    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    @ThreeUK your app has a broken feature - paying bills. My partner has same issues, card payment went wrong. Not clear what problem is. Had to call you b4. Please come to our house, to collect payment. I’ll give you our address. Deleting app. Please let me know when it works.

    .@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

I have been a 3 customer for 20 years and am disgusted that you will not refund me the £300 for what they admitted on the phone was your error. Please contact me and resolve this.
