Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Rochester and nearby locations:

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the “issue is fixed” but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?

  • JonathanCGroves
𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England

@Freemason_UK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 I know, very rude. And considering it’s effectively globally broadcast, worrying the corporates haven’t taken action.

  • lucky_luxy
Spencer (@lucky_luxy) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@ThreeUKSupport But I have been suffering from the same issues at the exact same places for YEARS!! I would have expected to see some improvement, instead I just get the same excuses.

  • shivaunt71
Dave Gardner (@shivaunt71) reported from Borough Green, England

@ThreeUKSupport No Mark, your systems were down, i had to use my data before I could sort out an add on.

  • ludlow_jimmy
Jimmy ludlow (@ludlow_jimmy) reported from Gravesend, England

@ThreeUK another company that just wants to rip of existing customers how crap it is , customer services is rubbish no help at all

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??

  • Rockwell7
    Rockwell7 😷 (@Rockwell7) reported from Maidstone, England

@Mobile_Dom @GadgetsBoy I've got no 5G signal for my side of Maidstone in Kent from @ThreeUK so I can't test 5G atm

  • Winclouduk
🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Winclouduk) reported from Rochester, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your help. I tried the text but my device won’t allow text. Hence I have no idea how they got my number lol

  • CannarWilm
Glen White (@CannarWilm) reported from Gravesend, England

@ThreeUKSupport I already did. Was told... tough! In not so many words. Until now I've had a good experience with Three. Shame it has to end with a bad experience.

  • neilpgriffiths
Neil Griffiths (@neilpgriffiths) reported from Grays, England

So, apparently, if a relative dies suddenly, and they didn’t take the trouble to put you on their phone account as someone who could speak on their behalf, the stock response when trying to sort out their phone is ‘we can’t help you’. Thanks @ThreeUK

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport - yet again our 4G is incredibly slow and has been for days despite multiple reconnects to your network. Imagine my surprise that once again your network status says there is a fault. Are you ever actually going to fix this..????

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

  • bbmason
Ben Mason (@bbmason) reported from Stone, England

@LynnyWhitehead @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Well, it seems they don't even feel the need to reply, or to answer my messages on their support portal, or to answer the phone to me. So, almost certainly time to switch!

  • WHU_2012
Steve's (@WHU_2012) reported from Horndon on the Hill, England

Nice to see that being a loyal customer for 15 years means jack ****. @ThreeUK still shafting people on upgrades While new customers get the best deals.

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Ps. Still broken according to your network status page! How much of the time does it need to be broken before you refund some of my charges? Currently at around 90% faulty!

  • DWJStevens1991
Dean Stevens (@DWJStevens1991) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

  • JonathanCGroves
𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you “choose” not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

  • mgydna
Andy 🛳 (@mgydna) reported from Gravesend, England

@ClaudioAlbertin @FluffehAdam @ThreeUK @VOXI_UK Ah my voxi sim doesn’t work for the voda network, managed to get on with an old Payg sim, was just a bit of a faff

  • drongo123uk
Chris Tring (@drongo123uk) reported from Gillingham, England

@manxiouslife I too have had very good service from @ThreeUK however, i will be leaving simply because they don't support Esim, and having a smart watch i would like the support

  • jasonclark
Jason Swan Clark (@jasonclark) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@ThreeUK Service has been down completely in London for hours and you only just admit something is wrong. Not good enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport Internet issues in MK4?

  • rhysllwyd
    Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reported

Unfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

  • DavidCl88428325
    David Clarke (@DavidCl88428325) reported

@ThreeUK yet again your network went down in the bt54 area during the week, wednesday 13th may, why? At a time when i most needed a signal due to a relative in hosp, you let me down yet again! Your network, customer service and attitude are awful! When is the next outage?

  • 49_timelessness
    Baz (@49_timelessness) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!

  • VirginiaMcClane
    Virginia McClane (@VirginiaMcClane) reported

@ThreeUKSupport have you got any issues with broadband in Larkfield Kent @ThreeUK

  • ROSS_G3LL3R
    naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported

@ThreeUK As a young woman travelling abroad not only is this very dangerous but also absolutely disgusting that you think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way just to make more money! Sort it out @ThreeUK
