and am not willing to pay any more money

Edmund Tallack (@Edmund_Tallack) reported from Camberwell, England@ThreeUKSupport After refusing a reduced fee due to poor service (an admission that whatever I was paying for I wasn’t getting) I declined and insisted that the 5g internet is unreliable and inconsistent and was referred to a technical specialist. Still the problems remain.
