But they still charging me with the help of @ThreeUK to take money more than my settled direct debit with three company. Kindly tag the other customers so they wonโ€™t lose money or quit @three

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUKSupport are there problems with data on your network because both iPad and iPhone are barely working on data despite 4 or 5 bars on 4G

    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. Iโ€™ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. Iโ€™ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @ThreeUK the plug in broadband I signed up for is absolute useless, Netflix freezes and buffers every minute ! I live in London & was told I would have perfect connection!! How can you sell something that is so bad ?!

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldnโ€™t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโ€™s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ThreeUK all I want to do is remove my damn name off a account that should have been removed off of 5+ years ago and is now killed my credit score but all Iโ€™m getting is the run around as soon as I get this sorted Iโ€™m cancelling all of my contracts with three itโ€™s actually a joke

    @ThreeUK Really pi**ed today. Buy European roaming as an extension to our contact with you. Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Havenโ€™t done it yet, but plan to.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.

    @ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but thereโ€™s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just โ€œweโ€™re working on it.โ€ Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.
