@ThreeUKSupport why is your 4G so bad in central London, London Bridge and St Pancras area I have to drop the phone to 3G to get any data, you promote 5G, but you haven’t mastered the basics yet, when is this going to be sorted #timetoswitch

@ThreeUKSupport EN1 4RQ. Also attempted to use at NG18 and N17 areas. It clearly isn’t a connection issue as all other apps and services work fine, and that’s 3+ locations I’ve tried it in.

@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

.@ThreeUKSupport I would like to know what is so wrong with data in your network. Often have only 3G and even when I have 4G reception data just doesn’t seem to work or works incredibly slow. I’m basically paying for data I can’t barely used or when used is unpractical …

@ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

I swear @ThreeUK have just got progressively worse for me. Every train journey where I used to have signal, now I barely have any. Walk around Birmingham city centre and signal is mega patchy. Been great for 10+ years. I don’t get it.
