@ThreeUK since my complaint last week to you I am still experiencing signal issue for voice calls/internet. It’s as if like Im living in 90’s that’s the connection am getting, it’s not even 2G, very very poor signal. Need sorting it out ASAP!

Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

@ThreeUKSupport Well I’m stuck really because I can’t use my phone here, im away for a few months, you wouldn’t let me cancel my sim only contract and wanted to charge me over £100 at the time, and your still getting £15 a month off me and I’m not even using the phone, see who’s pockets are full
