    @ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

    @ThreeUKSupport No - the odd station doesn’t seem to like me every now and again but Waterloo is consistent. It tells me to call 333 which obviously I can’t do with no signal 😄

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you “choose” not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    Today @ThreeUK sent me an email telling me if I didn’t sign up to a new contract within 30days they’d just cut me off. After over a decade of being a customer!!For the exact same package as I’m on now it would be double what I currently pay. So now on lookout for new simonly deal

    @ThreeUKSupport I was on an old rolling contract and upgraded to a new plan. I want to keep my old number and was told the only way to do this was to cancel old plan and transfer number to new plan. So far this has been a bit of a nightmare and I am now left with no service at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s @SaraYerlett who is effected you are doing an network upgrade in the KA6 7pf area which was supposed to be finished at 6pm last night however all the internet went down again and service sadly @SaraYerlett has 3 wifi and phone service

    @ThreeUK Best deal on the market BUT the phone signal is the worst! The internet is constantly buffering, phone signal poor, calls dropping out after being told that it was because work was being carried out and after 11th November it would be fine! It’s most definitely not!

    @ThreeUKSupport Lol it’s already on 3G only since that is the same fix for everyone, it’s been fine the last few days only an issue today, I don’t think Manchester got more congested suddenly, so lack of bandwidth seems to be your issue
