  • JWBarnham James Barnham (@JWBarnham) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

  • ragwhos Raghunath S Iyengar (@ragwhos) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your help. I'll try tomorrow. Like I said I don't trust the IVR I got to today, but I've made a payment just in case and it did it has accepted it. I hope you could check it

  • alessandrolnd 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱 (@alessandrolnd) reported from Hammersmith, England

Thank you @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport far always being unprofessional and disrespectful on your chats. Not even to mention the 1hr long waiting on the customer service call than never gets answered. I was tricked in a contract and promised no network issues and all i experience...

  • alessandrolnd 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱 (@alessandrolnd) reported from Hammersmith, England

  • Nickjames820 Red Beard (@Nickjames820) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUK are you ***************????? No data, no signal for a year! The 6g promised a year ago is delayed again, the hardware provider is banned from the country and you have the cash to sponsor billionaires? Not a peep from you ******* to your customers though!

  • RanjanMallya Ranjan Mallya (@RanjanMallya) reported from Croydon, England

Dear @ThreeUK There is a problem that needs to be resolved with regards to my plan. Everytime I speak and get transferred (saying there is no much of a wait) to the billing team, there is no response. What is the problem?

  • seaniegriff Griffy 🏳️‍🌈What fresh hell is this? (@seaniegriff) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my SIM order with you a few weeks as the SIM never arrived - and your customer service responding to that episode was pretty dire. Now you’ve sent me a bill for £5.33 with no explanation. This is vexing. Can you help?

  • COCOCHAPZ_ C (@COCOCHAPZ_) reported from Ealing, England

@ThreeUK you lot need to fix up

  • DrunkRes Mark M (@DrunkRes) reported from Camden Town, England

@PhillWPE @stephpb @ThreeUKSupport When I was on my iPhone I used to leave it on 3g a lot. During lockdown didn't have this issue. Three obviously have capacity issues in Camden / KT area.

  • RanjanMallya Ranjan Mallya (@RanjanMallya) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUK I am connected to the billing team and the call is disconnected yet again. I am back on the music after dialling validating my details on the self service option. How poor can your service get?

  • ElliotJH Elliot Hughes (@ElliotJH) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

  • Munim50301079 Munim (@Munim50301079) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK so far we've had your new plug in DIY plug in internet 3 days and I've now lost count how many times it's failed, absolute garbage and apparently we're really close to one of your masts.... bye bye three 👋👋👋

  • brindy Chris Brind (@brindy) reported

“Next iPhone could be eSIM only” worries me. I have a £20 per month @ThreeUK sim which has been transferred physically between each phone for years. An eSIM would require interacting with Three either through their self service site or customer service both of which are awful.

  • jbayrshire jsb74 (@jbayrshire) reported

@ThreeUK is your network down ? I no it’s been absolutely garbage but you can’t get on anything for the last 2hours

  • charleyjaiuk Charley Jai (@charleyjaiuk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport These are the same repetitive questions that lead to the same nonsense outcome. I've had enough of the merry-go-round. The solution is to leave @ThreeUK when my contract ends. Thanks.

  • MichaelCFA247 Michael C (@MichaelCFA247) reported from Birmingham, England

Do not buy sim deals from @ThreeUK they promise one price and give you something completely different, even their customer relations team are less then useful 🤡🤡 #Complaint #Ombudsman
