    @ThreeUKSupport I already did. Was told... tough! In not so many words. Until now I've had a good experience with Three. Shame it has to end with a bad experience.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @ThreeUK please help. My data only iPad account has charges for premium text ls@from 65333 . I have called you service line and emailed the address they gave me but all are invalid. Anyway of getting this removed

If I was to actually run away+not pay I wouldn’t bother to reach 3 or open an account with your company in Austria!

    @ThreeUKSupport Your a joke.Mutually cancelled my contract in Nov due to coverage. Letter today to say I owed £32.60 in unpaid bills. Told was due to non return of router, I proved I returned it. Didn't want to refund me. 2 hours later I get a refund. Shocking customer service!

    I’m literally a student + the fees they’ve charged me w/ r so high... I told them it slipped my mind during the pandemic to call my old phone provider 2 tell them I had wasnt able to come bk to uk.@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport told me they can’t help me +2 hire a solicitor to fix it?!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been back and forth between @ThreeUK and Lowell who told me neither can help me and to ask the other about writing off the high fees they’ve given me. + then told by @ThreeUKSupport to hire a solicitor even though I’m a student was horrible

    I take it back, reset my @ThreeUK broadband router and its been great since with decent speeds. Same can't be said for @EE tho, apparently there is an issue in my area, would have been nice for them to inform me instead of having to find out by checking their website 🤦
