caddyshack (@CaddyTHFC) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK considering your 5G connection is so shocking and a lot worse than your 4G. Does this mean I’m able to cancel my contract as you are not providing me with adequate 5G service?
-
Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.
-
🕯️Fa Aristiguieta #HumanLivesMatter 🕊️ (@Aristifabi) reported from Poplar, EnglandDon't want to cause dismissal. All deserve a second chance. I think @ThreeUK could help Cara with training, care for the public & taking her to workshops where she is taught to treat people in a kind, respectful way Your clients would nt have to go through this horrible situation
-
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a £35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesn’t make up for 2 years of intermittent service
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!
-
Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, EnglandCongratulations to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport! @ScottishPower has achieved the impossible and knocked you off the no1 spot as the worst, most inept company I have had the misfortune to encounter in my 46 years of being alive!#scottishpower #terriblecompanies #badbusinesses
-
Louise 💗💜💙.🖤 (@louise_b_91) reported from Tottenham, England@ThreeUK can you please tell me why my signal is so bad even when I've got full bars? 🤔
-
Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, EnglandAnyone thinking of changing/switching mobile phone companies, what ever you DON’T even think about going to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport! Utterly, utterly terrible company! I so regret the day I ever considered them. Please learn from my mistake! #Three #mobilephones
-
♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, EnglandMy advice for today would be. Never get a phone contract with @ThreeUK
-
Mo Mayet (@momayet) reported from Walthamstow, England@ThreeUK been with you 4 years on top unlimited package, hours on the phone with supposed “customer service” team, useless people and now will move my contract elsewhere
-
Rob Crabtree (@crabrc) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport It took three days to reply to this. During that time I called numerous numbers, tried ordering online multiple times. No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.
-
Jimmyavenger 🇪🇺 (@Jimmyavenger) reported from Tottenham, EnglandAbsolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. 🤬🤬🤬
-
Darren Woods (@spinneywoods) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK FFS why is your service so bad standing by Tower of London and cannot access any data
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@three_broadband @ThreeUK Is it fair to say that once it does, I’ll get exactly the same speeds as I get today? I’m just so confused by this approach, why not just keep things as they are? Totally perplexing from a customer perspective.
-
Ice.reef Ⓥ (@Ice_Speedway) reported from Stratford, England@ThreeUKSupport I have had a cross next to my reception all day. Trying to do work here and can't make or receive any calls. Can you please help as this is ridiculous.
-
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks
-
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK I spoke to @ThreeUKSupport on webchat this morning - same terrible experience of when I talked to them on the phone. They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.
-
Moley (@marinnamolseed) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport mobile was stolen yesterday, paid upfront costs to get a new device delivered today. It’s now not coming with no explanation. Guy on the phone says it’s not his problem. That is not okay…

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

Graeme (@woodenscot) reported.@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.
-
Kimberley (@MissKimKH) reported@ThreeUKSupport why on Earth am I paying you so much money for unlimited data on 2 different devices when the internet is hardly ever useable?! Absolutely shocking service, I've been a customer for over 13 years and this is just diabolical lately!!
-
Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reportedBreaking News @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @SMARTYMobileUK Currently there is a scam going on for upgrading your account to 5G because of signal issues! These 3 companies of HUTCHINSON 3G don’t care about its customers in fact they have sold their database with every ones numbers on
-
Adam Purdie (@AdamPurdie) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there anyway to stop the incessant calls about my upcoming contract renewal? This is daily and bordering on harassment now. I told your service advisor I will switch providers if this does not stop, same for my wife and daughter.
-

Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
-
ES (@ewa_swital16945) reported@ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money from my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three consciously enable fraud!
-
Philip Carr (@PHILIPCARRUK) reported@ThreeUK why have you billed me for 5–6 months of line rental after I cancelled my SIM and moved my number to Vodafone? Now I “owe” £190+ due to your error. Take responsibility and fix this.
