@ThreeUKSupport Someone called me after I lodged a complaint, I was explaining what happened and they cut me off and haven’t rung me back. What a joke

@ThreeUKSupport Don’t mean to bang on here but now I don’t even get signal in dalston. Would really prefer that you took care of existing customers and fixed existing issues before moving onto new projects. No point in me having data in my plan that I can’t use

Christopher Whitton

@ThreeUKSupport Logged via online chat. Was originally offered a £5 compensation, which I rejected. Was passed onto second level technical support who have authorised effectively a month free on both my accounts. Had a missed call 24th Dec but nothing since

@ThreeUKSupport This was already done when I logged a formal complaint with your complaints team yesterday. Awaiting a “priority” call back from the technical team hopefully later on today

@ThreeUKSupport Of course I have. How else would your live chat person have been able to a: verify my security answer s & b: re-enable my login. I don't use your app, it's a pile of... well let's just say it wasn't a positive experience.

@ThreeUKSupport The signal for 3G-only isn’t that great either. I can make calls just fine, but data is a real problem. At home I wouldn’t be able to use my phone at all without WiFi calling enabled.

@ThreeUKSupport I have a problem across half of London. Shambles to be honest

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, infact I over-emphasised it multiple times. Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

@ThreeUKSupport And I mean it’s been like this pretty much all of 2019. When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)

Mr A$AP Verflucht Esq.
(@verflucht) reported
from

@ThreeUKSupport I see. Just working backwards, I have no idea how this service signed me up. Research suggests that they have worked out a way to stealthily sign me up by embedding a sign-up form in YouTube ads. Which is insane itself. But you're telling me there is no way that I can tell...

@ThreeUKSupport I ain't asking you for Santa's post code...Yes, it is your crap service. My post code is KT12RF. Now dont start sucking it like a popsicle, do something about it.

@ThreeUKSupport It was the status of a contract. Given how it all panned out I'm going to enter into the complaints process as it's really unacceptable especially considering the time I've been a customer.

Andrew
(@Andrewislington) reported
@Barns2011a @Shajeda1032573 @ThreeUKSupport It should be, but this usually happens when there is no signal from 3. If there is, but the network cannot deliver calling capabilities, it doesn’t always use the emergency mobile roaming agreements. Sure, no signal, this would work for sure. But it gets more difficult 1/2
