    .@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

    Been a weekend of internet hell. Broadband’s broken. @ThreeUK 4G was really patchy to the point there was barely any connection. Still having problems. Please sort it out.

    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

    @ThreeUK What about elderly who don't know how to use WhatsApp?? I've had panicked parents today who couldn't contact each other or myself? Ive had to drive 45 min journey to check they're ok and to tell them the problem as they don't know how to use the internet...Not good enough 3 🤬

    @ThreeUK You already know that data services are NOT working normally. Many people are also reporting 999 calls are not working. Lying to people will not help your case! What is the cause of the outage? Where can I find the technical details of the similar outage in January?
