    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport rubbish network no support no help team not putting notes down. I asked for callbacks last month, but still nothing. Phone cut off signal was down, and then you cut my line. Can't work properly can't do much as society made phones important. No one join!

    @ThreeUK I am supposed to be getting clear 5G signal and coverage but I am barely getting 3G 😡 no matter the area I may be in during the day. If you can’t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until you’re competent to do so as it’s a f’g disgrace. Charging fortunes for 💩.

    @ThreeUK why could myself and my wife not use our phones last night at the London fireworks, no service wotsoever, even had a message saying your service provider has temporarily turned off your service!!!! Couldn't wish our family and friends happy New Year!!!! Disgusted

    @ThreeUKSupport I genuinely hate what I've experienced with three and I want out soon as I can solve this I'm leaving and taking my 10 family members who also having issues off your network. I don't want to give money to anyone who can't be human when you ask for patience and support

    @ThreeUK He spent about an hour on the phone with customer service last night and was fobbed off, being told it was a technical issue and would be resolved very soon. Today, it's even worse - he can hardly get a 3G signal now. He'd leave @ThreeUK today if you weren't charging him £240.

    @ThreeUKSupport My 4G/5G won’t work but only on some apps? On here it doesn’t work and also Trainline which I use because I need to go to work etc. Any ideas maybe why it’s not working?

    @ThreeUK @ChelseaFC For a small fraction of what you pay to sponsor this bunch of overpaid millionaires you could upgrade the service to the village where I live and we would be able to have 5G broadband. Get on it 3 give use them service
