    @ThreeUKSupport It took three days to reply to this. During that time I called numerous numbers, tried ordering online multiple times. No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.

    @PhillWPE @stephpb @ThreeUKSupport When I was on my iPhone I used to leave it on 3g a lot. During lockdown didn't have this issue. Three obviously have capacity issues in Camden / KT area.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3rd month in a row, your automated phone topup service fails to let me buy an add on or top-up. Tell whoever is in charge of that additional recording of a thick Scots voice that option 2 to continue stops the buying process. Also, you lost a customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport That you would turn the phone on, and that we just had to restart it. It's been two days and we've restarted it multiple times. Plus our WiFi barely works and this is far from the first problem I've had with Three since I moved back to the UK.
