    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @ThreeUK It’s a shame I’ve had to resort to this. Three customer service is the worst ever. New phone went missing, 2 months ago , now having been promised 2 weeks ago it was sorted , still nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport ME4, 4hy. It’s like being at a festival with full signal but no data . It’s been like this for years and I need to get engineers to actually go there and test it

    @ThreeUKSupport can someone please provide an update of when the mobile data will be fixed in KW14 , you’ve been working on the masts for weeks and the internet is unusable . I’m a 4G broadband customer and the service is a disgrace . 1-3 mb tops & drops signal every 5 mins

    @ThreeUK please remove your ads on being fastest network. 5g can’t even run @WhatsApp properly. Disgrace to network speed. Poorest customer support as well. Learn from @VodafoneUK on how network should be provided. Even has to tweet from public wifi

    @ThreeUKSupport Demand for the gold phone- I asked to change colour so they said they’d have to cancel the order completely. I said not to bother as theres a risk there could be further delay and they put me on hold and cancelled anyway. I’ve already been charged for the first month

    @ThreeUKSupport It's hard to say because it all flashes up briefly and screenshots don't work. I think there is more than one field with an AKA option, which may be part of the problem.
