Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks 🦾

@ThreeUKSupport Pretty much everywhere I go, my postcode is N16 5PF but it’s particularly bad around the Manor House, Angel, Kings Cross and Covent Garden areas .. my phone says I have full 4G and nothing loads. I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay £46 a month so really I expect it to work

@ThreeUKSupport Name change initially (account has ex husbands name) but paid by me, phone mine etc. never his. Just many years ago he set up account - using my bank details. But can’t change so now can’t do anything including cancel (as being moved to payg and want better options)

@claw0101 @ThreeUK 4G network is completely oversubscribed even where network strength is good. If you go somewhere where 3 usage is low like Hereford it screams. Their 5G is the way forward.

@ThreeUKSupport whilst I appreciate staff have to follow policies, when someone can’t phone, don’t keep repeating that they have to phone to solve the issue and not offer any other solutions and even prevent cancellation!

@ThreeUKSupport I am the account holder that is the problem! I have paid the bill. The first name is the only thing that needs changing. I can’t get ex husband to contact. It isn’t his account - he has refused. Also not giving him my passwords to my accounts to be able to speak to people!
