@Ofcom @ThreeUK have basically abandoned their customers in large cities and their 4g network is basically gone. They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.

Definitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

@ThreeUKSupport The thing is. I can handle a short period of poor service if you guys were honest and upfront about the whole situation from the start rather than trying to convince everyone it’s their device that’s at fault and denying there is a citywide problem.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

@ThreeUKSupport No mobile data is frustrating. Being cut off three times is frustrating. Speaking on the phone to unhelpful people is frustrating. And waiting ten minutes with an open chat box telling me im inactive is frustrating. Waiting isn’t usually a problem.

@ThreeUKSupport I apologise for swearing but I’ve seriously had enough. There is nothing @ThreeUK can do except fix the broken Mast. 5 months with bad to no internet is terrible. I have Three for my Mobile phone and 4G router. I’ve been furloughed from work and can’t leave the house.

@ThreeUKSupport Update my phone, reset my network settings. This has been going on for the past week... it does not matter where I am, I lose it constantly. The only way it comes on is it I turn my phone off and on but then I lose it again shortly afterwards
