    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you “choose” not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUK please help. My data only iPad account has charges for premium text ls@from 65333 . I have called you service line and emailed the address they gave me but all are invalid. Anyway of getting this removed

    @ThreeUK It’s a shame I’ve had to resort to this. Three customer service is the worst ever. New phone went missing, 2 months ago , now having been promised 2 weeks ago it was sorted , still nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three, Firstly you are an awesome network and to-date I never had any network issues. I recently upgraded because of this but noticed I was being charged more than what was on ur website despite being a loyal customer. So I asked to return the device.

    @ThreeUKSupport thanks three, really appreciate free calls to check up on family in ukraine. Can you refund from the bill more often than monthly credit limit increases are being refused by customer service. We are arranging escape not chatting.

    @ThreeUKSupport I get it, I really do. Like, gotta earn that money somehow and it sure as hell isn't with decent service or support. It's my own fault for not reading into the contract closer but again, it's nice to moan and know that everyone I've ever known and loved will never use Three
