    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    @ThreeUK 36+ hours this week alone with no internet 🛜 Staff lying on the phone saying there is no issues with signals etc. Not good! Considering canceling my DD and backdooring it from my contract which you’re failing to fulfil your end… 🤔

    I complained. Eventually got an email. @ThreeUK admitted the agent addressed the Relay Assistant instead of me. They offered £50 — and said they’d give feedback to managers. But that doesn't fix the wider problem - the either poor or non-existent training they give.

    @gillssteve60 @ThreeUK I’m around the same time, and had issues for the last 9 days, this is a shambles that they can’t address this issue properly, a shop worker I spoke to Saturday told me they were told the merge could take 6 months to complete, not a chance am I dithering till then, I’m cancelling

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Our IDM service has degraded to become almost unusable most of the time, wherever we go. No real explanation is ever forthcoming. The loss of service this week and the temporary loss of our fibre network yesterday has left us stranded in a bad way, so we’re done with Three.
