  @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

  @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

  @ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

  @ChelseaFCW @ThreeUK Sio should be the one to join the attack from the midfield 3. Cuthbert has no business in the attack. Also, our press out of possession is horrible. Why are our wingers dropping deep into the midfield and the midfielders pushing up? They get past this setup easily.

  @ThreeUK I live in County Durham. CS on 333 told me that there is a long standing issue in my area that Three can't fix due to "network limitations". Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?

I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   @ThreeUK after 20+ years with yourselves and hold 2 accounts I now fail the credit check ??? Then my husband joins you also taking out two accounts so we’re all on the same network- I know you don’t care but you’ll be losing 4 customers now 🤬
