    @ThreeUKSupport I've supposedly used my 100gb data allowance in just 3 days called to query it and told it was correct would like to add I was working 12 hours a day for 2 of them seems impossible not happy after supporting your network since 2003

    @ThreeUKSupport Just tried to contact CS and they said that there are no online accounts for Business customers?! Definitely not true as my mum is able to access hers! All I need is my account number from the Customer Agreement Form, not my standard account number!

    @ThreeUK you really need to sort your customer service team and the way you manage your services!! I called to update my details and your team member took the card details for about 5 minutes repeating it over and over. The call was disconnected and he called from a SCAM NUMBER.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK maybe you should start giving us all a refund as no one across the UK can use your network for a month due to ongoing issues. This is not acceptable, as paying customers we have all payed for a product that we are not getting.

    @ThreeUKSupport My IPhone 13 naturally uses 4/5G it doesn’t have a just 3G setting like previous models meaning i cant use the network hardly anywhere!
