Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

Only more recent high end phones support it. Last years iPhone and the iPhone 11. So many like myself using older iPhones won’t likely see any benefit.

If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)
