    @ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

    @ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.

    £280 been taken from my partners account this morning from @ThreeUK for fraudulent phones in her name! Being told by some robot in Mumbai that there is nothing he can do and there is no manager in the UK we can talk to. So unhelpful! I WANT ACTION NOW OR SO W CANCEL 6 contracts

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

    Hey @ThreeUK, your shambolic service has set me back a full working day. Now I'm going to have to work at the weekend to catch up and cancel my weekend plans. Thankfully, my SIM is free of contract, so I will be spending my money elsewhere as soon as my phone starts working again. You just lost a loyal customer of over 5-years.

    @ThreeUK I've had to cancel my entire day because of you. I can't leave the house without my phone due to needing emergency contact and had to cancel my gym and cinema booking. Bills go up yet your service constantly goes down. I've also missed an important call. I'm sick of it!!

    @ThreeUK You are supposed to have merged with Vodafone....a better company.. Move the voice service to them already, better signal anyway...why beat about the bush? I've lost loads of business today because of this. ID Mobile customer. Three provides the service.

    @wahmed84 @ThreeUK Can garuntee ya that @ThreeUK wont pay you any compensation for their **** up causing millions of pound in losses across the country aswell as ruining hundreds of thousands of lives because no one can make important phone calls like my bank account being drained.
