    Not even 10:30am and @ThreeUk network has collapsed in C London. Neither 4G or 3G working.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport Done this dance already, it never worked, nobody can be expected to turn off all notifications for every app one by one, and that wasn’t the issue. Your charges are exorbitant and your signal was abysmal over there.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ridiculous when you think I’ve been a customer for over 9 years, have recommended @ThreeUK to so many people, got all my family using you and have a second contract with you. Customer service has really gone downhill since I first joined 👎

    @ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere

    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well then while you're here please register my annoyance that my home broadband came with adult content censored by default and I had to Google for instructions then extract the Sim card and put it in my phone so I could complete the procedure to get the service I was paying for.

    @sritson @ThreeUK I had dreadful issues with them. Had 2 separate accounts which I settled and closed when I moved house. Kept sending me bills, I kept disputing, in the end they sent to a debt collector, clearly reputable as they investigated & said I had nothing owing! But took years. Good luck!

    I'm so over @ThreeUK - loyal customer for almost 15 years. Had to bring my contract to an end because I was living abroad. Went to Pay as you Go so I can at least keep the UK number if I ever want it again... every month they send me a bill for something...

    @ThreeUKSupport In the many years I’ve been with you it’s been the worst ever and even livechat support has been anything but supportive. I have checked my phone settings and it’s saying the opposite to what your app is saying! Something is not right. I’ve never used this much data whilst abroad

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s really poor. I just want a bundle to keep me going for a week. £5 per day is a rip off. As is the £2 per day you’ve charged me to access data Ive paid for. Limiting my usage to 12gb is also ridiculous. I’m away for 4 weeks.

    @Katiedev @ThreeUK I cancelled with Three years ago had trouble with canceling & got sick of the excuses , had same problems with Vodafone afterwards so 👋👋 . Been with EE for a while no issues with anything. 👍. X
