Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

@ThreeUKSupport I had all the lights on the router. Devices showing as connected, Mac showed an IP address for connection, but there was no internet on any device. It resolved itself after about 10 minutes, the longest 10 minutes of my life! Seemed like the network dropped.

@ThreeUK hi Three if you’re going to basically suspend customer service you should at least make sure your website works. I can’t change my plan to a sim only, either through the app or online. I’m cancelling my plan if you don’t get back to me today with this fixed.

@ThreeUKSupport 4g home broadband router (HUAWEI B535-232) having serious DNS issues, almost no sites will load because it can’t find the IP addresses. If I manually set my devices to use 8.8.8.8 it works, but there’s no option to set the DNS on the router itself.

@ThreeUKSupport 4G Hotspot has suddenly been turned off / broken in North Wales. Tested with 4 different Three UK phones (unlimited data) all worked until 12th May, now no internet is passed to client devices (tested with 5 laptops, tablets etc) No other support, investigate plz?
