    Itโ€™s goodbye to @ThreeUK you lost a loyal customer with one price hike too much, and Hello @tescomobile same contract I was on before but at the price I paid 4 years ago, with a bonus of upping my monthly data to 250gb for a year, was a no brainer to switch

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

    Itโ€™s a good job @ThreeUKSupportโ€™s coverage in East London is so bad recently. Itโ€™s stopped me watching that Dominic Raab clip on Breakfast this morning. If Iโ€™d watched anymore I would have probably launched my phone down this train carriage!

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldnโ€™t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโ€™s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parentโ€™s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?ยฉ

    @ThreeUKSupport bought 5g hub last Wednesday. Currently good excellent connection to 5g mast but last night download speeds have dropped significantly from 150 to 30mbps and ping is unstable. I followed the troubleshooting and thereโ€™s no improvement

    @LadyOfLondonx @ThreeUK After 20+ years of being with Three, since joining Vodafone, they have gone downhill MASSIVELY I would Not recommend anyone to join three network.Unfortunately 2 years ago i convinced my husband to leave EE to join Three,worst mistake

    @ThreeUK How do you make a complaint? Little to no internet/phone service at home for 18 months. Chat is useless. Stores are no help! Sent a letter to the complaints team they write back telling you to go on the usless chat!! Appalling customer service.
