@ThreeUKSupport The signal for 3G-only isn’t that great either. I can make calls just fine, but data is a real problem. At home I wouldn’t be able to use my phone at all without WiFi calling enabled.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, infact I over-emphasised it multiple times. Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

@ThreeUKSupport And I mean it’s been like this pretty much all of 2019. When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I tried that. It did not go well. Am going to have to migrate them onto a better network. With no updates, they have no phone or Internet and my mum has missed doctor's call because of this. The lack of information is awful. People need to know what is happening.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve already done that Maxine, I have a complaint ref#. I spent 1hr on the phone, they kept saying they would get someone to call me, I kept asking how because I have no call service and then they have the audacity to email me to say you can’t get I touch with me!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi John, I do see it on the status page — but as a customer, I expect proactive updates, not to discover outages myself. This has been happening daily for 2 weeks, 8am–5pm. If it’s planned, a clear heads-up or workaround is the least one would expect.
