    @SatonmyButt @ThreeUK TBF, I've found they've been really good until this. Three weeks of no incoming SMS or calls and to not be notified is pretty bloody poor though.

    @ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of โ€œcongestion in the areaโ€ the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so Iโ€™m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

    @ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says โ€œno problemsโ€ thatโ€™s not really correct? If you look back at this thread youโ€™ll see this has gone on for months with a โ€œfixโ€ just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??

    @ThreeUKSupport my phone wonโ€™t make or receive calls. Neither will my sonโ€™s or sisters phone - all with three - is there an issue please? Iโ€™m in SS2 and they are in SS9 postcodes.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldnโ€™t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโ€™s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @ThreeUKSupport I already did. Was told... tough! In not so many words. Until now I've had a good experience with Three. Shame it has to end with a bad experience.

    @ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isnโ€™t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and canโ€™t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(

    I cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!

    @ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!

    @ThreeUK have done me up like a kipper fuming is an understatementim on holiday in dubai i paid 7 days around the world roaming it never worked so i had to pay them more money ยฃ17 for a three day use i was told as i paid 7 day earlier then it will work at least till sat now its off again and they are doing nothing

    How odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them Iโ€™m 3 staff (Iโ€™m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they werenโ€™t really from 3โ€ฆ.

    @ThreeUKSupport i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 trasactions totalling around ยฃ84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?
