    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

    @ThreeUK the plug in broadband I signed up for is absolute useless, Netflix freezes and buffers every minute ! I live in London & was told I would have perfect connection!! How can you sell something that is so bad ?!

    @ThreeUK please help. My data only iPad account has charges for premium text ls@from 65333 . I have called you service line and emailed the address they gave me but all are invalid. Anyway of getting this removed

    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @ThreeUK Itโ€™s a shame Iโ€™ve had to resort to this. Three customer service is the worst ever. New phone went missing, 2 months ago , now having been promised 2 weeks ago it was sorted , still nothing.

    @SatonmyButt @ThreeUK TBF, I've found they've been really good until this. Three weeks of no incoming SMS or calls and to not be notified is pretty bloody poor though.

    @ThreeUKSupport So now I've been waiting 5 minutes. I'm trying to log in and expecting a password page. Why is the page spinning? It literally makes no sense since it can't possibly be looking anything up in a database. It's just hopelessly broken.

    @ThreeUK Hello, twice I have contacted you in regards to my bill and the extra costs I was charged for using it aboard. You sent me a text when I landed saying ยฃ5 a day for unlimited data, which I never received, and got charged for data on my sim card that is switched off.

    @ThreeUKSupport wifi has been broken for a week. Called for support, they said they would replace the router. Was told it would come Tuesday and Iโ€™d need to be in. Didnโ€™t turn up. Called and they said itโ€™s now being delivered Wednesday. It hasnโ€™t. Terrible service.Whatโ€™s going on

    @ThreeUKSupport Your website is phenomenally bad. As someone who has worked exclusively with web technology for almost 25 years, I can tell you that your user experience is severely lacking. I've been waiting over two minutes at some weird "loading" screen that makes no sense.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, itโ€™s a ZTE 5G router. They have refused to accept that the router is faulty. Iโ€™ve asked for a replacement router to be sent but the answer is no. The contract needs to be cancelled now without a cancellation fee. Iโ€™ve already paid for at least 2 months with no service.
