    @ThreeUK Hi, I bought online a sim a week ago but I havenโ€™t received anything.The phone number on the mail is closed,the chat is not working and thereโ€™s no way to contact you. In the meantime Iโ€™m paying my monthly fee. How can I check where my sim is?Can I collect from a store?

    @ThreeUKSupport We rang up three back in late July to cancel. We also sent all the equipment back as per the letter we received. Then a few weeks ago we received a letter again we owe money to three, despite cancelling. We rang up again and paid it, which thinking about it we didnโ€™t have to...

    The audacity of these guys that handles @ThreeUK customer service call centres irks me. Talk over you like theyโ€™re the one making the payment for you, ridiculous company and service. Utmost disregard of customer value and retention.

    @ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

    @ThreeUKSupport But this is an ongoing problem guys, take a look at the history of problems in the area and youโ€™ll see itโ€™s quite extensive, youโ€™ve only supposedly fixed the last problem and there is another one !

    @ThreeUKSupport And added on a bolt on - same thing happened and I called customer service, they advised nothing wrong and will drop in. Still nothing at 8 this morning so I call back and now they are telling me they canโ€™t fix it for 48 hours- so I have no phone which I need for work till then.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m getting towards the end of my 24 month contract for home broadband but how come I keep getting emails offering me a great deal as an existing customer at ยฃ22/month (24 month) when the website offers the same at ยฃ17 for the same? Seems like a **** deal to me!

    @ThreeUKSupport No, nothing has helped so far. Even on our phones the only way we can get signal is by leaving our street and walking 100 metres into a better signal area.
