@ThreeUKSupport Problem is that this comes on top of increasingly poor coverage over the past year. I keep having problems. Just called to complain and was offered paltry compensation sum so having to go to communications ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been to the support chat 5 times and each time I’ve been told the issue is on my end (after waiting 2.5hrs for level 2 support). Also, If you think that providing more tech data on the issue slows you down, I really don’t know what to say.

@ThreeUKSupport I switched to your I’d say about a year and a half ago and for the first year it was great, then it wasn’t ok for 3-4 months but the last couple of months have been terrible. If I move around the house or go outside in the garden the connection is terrible for calls/4G/3G.

Yes, @ThreeUK, it IS misleading to send customers a message saying that their final bill would be £0 and then charge them 3 more times after that, then claiming only one of those is the final bill, even though NONE was £0, despite what you made your customer service lady tell me.

Phone stolen from locker at gym. I've blocked the SIM through @ThreeUK and have logged out of Google on my device remotely. Will that stop the thieves being able to access apps on there (Amazon etc) if they manage to get through the biometrics? Help appreciated!

@ThreeUKSupport Answer the phone but it's total silent for about 20 seconds then will sometimes answer. But 9/10 i have to hang up and call back.
