Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!
