  • Jeffdr98 Jeff Reader🏖️🛫 (@Jeffdr98) reported from Romford, England

@SketchLisa @ThreeUK Some businesses do not deserve customer loyalty.

  • n0x00 Carroll (@n0x00) reported from Hammersmith, England

@ThreeUK your 4G network has been a piece of shit for about a while now. Thanks for that.

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Hammersmith, England

@Leigh_Moore @ThreeUK Leigh, the problem with this particular campaign is that its parasitic marketing trying to exploit the success and hard work of the @Lionesses for the company’s own benefit and providing no meaningful contribution to the athletes or the sport

  • Dante_Banks Danté Banks (@Dante_Banks) reported from Tottenham, England

@Nicktendo_ @ThreeUK I recently left Voda for Sky. Been with them for six months and no problems. Data rollover can be banked or redeemed against products they sell.

  • AmelTalli Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England

All my calls have been diverted to the India’s teams of @ThreeUK and still use the same lines “give me 2 hrs, and then it’ll be fixed” or “24hrs and it will be done” “there’s maintenance issues”

  • _rjrm RJRM (@_rjrm) reported from Romford, England

@ThreeUKSupport are there problems with data on your network because both iPad and iPhone are barely working on data despite 4 or 5 bars on 4G

  • antjpg Ant G (@antjpg) reported from London, England

In central London today and seriously crap reception from @ThreeUK as per usual.

  • AmelTalli Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England

I’ve been offered £5 then £10 and now gone to £20 off my usual bill. Yet I still have no service. I’ve called @ThreeUK , and used the chat live both been very unhelpful. All these promises made just to get ride of me. This is sly customer service

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England

@ThreeUK @emmahayes1 just to clarify, @ThreeUK itself earned £2.4 billion last year, your parent company earned £28b. Still seems like enough to properly invest in + support women’s football rather than trying to exploit these athletes’ success for free by using hamfisted ambush marketing tactics.

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England

Here’s @ThreeUK claiming they don’t have enough £££ to invest in or properly support the @Lionesses, so instead are trying exploit their success for free. Right, the same @ThreeUK that announced annual revenues of £2.4 billion in March + whose parent company has £125b in assets.

  • AmelTalli Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England

Really annoyed at @ThreeUK for three days now I have had no service. Unable to make calls or text. Endless promises that it will be fixed and dealt with and nothing has happened.

  • jmcomms Jonathan Morris 📱📸 (@jmcomms) reported from London Colney, England

@VModifiedMind @benwood @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @O2 Albeit using half rate codec for voice. Sounded pretty awful.

  • CFCJourno Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, England

I’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones

  • redfrazer777 Wal Daly-Smith® 🎬 ⚓️🇬🇧 (@redfrazer777) reported from London Colney, England

Network 3 you are very poor! I’m thinking about changing both my contracts to another provider @ThreeUK

  • fredheymans LeFred (@fredheymans) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUK when will you sort out reception/ coverage in Hampstead. Everything from Rosslyn Hill NW3 to South End Green is basically a dead zone for Three reception and it’s been like this as long as I remember. Fix it please.

  • tonytheplumber1 Tony Dempster (@tonytheplumber1) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport we have a Relish Box but it’s not giving WiFi signal. We have reset box etc but still not working. Is network down

  • Mrs_JRD ▼▲ JΞNNIFΞR ▼▲ (@Mrs_JRD) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've had no mobile signal for over a week in my central London office. The website keeps saying it will be fixed on that day yet never does. Shocking service. Extremely unhappy as I cant make or receive any calls. I'm not in the middle of nowhere!

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Brentford, England

@ThreeUK @Lionesses nah, you’re engaging in a poor attempt at ambush marketing and virtue signalling about “supporting the @Lionesses,” but wont actually spend any of that £4 billion profit on investing in the game or you know, actually supporting the squad

  • Dante_Banks Danté Banks (@Dante_Banks) reported from Tottenham, England

@Nicktendo_ @ThreeUK Was with Voda for 20+ years and had no issues, then everything changed. Last few years were endless aggro with no rewards for loyalty. They didn't even try to tempt me to stay.

  • JasonWhite09 Jason White (@JasonWhite09) reported from Hammersmith, England

@JakeFCohen @ThreeUK Totally agree and wouldn’t want to see this as a trend when women’s football is in such an exciting period of potential commercial growth. It only became weird when you started getting bizarre clap backs from a phone network...

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • markgpritchard Mark Pritchard (@markgpritchard) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, The reason I was suspicious is that when I took out my contract, your team seemed really careful in making sure I didn't pay for more data than I needed. I was surprised you're now calling to offer me more data when I never come close to exceeding my allowance

  • richard_bottone richard bottone (@richard_bottone) reported

@paiiigerobinson @ThreeUK They’re installing 5G and there’s a temporary tower up atm. Thank you for contacting Three, is there anything else I can help you with Paige?

  • ThomasEvansAdur Thomas Evans ♿ (@ThomasEvansAdur) reported

@C2Henry The network provider is @ThreeUK but it is done under Smarty. They are monthly rolling contracts so you can quit or adjust anytime depending on what you need from one month to the next.

  • Emina_Co Emina (@Emina_Co) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they did. Apparently the refund will be with me in a few days. Thanks for your help anyways :)

  • wickedwitchgal Sarah Beth James/Lucinda Greyhaven (@wickedwitchgal) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Good customer services is not telling someone with covid, who is working from home with a five mile black out on services. To just travel outside that five miles then. A person who wouldn’t have had covid if they had been working from home not constantly travelling for service.

  • knav2013 knav2013 (@knav2013) reported

@ThreeUKSupport okay.thanks.Was able to speak to support.Btw.If first call with agent (eg. name: Pearl) drops, I call back and get a different agent (eg. name: Steve). How come Steve cannot transfer call to Pearl? Saves having to explain over again.

  • NYorksguy NYorksguy (@NYorksguy) reported

@ThreeUK must have the worst mobile broadband. Awful awful speed. Awful customer services. Time to look for a new phone provider i think after 7 years.

  • freywilliams12 freya🧚🏼‍♀️ (@freywilliams12) reported

@TrinityGoold @ThreeUK No way!! They are awful!! I’ve never had such bad costumer service! They tried to charge me £800 for a phone out right After saying I could pay monthly and then wouldn’t let me send it back untill I started saying about my rights!

  • JakeKemp85 Ja KeKe Mp (@JakeKemp85) reported from Methil, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. This could of all been done over chat if your customer service advisor had actually done her job right and not been so unhelpful!

  • pedalestrian Pedalestrian called Nathan (@pedalestrian) reported

Hey @ThreeUKSupport - we've just left three. No issues just not competitive for our usage at the mo. We have an in house signal booster. Do you take these back to reuse or recycle them?
