@ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

@ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

@ThreeUKSupport Ridiculous when you think I’ve been a customer for over 9 years, have recommended @ThreeUK to so many people, got all my family using you and have a second contract with you. Customer service has really gone downhill since I first joined 👎

@vintageshimano @CycleMummy @PompeyCyclist @ThreeUK Sadly they can add missing charges to the period that the original invoice covered and either raise a credit note and rebill that period or issue an additional invoice for the missing charge.

@jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

No proper customer service from @ThreeUK except being disconnected by operator on live chat. Data that doesn’t work for over few months does cause problems for everyone!!!

But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

@ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I know a lot of people who are struggling with the same and they end up throwing the sim and take a new one or change the network provider. So if theres no such means to renew the package would be nice if the company could come up with one as it could boost your revenue.
