    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUK - not impressed. Pre ordered the mate P20 on Thursday 25th (to get the gift bundle). Credit team took card payment but still no receipt. Despite many customer service calls I’m none the wiser as to why I keep getting emails stating my order is incomplete! please help...

    @ThreeUK what is wrong with your 4g network. In Medway it hasn’t worked properly for months and now nothing transfers. I go to 3G and it’s fine so I stick with that at moment

    @ThreeUKSupport Complaint is raised and you guys are crediting me every month, but it’s the principle and not about the money - you shouldn’t be allowed to operate key infrastructure in this way and someone should hold @ThreeUK to account for delivering such a poor service in a capital city

    @nb_Snowgoose @floatingourboat @CruisingTheCut @EE @ThreeUK I've found when the going gets tough, and that 4g is crap, we force ours into 3g only, then we will nearly always get enough data rate to watch both TV's at once. 4G speed test 1 down 0.2 up. Swap to 3G 7 down and 2 up - that's last night where I am currently moored😀👌👍

    @ThreeUKSupport Repeatedly. Always the same response. “Ongoing signal issue, longer to get resolved than expected, etc etc”. The fact is your network is over capacity and your masts aren’t built to handle this much demand. @Ofcom should enforce minimum performance standards. @DCMS

    @CruisingTheCut @EE Im with @EE Fran with @ThreeUK we've just changed our onboard wifi to @ThreeUK as never have issue with their signal and almost half the price ee wanted to charge. Been ee customer for years and years but they are losing all my business as they dont seem to want to retain it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand the need for correct ID but if i'd had it delivered to the home address this wouldnt have been an issue so its a little frustrating its so strict to collect from store. Not yet i was advised i have to wait 48 hrs before i call again to check the change has been done
