    @ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport - yet again our 4G is incredibly slow and has been for days despite multiple reconnects to your network. Imagine my surprise that once again your network status says there is a fault. Are you ever actually going to fix this..????

    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the โ€œissue is fixedโ€ but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?

    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. Iโ€™ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. Iโ€™ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    I think next time Iโ€™m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company theyโ€™re using for the delivery. If itโ€™s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.
