-

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
-
Trudi Price (@thedude310777) reportedI'm going to do as I've got no laptop or anything. I tried with Sky as I'm with them for broadband and tv for over 10 years yet they won't either. I'm currently going through Cancer treatment so not working at the moment so I'm stuck! @ThreeUK @SkyUK no loyalty
-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
Stu Nicholas (@pubisclosed) reported@ThreeUKSupport after many attempts I can’t get any help on my issue. This is just ridiculous
-
Matt Stannard (@mattstannard) reported@ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?
-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
Hannah Penn (@Hannah_Penn) reported@threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
