    @ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

    I’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

    @ThreeUKSupport Jenn This can not be the case one I have a work Vodaphone and use it whilst working from home all day and no issue and secondly this has been an ongoing issue through lockdown and the village and Lakes capacity has been probably 20% of the normal. Please present a solution.

    @ThreeUKSupport Midlothian speeds on 4g down again tonight, do you know why? This is becoming a regular occurrence these days, please three sort the speed issues out, whats the point of 5g when you cannot sustain 4g fast speeds, every day is a hit or miss, unbelievable 😔

    @ThreeUK After 3 months of running round in circles and chasing my tail round trying to sort MYVery sick Nan's account (who has moved into care) today I managed to speak to an actual HUMAN BEGING and sort the issue...... #666customerservice came good after 3 months
