Which was the original issue I was calling for. Iβm being charge Β£46+ and Β£65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itβs working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

Itβs dreadful that a big company like three is unable to give its staff the details of their CEO or even more worryingly, details of their legal department.
